DrunkenStyle
Maybe I should've put instructions on the first page.
Oh well.
Anyways, like it says in the front, everybody should toprock.
Since there's a lot of styleheads here, a toprock is important to define your style and make yourself different from everybody else.
There's a lot of different basic toprocks, but I'll cover two of the some of the ones I started off with.
First one is where you're standing straight, you put your hands out in front of you straight out but hip level. And your hands are together.
You put one of your feet out in front of you, and at the same time, your hands move to your side.
Then you move it back into the same position you start off with, and you do the same step, except on the other foot.
The other one is where you put your foot behind you instead of in the front.
For a beginner/intermediate, practice with a slow-paced song. And find your rhythm when you're doing it. Once you feel the song then practice more on the movements of your basic toprock.
Once you master that s**t, you'll know when, because it'll be easy to do and you'll look good doing basics, and you'll want to branch off and add some more complicated moves into the basic toprock.
A good song is prolly Sugarhill Gang - Rapper's Delight and Black Eyed Peas - Falling Up and whatever blahblahblah the end.
