"No! No! I-I have to save him! L-Leon is going to kill him!" Demyx screamed kicking and thrashing around even when Axel was holding him down to the couch. "I-I can't let him die!" Demyx screeched still wildly out of control until he was smacked across the face by the another blonde. "Demyx you need to calm the ******** down!" Roxas yelled back obviously upset that he was awoken. Demyx took in a shaky breath before relaxing slightly. "I-I need to go save X-Xaldin. L-Leon has him.."Demyx sobbed now staring straight up at Axel.

Axel scowled. "That a*****e... It's like the only thing he can depend on is his ******** whores..," he growled out, eyes set. "Dem, you stay here. I'm gonna go deal with Leon," he told him, kissing Roxas on the top of the head. He leaned down to eyelevel with Demyx and grabbed his shoulders, looking straight into his eyes. "Dem, I will be back. You stay here. Please. Zex, where are they?" he asked, looking over at Zexion.
Zexion nodded and stood up, cautiously letting go of Demyx. He stood and walked to his room, digging around for a moment before coming back out and handing Axel two jagged-edged daggers that were about a foot long. "Be careful, Ax... Don't get hurt too bad," he told him softly, hugging him. He knew full-well that Axel could take care of himself. He was just worried... This was Leon they were talking about... Axel nodded and went to get the rest of his clothes on before coming back and leaning down to Demyx, hugging him tightly. "Please don't come after me, okay? I'm trying to keep you safe," he whispered in his ear before pulling back and turning to Roxas, pulling him into a tight hug as well. "Love you, Rox..," he mumbled before kissing him deeply, making sure not to cut him with the daggers. He pulled back, smiling at the blond before leaving the building. Zexion rushed to lock the door again behind him.
The moment Axel left that door, his face set in determination. He called a taxi and took off for their apartment.
When he arrived, he paid the fare and made his way up to the apartment. He pulled the small gun out of his belt and cocked it, ready to shoot if he had to. He aimed the gun ahead and opened the door, standing at the ready.

Demyx frowned a little watching Axel leave. Roxas didn't look to happy about it either. Though Roxas was the one to speak up first out of the two. "Z-Zexion. Axel is coming back right? Leon isn't going to take him hostage like Xaldin is he?" Roxas asked now looking right at the slate haired guy. Demyx looked like he had about the same question on his mind as he looked at Zexion for answers now.
Xaldin groaned a little from the floor hearing the door creaking open. "Ughh you sick b*****d, why don't you just leave me and Demyx alone..." Xaldin said tied up on the floor with his back facing Axel so he couldn't see it was Axel. Plus the only think Xaldin knew was that Leon left after taking his phone and talking with Demyx. He was out for maybe an hour or so, but his phone was on the floor next to him and Leon was gone when he did come too, so he just assumed that it was Leon coming to finish him off or something like that.

Zexion shook his head and hurried to Demyx's side, pulling him tightly into his arms. "It's Axel, Dem... He's gonna be fine..," he told him soothingly, trying to convince himself partly as well. He better be fine... We need you, Axe... He let out a soft sigh and ran his fingers through Demyx's hair gently.
"Xal..," Axel breathed in relief, glancing around for danger. He kept the gun in his hand at the ready as he made his way to Xaldin. He walked around to him and kneeled down in front of him. He grimmaced at the sight of the bruised face and bloody lip. "s**t, Xal... He kicked the s**t outta you..," he mumbled before untying him and stuffing the ropes in his pocket. He then picked up Xaldin's phone and texted Dem. It's Ax. Xal's fine. When he sent it, he stuffed Xaldin's phone in the opposite pocket. "You alright, Xaldin..?" he asked him worriedly. "How the hell did he even get you tied up and s**t? You're a beast..."

