Urien didn't know where he was and he had gotten seperated from his mothers calming presence. He hated being out without her or someone else from his family around. Normally if he was alone it was at the shop and he had memorised the layout for there and knew the best places to hide and could find them with little trouble. That didn't help him now though, he was outside somewhere he had never been before and alone. Shivering in fear, he slowly crawled along until he touched the base of a tree and huddled under it.

Ranna was walking along beside her brother Varran, the half blind leading the fully blind but it worked well enough. The two preferred to stay in the shop but today had seen them itching to explore. They stopped for a moment and Ranna caught a strange scent, she'd always had a really good sense of smell, better than her brother "Varran.. there's someone around here" she said and Varran looked around until he noticed the fuzzy form beneath a tree a good ways off, his one 'good' eye was sharper than usual. "Hello!" called Ranna when Varran nudged her head in the right direction.

Urien stopped trying to back away but he was still shaking in fear. He probably wouldn't have believed anything they said had his hearing not been so good to hear the whispered comment. Taking a deep breath and in a rusty voice from lack of use, "i...i..."

Frowning Urien bit his lip and just shook his head, frustrated he couldn't get out what he wanted to say, or to ask.

"Varran, why don't you find us something to eat" she told her brother so that she and the other blind Noodle were alone and hopefully he was less afraid of them "It's ok, i won't come any closer if you're nervous" she said gently, laying down.
