She shook her head slowly but smiling and headed into the back room where she could recharge. She'd requested the help of some of her older relatives in redesigning the necessity in her life to be more comfortable and to no look so out of place among her siblings' beds. Advancing from a simple generator her recharging station worked by creating a field of energy around her that her body absorbed as she rested on a flat, bed like structure. It was on this she stretched out and shut down her systems to allow the recharging cycle to begin.
Outside the huntress waited patiently. She'd been observing the dwelling for days, waiting for her prey to return. Words could not express her excitement at seeing the mix breed entering the dwelling with her. Yes, he threw off her plan of confronting the metal horse alone, but now she had the chance to take both prizes...

The unexpected blast sent Sinthos crashing into a wall, eyes watching for the intruder. He rolled over and crouched on the ground, pulling himself together and surveying the damage. Who comes now...

She rushed in through the smoke tossing out small electronic interference modules to block the metal creature's scanners and pulling out a short sword to deal with whichever she ran into first.

Sinthos moved then, covered by the smoke and inching toward her. He lashed his tail out and around her leg, attempting to knock the huntress off her feet before launching himself at her.