It was quite apparent that everyone in that room was trying so hard to believe that Axel was coming back. Demyx wrapped his arms Zexion in return feeling the slate haired other pull him close. After a few minutes Demyx had started to calm down, he had known Axel for a few years so if anyone could save Xaldin at this point, he was sure Axel could do it, but Roxas wasn't doing so good. He was so clueless in the situation... He hadn't known Axel for very long at all. He didn't know how he reacted to hard situations. He didn't just how good Leon was about this sort of thing. He dealt with definitely a lot of illegal things and such, so that probably meant he was serious about killing Xaldin. Not to mention, that if the man was willing to kill Xaldin, what was stopping him from killing Axel too? Roxas just wanted Axel to be back and in his arms. He hated waiting for an outcome like this. What if Axel just never came back? What if Leon just gave up after killing both Xaldin and Axel? All this questions were just starting to multiply in Roxas's mind making him want to explode as he just sat in Zexion's living room feeling just like he did at home.... Helpless... Demyx jumped a little feeling his phone go off, but he quickly picked it up reading the message. "Oh thank god, Xaldin is okay." Demyx said hugging Zexion again happily. "He must have stopped Leon, everything is going to be okay now," Demyx said happily looking over to Roxas, who had even started to feel better hearing that, but he wouldn't be completely better until Axel's arms were around him.
Xaldin made a slight face before hearing the other start talking again and come into sight. "Axel, man, I thought you were that d**k face." Xaldin said feeling all to relieved as Axel quickly untied him. "I'll be find, How is Dem doing? I mean, he sounded so scared over the phone," Xaldin asked immediately afterwards worried more about Leon knowing where he was or not. He wanted to keep Demyx safe and judging by how Leon was acting, Demyx would have been severally punished for leaving. "Ugh, I had stayed up because I was worried about both you and Demyx, and he woke me up by hitting me with that goddamn gun of his. Then he had two more guys with him, and I didn't have any of my weapons on me. " Xaldin said sounding a little ashamed that he wasn't strong enough to keep Leon from getting the better of him. "But we have to get out of here, can we go see them?"Xaldin asked softly not wanting to stick around for those guys to come back.

"Xal, you know as well as I do that we can't go to them right now... Leon probably has someone watching the place, and for all I know, he could have someone tail us and find Demyx. And they might not be able to get him and Rox just now, but Leon's smart... He'll wait for the perfect moment to attack. We can't risk it. No matter how much I'd love to go wrap my arms around Rox, I can't... Not right now... We've gotta get our weapons and pack down... We'll probably be on the streets for a few days," he told him with a sigh, running a hand through his hair. He wished so much that he could just get back to Roxas and hold him until the world ended. But he had to be patient. For everyone's sake. "C'mon, Xal... Let's get our stuff," he said in a quiet voice.

Xaldin sighed a little nodding to Axel's explanation of why they couldn't just go see Demyx. "Okay you're right, we should actually probably just pack everything up and just move altogether. I mean, if we leave and he comes back and finds me missing he might ransack the place if he hasn't already. I don't know if he searched for any of our weapons here at the apartment or not, or if he took anything else for that matter." Xaldin said looking around the apartment. It was a little roughed up, but Xaldin did get in a struggle with those guys before. He didn't remember what mess he made or not though.

Axel nodded. "Yeah. Just grab everything important, I guess," he said softly. He went to his room and grabbed a large book bag. He began to fill it with things like his phone charger, whatever money he had saved up, the money Zexion gave him, some clothes, and any other necessities he thought of. He also went to his weapon cabinet and loaded himself down with any kind of weapon and ammunition he had. He then went to the kitchen and shoved a few bottles of water in his bag along with some snack cakes and durable foods. Once he stuffed all he could in it, he closed up the bag before heading to Xaldin's room. He brought it upon himself to put the blond's guitar and sitar in thier cases. He swung the guitar over his shoulder. "Xal, can you carry his sitar?" he asked quickly, securing the instrument on his back. He then watched Xaldin load himself down with weapons.

Xaldin nodded going to his own room and repeating the process. "Damn ******** ambushed me from behind when I was half asleep. I want to see them win the fight fairly," Xaldin grumbled to himself angrily as he packed. "Do you think we'll be able to see Demyx any time soon? I mean, I really miss the guy. He sounded so scared on the phone. I think he'll miss his instruments," Xaldin said thoughtfully as he took the sitar. A part of him was really hoping that Leon was going to just leave them alone now, but he was probably canvassing the place.

