Yeah that guy seems a little sketchy, I got given that about my ENT problem and I had to go through 3 different ones before they took it seriously.
If it even starts to feel like it's getting worse you just gotta try again, don't let yourself get worse because someone was an incompetent boob.
I'm convinced doctors just don't take women and femme people seriously cause my bf or my dad will get a referral first time, meanwhile I gotta keep bothering them over and over because they think I'm just blowing it out of proportion.
If the stretches help though keep doing them because any sort of physio takes months to show any sort of pay off.

Yeah I gotta whittle the obligations down a bit, bf helped a bit before I got home today which helped out. 
Generally I love the word no, I just don't get how anyone works full time and keeps a house running properly, then also find time to do something fun.
Gotta read more that would help, I got stuck on a book that stinks and it wrecked my flow with it.

I gotta do mine again I;ve had the same navy blue glitter on for over a week.
I HATE neon polishes, I bought like 6 when they were a craze in like 2019 but omg, they are thin, inconsistent in pigment, never lie down smooth.
I managed to make a pink work one time after attempting it like 4 different times.
I tent to use the french tip white nail polish just as a white base, they tend to be super opaque and not milky.
Still wasting the evenings away playing Oblivion, see yah on the flip side!
