Aokiji smiled slightly and tilted his head signaling for Taro to follow him again and he walked over to the training dummy area again seeing that the dummies were now unfrozen and stood near one of them. He looked at the dummy then at Taro again. "The main purpose of this move is to freeze someone over completely in ice so they cannot retaliate against you in any way. Now this is the last one. You froze small items and big objectsso now I want you to freeze over a human sized target."

Taro now understood why Aokiji had him freeze over all those other objects. So he could work his way up to freezing a human effectively. He walked over to the training dummy next to Aokiji and slowly wrapped his arms around it like he was giving it a hug. "Freeze Over..." He said quietly and his body became partly ice and he slowly encased the dummy in a layer of ice easily thanks to his training. After it froze over completely, he pulled away from the ice and looked to Aokiji smiling. "Was that right?" And Aokiji rubbed the back of his head. "Close enough I guess." He said showing a perfect example of his laid-back personality.

Aokiji lied down again looking up at Taro. "Ay~ All this walking around wore me out and I only have one more move to teach you so why dont you go and to something else for a while." Taro knew this was just a way so he could catch some Z's but shrugged it off. "Ok Aokiji-sensei." He turned and walked to the port.

Kamaru stood in the training grounds. He was bored. He wanted to go on missions to capture wanted pirates but he had to train. He needed a teacher who could help him. Kamaru looked around. It looked like he was the only one except for a few in the training grounds. He let out a sigh.

If I'm here I should at least train Kamaru thought. He let out a breath of air. "Okay let me practice Blitz rush." he said to himself. He took in a breath of air. 5 minutes passed. He closed his eyes. "Now!" he shouted. Suddenly he vanished. Then he appeared behind a wooden dummy. He punched its head off. Kamaru vanished again. He appeared under the dummy's chin. He used an uppercut accidentally breaking his knuckles. Blood started pouring out. He licked it off. Kamaru had a sort of resistance to pain. He vanished once more.

Kamaru was now behind the dummy. He pulled its arms behind its self and broke it off. He then grabbed the arm and kept it in his head. He ran North of the dummy. Kicking the ground underneath him Kamaru ran with his new temporary weapon. He hit the dummy with hit hard. He was putting all his anger into it.

Kamaru was now out of breath. He needed a harder challenge. He looked at the other equipment. He found one suitable for his skills. It was the blades of death. You had to be fast to get pass the blades or you will get cut. Kamaru stood in front of the equipment. He began to run. A blade fell from the roof of the machine. It barely missed Kamaru. He had to speed up. Another blade came but from the side. Kamaru ducked breathing hardly. He might not make it.

Kamaru focused on the blades. He watched the pattern closely. Left, right, down, up, down,left. That was the patter. Kamaru ran after the last left. His Speed Blitz technique was running out. He ran his fastest now. He felt his speed waning. Then sudden;y a blade he didn't see struck him in the back. "AW!" he screamed in pain. He fell to the ground. He was now laying on the exit area. He started cursing like a sailor.

Cindy walked out onto the Navy Training grounds. She looked around feeling a little out of place out here. All of these men were so big and strong while she was actually quite small. Cindy sighed and then she saw something she didn't expect out here. There was a boy with odd pink hair. Cindy cocked her head to the side as she pondered over whether she should go meet him or not. He was much smaller then all of the other men out her which means he probably wouldn't have much to teach her but she had to think back to his fathers words, never judge a book by it's cover...
Navy Will 1/4
Well, that's not quite how her father said it, it was more like never judge an opponent by his looks but it was all the same. Cindy walked over to the young looking lad and blew a loose bang out of her eyes saying “Hey, I'm Cindy.” She then held out her hand. The young pink haired lad looked over at her and gave off a rather large toothy grin that practically just screamed out to her it's a pleasure to meet you. Cindy really liked that quality in some people whom she met on her travels.
Navy Will 2/4
He then grabbed her hand and shook it saying “Pleasure to meet you Cindy! My name's Koby.” Cindy smiled warmly at Koby knowing that her assumptions of what he would say were correct, and let go of his hand saying “So Koby, what can you teach me?” Koby's eyes lit up at her asking him that saying “Oh Cindy! I can teach lot's of things!” Cindy gave off a small giggle saying “Really now? What can you teach me?” Now, this pissed Koby off somewhat that a new recruit would talk like this to him.
Navy Will 3/4
Koby yelled out in rage “You know nothing about what I went through! I may not look like much but I could beat anybody on this field! Months after month of excruciating training I went through with Vice-Admiral Garp but do you know why I went through all of that?” Cindy nodded her head to signify that she didn't know. As she did this Koby raised his fist in the air and then yelled out “Because I have the Navy Will! I will accomplish any task, any obstacle, any challenge and I will overcome it with the will of every great navy man before me!”