Axel frowned a bit when Xaldin began to talk about Demyx. "No... Maybe a few weeks, but that's at a max. And...Xal, he told me that you two are dating..," he started carefully, "but there's kind of something he wanted to tell you... It was the reason he was calling you, actually..." Axel was treading on dangerous waters. If Xaldin got angry...Axel's life would be in danger, probably.

Xaldin looked up at Axel curiously. "Oh he told you we were dating, that is so great! He said that you might think that he wasn't over Zexion yet," Xaldin said definitely not catching the same drift that Axel was on. "Oh and don't worry, I don't care about you or anyone knowing. You know I really do like him, and he deserves someone who actually cares about you, not someone who is going to abandon him." Xaldin said happily as he touched the sitar strap.

Axel sighed a little. He rubbed his temples a little. "Xaldin...listen to me, please... He wasn't calling you to tell you that I knew...actually kind of the opposite..," he said slowly, still with caution. he was very well aware that Xaldin was loaded down with weapons of all sorts, and it kind of scared him. Even though he, himself, was loaded down as well, Xaldin would have the first strike, and if Xaldin got a hit on him, he was going down, because the man was ruthless.

Xaldin looked over at him questionably. "What are you talking about? There isn't a opposite to that. Demyx wouldn't betray me like that, and he most certainly send you over here to do it or do it over the phone. We are band mates, we are closer than that." Xaldin said completely just refusing the whole complete idea, before starting the door and looking out into the hall. "We should get going Axel, it isn't safe here anymore that is for sure." Xaldin said now changing the subject.
Roxas was laying face up on the floor just staring at Zexion's ceiling. He was waiting for Axel. He knew Axel might not be coming back for days.... maybe even weeks, but he couldn't pull himself away from the door. He just keep glancing at it, then back at the ceiling. He was worried, and nothing was going to fix it besides his red head walking through that door.

Axel growled in anger and punched the wall hard. "Xaldin, will you ******** listen to me?!" he yelled. "I'm sick of never being ******** listened to! You don't listen to me! Demyx doesn't ******** listen to me! Now I ******** know how Zexion felt! No one ******** listened to the whole ******** story and it ******** up his life! He was ******** saving Demyx! If Demyx would have paid Leon, the b*****d would have ******** killed him! He ******** up his ******** life to save Demyx's because he ******** loves him! And the feeling's ******** mutual!" Once he was done, he took a deep breath. "Damnit... ********..," he cursed under his breath. "Look, Xal... I know you care about him...a lot... But you knew he would never get over Zexion, okay? We all did. I saw it, Xal, okay? They both love each other so much, and..." He sighed. "I'm sorry... Now go ahead and deck me in the face like you want to..," he grumbled, running a hand through his hair. "Then let's get the ******** out of here, because the sooner we do, the safer we are..."
Zexion sighed softly as he walked up to Roxas and looked down at him. "He's not going to be walkng in any time soon, Roxas... Why don't you come eat lunch with us?" he asked softly.

