I don't see the point of staying on topic. I mean, once a topic has been discussed, it's been discussed. The point of conversation is to stray into other topics so you get to know the other person well.
At least, that's how I see it. :/
I suggested the offtopicness idea to this really small Naruto forum with even less regulars than we have here, and they just kinda.... ate my face off at the idea. ><;;
They're REALLY strict on rules. I don't like it when people are like that.
