How the heck is it too strong?
If someone obtained that fruit, it would take YEARS for them to get to the level that Eneru was at. >_> So, it can't even be that powerful. Cause it would take far too long for anyone in this guild to get that strong.

I'm guessing you want it. However, the ability to make 2,000,000 volts surge though someones body is an instant kill. There is no Gomu Gomu either so it has no weakness. Hence too strong.

There's also the fact that it acts like a defibrillator and can litterally start ones heart once they die.

Also, lighting has, like, a billion and one weaknesses. o.o People just need to figure them out, be smart. *shrugs* It's not that hard. Just cause the only known one in One Piece was the Gomu Gomu effects, doesn't mean that it would not have other weaknesses.