Cindy simply stood there in astonishment at Koby's conviction to the Navy. That's what she wanted to feel that much passion for what she did. Koby then stood in front of her and said "So Cindy, do you have the Navy Will?" Cindy jumped up into the air pumping her fist and yelled out "Yes Koby! I have the Navy Will!" Koby nodded his head to show his approval and simply uttered out to Cindy "Then shall we begin? Or do you wish to spend more time talking about it?"
Discipline Punch 1/5
Cindy blushed a little and turned her head away letting her long black bangs fall into her face saying "Yes Koby, I'm ready..." Koby chuckled saying "Don't be embarrassed! I like to see enthusiasm in new recruits, it's a very hard rare thing to see now a days..." Cindy raised her head back up and blew the bangs away from her face. She was ready to learn whatever Koby had to teach her and not only was she ready but she was also quite excited. She was finally doing something with her life.
Discipline Punch 2/5
"Now Cindy sit down please." Koby said and Cindy soon complied sitting on the ground cross legged in front of Koby. "Now, the move I am about to teach you is called Discipline Punch and it was actually taught to me by Vice Admiral Garp himself." Cindy nodded her head showing that she was paying attention and also that she was interested in what he had to say, which honestly she was. "The Discipline Punch is a very powerful punch, so strong you could even knock out a man with it, I should know, it had been used one me many times..."

At hearing that last comment Cindy put her hand to her mouth in an attempt to block out the giggle but did not have much success at doing it as Koby heard it loud and clear. Koby reached behind his head and scratched it saying "Heh...it's really not that funny...." Cindy immediately stopped as she had no wish to show any disrespect toward him. He then turned and whistled for some random guy to come over. "Here Cindy, I'll demonstrate it for you..." Cindy was worried for the man's safety but at the same time wanted to see what this punch could do.

The man approached Koby and gave off a salute sputtering in a shaky voice "Yes Koby?" Koby then walked over to small pile of papers and held them up to the man's face who was still in the saluting position. "What are these?" Koby asked him and then he just "Ugh, um, those are criminal reports sir..." Koby nodded and then said "And why are they in my hand and not in the filing room like I asked an hour ago!" And once he finished this he brought up his fist and slammed it knuckle down into the man's head.

The man fell to the ground cold, not even moaning out in pain. Koby then turned around to the wide eyed Cindy and he began to laugh. Somehow, his laughter alone was enough to make Cindy burst out laughing with him. They both were sitting out there in the middle of the training grounds laughing there asses off and for what reason? They both soon stopped and managed to bring themselves down to a chuckle. Koby then looked at the reports and sighed a little knowing what he would now have to do.

Cindy cocked her head to the side a bit saying "What's the matter Koby?" Koby sighed and then said "Well, now that I just knocked out Tom over here I'm gonna have to bring this paperwork in myself and that's really no fun, now is it?" Cindy chuckled a little getting back up to her feet and dusting off the back of her skirt saying "Don't worry Koby, I'll come with you!" Koby pondered this thought for a moment and then said "I don't think you'd be able to keep up." This got Cindy as steamed up as one of the carrots that she put's in stew.

Koby could tell she was getting upset at him so he decided he would make things alright. "Alright Cindy, you can come a long, just don't get lost when you fall behind." Cindy stuck out her tounge and Koby did back as he began to run. "Hey! Wait up!" Cindy yelled as she started running after him. Wow, he wasn't joking when he said I'd have trouble keeping up... Cindy thought to herself. She still had Koby in her sights and that was enough to keep her going after him.

Cindy had now actually began to catch up on Koby but she saw him give off a toothy grin and he mouthed out the words "See'ya Cindy." and as he did this he sped off going faster then Cindy ever could ever go. But then a thought came to her mind. Of course, he's using his Navy Willy to go faster! All I have to do is dig deep inside myself and then I'll catch up. Cindy tried to use her Navy Will to go faster and it started to work! Her determination had made her start going at a faster pace. She started to actually see Koby and she was sure that Koby had also noticed.

Koby soon came to a screeching halt and let Cindy catch up. Cindy caught up and stopped right next to Koby. She bent over and caught her breath blowing the hair out of her face in the process. "And that's called Quick Pace, it allows you to common tasks much quicker. I had to learn that quickly as me and Helmeppo were often timed on out chores, and if we didn't complete them on time we would fall victim to the Discipline Punch..." Cindy giggled a little but then stopped as she asked "Who's Helmeppo anyway...?"

