So, I'm filling out the Census I got on the mail. One of the questions asks about race, and it says "Black, African Am., or Negro."
... I'm not sure if I should be offended, and if so, how much. Particularly because EVERY OTHER ANSWER is something like "White," "Filipino," "American Indian," etc. Like. There's one for "Chinese" but not "Chinese American."
Apparently Black people need to see all three terms, just in case they forgot two of them, or something.
But on the other hand the question before it is entirely dedicated to identifying if you're of "Hispanic, Latino, or Spanish origin" and if so, what kind, so... yeah.
