He sipped the coffee slowly and looked up at her. "No its not about the coffee, its about the atmosphere. I dont go out much unless its on buisness, im just a normal patron here." The coffee was nice and he could already feel it soothing him. He tipped the cup to her, "Thank you for the coffee its good." He looked at her, she did look the part of the librarian. It was a little off and then he looked at his own attire. He noticed he was still wearing his body armor under his red trench coat, his boots seemed a little inappropriate. But his black leather cargo pants did seem to fit him. Although those were the only kind he wore, he kept so many devices on him; the extra pockets were really the only reason he could keep up with them all. "Whats your name ma'am?"

Christina smiled at his awkwardness. He was worried about his clothing, probably, but she didn't mind. "I'm Christina," she told him. "Miss Christina Elizabeth Brown. Pleased to meet you." She kept her eyes on him as she drank her coffee. "What's your name?"

She had a long name, but again fitting. He contemplated his name for a moment, he didn't have many social interactions and this one was slightly awkward. "My name is..." He considered using his real name but then sadly hed have to kill her and that just didn't seem fitting. After all, he hadn't used that name in years. "My name is Riot." He said his eyes no longer mirroring hers, instead they turned a stealth black. He looked down into his cup and sipped it again. The coffee seemed to feel hotter than the last sip, but it was probably just his own nervousness.

"That's a very interesting name," Christina told him, "and those are some very interesting eyes." She turned her coffee cup around in her hands, watching it swirl. Thinking, not really paying attention, she let some of it spill onto her left hand. She hissed and dropped in behind the counter, not wanting him to see. "So, what do you do for a living, Mr. Riot?" she asked, her face tight.

Riot jumped quickly behind the counter standing at her side and holding her hand. "You should be more careful." Riot examined her hand slowly, it wasnt very bad some ice would do. He jumped around the back area quickly and no sooner had he left, he appeared holding a towel full of ice. He placed it on her hand. "Im a contractual extermination expert. I basically fire people..." It wasnt a lie if life was a job. He held her hand tight pressing the ice to it.

"That doesn't sound like very much fun." Christina took her left hand and placed it under her other, hoping that the towel would hide the glow of radiation. "I'm fine." She pulled her hand out. "See?" She smiled, turning her hand around in front of his face. "Just fine." But she felt like she wanted to cry. She was so tired of hiding it.

Riot noted a small glow under the towel and wondered if maybe the burn was worse. His excellent eyesight spotted things like that from miles, this was just barely a foot. "Let me see that hand," He lifted the towel and noticed that her skin was no longer red by the coffee burn and that she seemed to tear. "Are you ok?" His voice didn't hint the suspicion, but he could already feel she was some kind of U.H. "You know my power, whats your's?"

Christina started, and jumped back against the counter. She knocked her coffee over again, and it spilled onto her back. "Ah," she jumped forward again, her mind racing. "You have to promise," she begged, "not to tell anyone." Before her mind could be changed, she lifted up her shirt and showed him her red back. With one hand on both hips, she concentrated, and her back glowed. The red stain was gone, and her back was a glittering light tan color. It was even a little healthier then the skin around it. She blushed, pulling down her shirt and turning back to him. "The scientist said it was some sort of radiation," she told him, ready to cry, and then crying. "A radiation that accelerates cell regrowth."

Tracey had forgotten her bag in the library and had gone back to get it, leaving Christina with the customer. She had gotten to the door in time to see her back glow, and what appeared to be a burn vanishing. She stared and quickly backed up around the corner again, noticing that Christina obviously didn't want people to know. She waited a moment for the scene to calm down a bit, then she act like she just showed up, keeping her lips zipped about what she'd seen.

Riot looked like he was about to burst out laughing but didnt. "Why are you crying that's awesome i have so many inj..." He didnt relay want to finish that sentence seeing as it may cause a need for an explanation. "I wont tell anyone, but i dont know if you noticed its the 2nd century. We dont have to hide our powers. Well not for the most part." He ran a hand on her back. Kain could use this knowledge. "Doctor, was he a human doctor or a U.H doctor?"

"Well, he was a human doctor," she told him, "and if I don't hide it my parents will probably kill me." She was very serious. Then out of the corner of her eye she saw Tracey come into the cafe. "Miss Tracey," she started, blushing. "I--this isn't what it looks like I'm sure. Sir, you can't be behind the counter," she told Riot pointedly, glancing at his eyes and then back at the spilled coffee. Don't tell, she was thinking, just for now, don't talk about it.

Tracey moved forward, messing with her bag like she had just picked it up. "Heh, don't mind me. I just forgot my bag was all. No ones here so I won't say anything about him being behind the counter." she smiled. "Though I was oh so tempted to get a picture of the two of ya for my album." She teased. Her camera hung around her neck, so it wasn't too much of a lie that she was telling.

Christina smiled, and giggled. "I don't think that's such a good idea. You might scared him away." Christina glanced at Riot, and then looked back to Tracey. "Would you like to take home some coffee?" she asked her.

Riot aved looking at her as she left and then back to Christina, absolutey amazed at her power. He focused for a moment trying to figure out how to suggest meeting Kain. "Theres a wonderful U.H doctor who helps me out from time to time when i get sick. Well when i cant jump." He twirled his hand in the air trying to spin his lie."Maybe he could give you an evaluation, its possible he could even tell you how to expand them."