Her question would soon be answered as practically from out of nowhere came a tall man with blonde hair who had it up in a pony tail. He was quite flamboyant to say the least. "I am Helmeppo." Koby smiled at the sight of his friend. "This guy is one of the best around!" Koby yelled running over and giving Helmeppo a high-five. Cindy just sorta stood there but then she decided she would ask a question "What can you teach Helmeppo?" She asked wanting to know more.
Higher Sense 1/3
Helmeppo sighed, with new recruits it was always what can you do for me instead of what can they do for their Navy. Oh well, they get over that quickly... Helmeppo thought to himself. He then turned to Koby and said "Would you please leave me and Cindy? You have taught her all that you are capable of." Koby was kinda pissed yet at the same time he understood that Helmeppo has a hard time teaching with other people in the area which was a habit he really should break...
Higher Sense 2/3
"Walk with me Cindy." Helmeppo said as he began to walk. Cindy followed close behind him. "So I take it the Koby already told you all about the Navy Will and whatnot..." Cindy nodded her head. Helmeppo chuckled saying "I bet he didn't tell you that the Navy Will also gives you a much higher sense." Cindy shook her head no. Helmeppo laughed saying "Well, let me show you exactly what that higher sense is good for, that is what I specialize in Cindy..." Cindy nodded her head showing that she understood.

Helmeppo then said "I will teach all about the Navy Strength. Us Navy Men can lift a lot more then other people but we really aren't as strong as people think we are." Cindy cocked her head to the side saying "What do you mean? In order to be strong you have to........be strong!" Cindy said with an exasperated tone. Helmeppo simply laughed at this saying "Please Cindy let me finish before you get all riled up over nothing. It doesn't make sense now but it will when we get to where we're headed."
Navy Strength 1/4
Cindy was horribly confused but she didn't ask anymore questions on the way. It seemed that she had been disrespectful enough for one day. Soon they had arrived where they were going. At the far end of the training grounds there were rows upon, upon rows, upon rows of weight sets. Cindy backed mumbling "No, no, no...." Helmeppo looked to her and then said "What's wrong Cindy...?" Cindy just stopped once she felt she was far enough away from the dreaded weight sets...
Navy Strength 2/4
She turned to Helmeppo and then uttered out "Me and weight sets, we do not mix. Please don't make me get on those weights! I'm just a Sharpshooter!" This made Helmeppo laugh as he then said "Cindy, you better get on this weight set or I will report this to the higher ups and you will be court marshaled for insubordination.” Cindy sighed as she made her way back to the weight sets, laying down on the closest empty bench. "Not too much please Helmeppo..." She said knowing that he wouldn't even give her words a second thought.
Navy Strength 3/4
Helmeppo then began to load the bar. Cindy looked over and noticed that he had loaded it with two fifty pound weights. "Wait, no, no, no, I can't bench a hundred pounds!" She yelled from the bench. Helmeppo just chuckled and then said "With your higher sense of course you can." Cindy was dreading what she knew was about to happen as Helmeppo dropped the bar on her chest. Cindy was now struggling to lift it up, finding it near impossible to stop the bar from crushing her chest.

Cindy kept on pushing, but she wasn't trying to push it up, oh no, she was trying to push it off of her completely. Helmeppo yelled out to her "Come on Cindy, you have the Navy Will! You can push that thing up no problem, just concentrate and you will push it up!" Cindy closed her eyes and concentrated. She put all of the the concentration she had into just thinking about pushing this bar up. The tension between her and the bar was crazy and people around her who were working out could feel it.

The sweat from Cindy's forhead glistened off the hot sun, she was just about ready to give up but she heard some snide remark from one of the Navy Men behind her. He said something about how they're just letting anyone into the Navy nowadays. Using her Navy Strength she managed to throw the bar off of her. She turned and saw the man who had a bit of a look of fear in his eyes. "What did you say...?" Cindy asked with a look of pure anger in her eyes that anyone with half a brain could see.
Blind Rage 2/4
"I said, it looks like they're letting just anyone into the Navy these days..!" The man said once again but this time to Cindy's face. Cindy was gonna let this man she didn't even know get away this. She was practically blinded with rage as she then said "I don't know, I was about to say the same thing to you..." She said as she shot out a punch directly at the man's nose. He fell backwards and then he yelled out "I think you broke it!" She cracked her knuckles and looked down at him saying "Good..."

She and Helmeppo walked away from the weight training area to the crys of "Dude, she just whooped your a**!" Cindy was still chuckling at teaching that guy a lesson. "Well Cindy, me and Koby have taught you everything that we can. Go out into the worl and catch some pirate scum so that we may eradicate the earth of them!." Cindy grabbed Helmeppo around the waist giving him a hug saying "Thank you so much, I can't even tell you how much this means to!" She then turned around and began to walk towards the docks saying good-bye to Helmeppo.

Koby laughed as C.C. grumbled and dusted herself off. Navy Will, eh? Too dedicated for her style. Koby was too jocund for her anyway. Happy people like him usually just got in the way. There was probably a reason he was only a Petty Chief Officer, and not something more....well. Not something else. Something...what was the word? Promoted? Nawh. Well, it didn't really matter. It looked like Koby was about to announce something else, so C.C. quit thinking about it. Too much trouble to begin with.
"Alright! Ready for the Discipline Punch?" he asked, still smiling. C.C. rolled her eyes.
