Drake blinked then fell backwards off the pillar. It was a cool move, useful in many ways but not against an air-bender. Drake floated down like a feather, gentle as ever; resting on his one wind. He yawned and stretched the floated to his feet and stood firm on the ground in front of Daniel. Drake grinned then raised his hand rapidly, as if slicing the air in front of him between himself and Daniel. The jutsu was immediately cast: Kaze no Yaiba no Jutsu- Wind Blade Technique. It ripped through the ground and flew at Daniel. Drake smiled even more, this attack was MUCH more powerful than any punch he could give in his human form.

Drake grins loosening his seal a little so his Dragon sense kick in extra strong. The shield is tough, very tough. It wont be easy to break at this range and it masks most of Daniels scent. Most, but not all. Drake spins, playing with his new prey. Saying out loud even though he knows which is real and which isn't "Eeney, meeney, miney, mo!" Drake turns again, laughing cruelly now. He knows this will take a bit of his energy, quite a bit, but its worth the fun. Drake unleashes his arms; fire on the right, wind on the left. He keeps feeding his energy into each arm. Suddenly his actual arms are the fire and the wind - no more solid flesh. Then it grows to spread across his body.

He's standing down in the center of a circle of enemies, elements raging across his body. He takes a horse stance and pulls his elbows to his sides readying himself. It has only been a minute at most but now he's ready. Drake unleashes he stored energy. It explodes, tearing the area around him for about 800 meters to shreds, trees, earth, boulders... everything. Drake floats into the sky, arms still on fire and wind but now mixed equally on both arms. He waits, panting slightly out of breath, to take aim and cut down his new prey once the smoke cloud clears.

Drake replied first: "your right, that is a brilliant tactical attack but have you forgotten so easily? I'm no human, mortal!"

Drake closed his eyelids to the blinding white light, then closed his eyes to the world around him opening up his senses as a fighter. His dragon senses helped, he could now hear the world in supersonics and he would be seeing in infrareds if not for the light obscuring his vision, but that wasn't important, he never did need his eyes, no one really did and that was something his mentor though him; she was born blind and though him all he knew about seeing the world through blindness in more detail than eyes ever did pick up.

Drake stepped into the void of his own consciousness now completely aware of his surroundings, more in tune with it that ever before. He looked at Daniel, faced him at least and summoned his blade - Aryshido Tsubaka. It took only seconds for all this to happen as the arrows raced through the air; he could hear them, sailing along his element. He could stop them probably, create an air shell of his own denser steel to deflect it.

Instead, ancient hieroglyphics appeared on his dragon black skin in shining gold. He touched his right hand to his heart quickly and pulled forth the blade from within his chest.

It only took another moment to slice through the arrows with his ancient elemental blade. The arrows fire and ice were countered by his own blade as it surged its own raw power through them. Drake created solid platforms of air along the path he was going as he ran through the air, body igniting in a dazzling and viciously hot flame. He moved faster than the wind and was there, bearing down on Daniel in an instant, raising the shining blade high to slice deep into Daniel.

Before he could, there was a shooting pain, it knocked him back and took him by surprise yet Drake flew through the air, gracefully maneuvering so he landed on his feet on the ground then looked at Daniel and raised an eyebrow in a query as to what that just was.

With the ancient blade Aryshido Tsubaka finally revealed Drake could control his energy much more efficiently.

He raised it immediately and whispered words of power. The Kaze no Yaiba no Jutsu he fired from his blade as he raised it quickly above his head flew towards the orb of darkness. Drake could practically feel the orbs energy crackling ion his atmosphere, it was strong but his Yaiba, now amplified by his blade and dragon form would easily slice through any material or absorb the any energy it contact with the blade of wind, and that was a ball of energy high enough to have a density, it had no chance.

Not even a second later Drake let his left hand away, making seals with it fro his next technique while simultaneously spinning Tsubaka in a figure of eight around him. He stopped spinning his blade and swung horizontally at Daniel - "Kamaitachi!" (Cutting Whirlwind Technique) Drake whispered. A second later he completed his one handed seals and put his left hand on his stomach, pointing the blade at Daniel. Then his second technique was released in a roar " Katon: Karyūdan!" He spat fire, it flew to his blade and was absorbed and amplified then flew at Daniel. Drake held his blade at his side, ready for use and watched what Daniel could do after this little destruction.

The blade of wind sliced through the orb of darkness, absorbed it somehow and turned to a nasty black blade, practically crackling with energy. Behind it a maze of cutting blades spiraling together in a cyclone of destruction and behind that still was a golden red pillar of flames shaped into that of a dragon. They all flew directly at Daniel...