Xaldin didn't turn to look at Axel when he started shouting. He didn't even seem to hear it. Was Axel ******** kidding him? Honestly?! Axel and Demyx were suppose to be his best friends. Hell, Demyx was more than that, suddenly they disappear and all the ******** rules of friendship don't apply to them? They didn't call Xaldin and tell him anything. In fact, the only time Demyx even was supposedly calling him was to break up with him apparently. "You know what Axel... ******** you, ******** Demyx, ******** Zexion. I'm done with all of you!" He about screamed before taking off the sitar and throwing it at the ground with impressive force. It was enough to break the poor instrument. "You want to say no one listens, well you want to know something Axel, you never tell me s**t! You didn't even try and warn me about some psycho manic that might be coming after me! Now you want me to suck it up for what Axel!? For you!? For Demyx? When none of you care enough to even ******** include in your plans?!" Xaldin screamed at him before turned on his heel. He didn't stop to even listen what Axel had to say back. His feet started to even run by the time he got to stairs. Xaldin was always a strong person, but even he could feel the tears starting to swell in his eyes. All his friends just basically decided he wasn't good enough. He wasn't worth anything, and it felt like s**t.
"Xaldin!" A voice called out to him as he reached the pavement. "I don't care anymore, Ax-," Xaldin started before he heard the gunshot. Then there was another, and another. The loud bang was close, but not close enough to be point blank. Xaldin's blue eyes scanned over the street seeing everything get blurry. He couldn't feel the pain, and yet he knew exactly what happen. "Leon..." He whispered before he could feel something hit him over the back of the head. His body stumbled and pulled him to the ground before he could even think to catch himself. "Where Axel and Demyx?" The same voice asked the black haired man now on the ground. "I-I.." Xaldin started as he felt pain shoot through his side then his arm and leg. The b*****d shot him... Leon shot him.... "Come on, Xaldin, none of those wounds were fatal enough to kill you instantly, now unless you want one through your spinal cord I suggest you start talking? Are they in the apartment? Because I'm sending men up right now to kill anyone close to their descriptions. "Noo. T-They... Abandoned me... I got... free on my... own.."Xaldin managed to get out before shots ran out upstairs in the building. "Oh really, you want to change that answer?" The voice said before the gun loaded again with a click. All Xaldin's sense were swelling as he could hear his heartbeat dying with adrenaline, but his words didn't seem to come out. "... No Axel and Demyx...le-" "Wrong Answer." The voice cut him off before another shot ran out in Xaldin's ear. There was a sharp pain in his back then numbness in his legs. The smell of iron was growing in the air around him as he looked up at the footsteps walking away.... The guy threatening him wasn't even Leon... Xaldin didn't recognize him at all.... He must have just been some hit-man Leon sent to watch over the place with his men.... Xaldin was going to die and Axel might too.... There was one calming fact though... Demyx was safe somewhere. He wasn't here getting shot or dragged back to Leon....

"Xaldin!" screamed Axel as he spotted a man with a gun right before a shot rang out. "Xaldin!" he screamed again, hands gripping the railing just outside the door, looking down as Xaldin bleeding on the ground. Then he heard another shot and felt a sharp pain in his left arm. It just knicked the skin a bit. "s**t," he cursed, ducking inside as the men kept shooting at him. He quickly grabbed two guns that were left in Xaldin's weapon cabinet and cocked them, shooting one of the men straight between the eyes as they stepped in the doorway of the bedroom. He ran forward, rounding the door frame as he shot another man in the chest. He kicked that man down. He pulled his cellphone out with one hand and dialed "911," holding it between his ear and his shoulder as he shot the third man in the leg. "911 Emergenc--" "Jackson Apartments, 290 Ghere's Avenue. My friend was just shot--" he paused to double-tap the third man in the throat. "--please hurry up. I don't know how much longer I can hold these guys off!" He then hung up, slid his phone into his pocket, and ran to the railing to see the man that shot Xaldin walking off. "You ********!" he screeched, aiming and shooting at him. He only managed to send a bullet past his ear while the man got him in the thigh. He clenched his teeth against the pain and shot back at him. He got him in the side and the chest consecutively before the man fell to the ground. He limped quickly down to Xaldin. "No, Xal... No," he said, shaking his head. He sat down next to him and pulled his torso into his lap, hugging him gently. "Xal, an ambulance is on its way. Please don't die on me..," he told him, messing with the man's dreadlocks with shakey hands. He didn't even realize he was crying until a sob tore through his throat. "C-C'mon, Xal... You're the touch o-one... Y-You don't d-die this e-e-easily... I c-can't lose you..." He sobbed again, whole body shaking. "Please... Y-You're why I-I'm still here... Y-You're why Demyx is s-still here... Y-You can't leave u-us now... I w-won't let you... You can't... Y-You're my best friend... I c-can't lose m-my best friend..." After that, he couldn't even speak anymore. He just cried as he held his dying best friend in his arms.
