Lily wispered to one of her friends. "I know I hate him but what is he looking at he looks like he wants to kill someone." Her mind was still on James...ah James.

No one but James. He leaned in too, and added in equally low tones "Yeah, isn't it a week from Thursday or something?" His tone was light, but there was concern in his eyes. James, whether he liked it or not, was as loyal as a Hufflepuff.

Kailyn's fork stopped before it reached her mouth, and stayed there. These girls seemed determined that Kailyn would not just fade in the backround, but become friends and help them beat out another four people, probably guys. And then there had been all those glances between those guys over there and them over here.....glares, actually. Sirius, wotisname, wotisname, and someone else. So it was probably them. And as much as she knew she would dislike Sirius....
Kailyn shook her head. "I don't really know you people, I'm not getting involved in a blood feud." She said quietly, but with finalty.

Remus shrugged a little and nodded as James said there was no competition. "Well I guess you're right about that one, and I have to agree. I think it was around our third year it started being a part of our exsistance." he said and smiled a little. Then he once more took a small bite of his food. The others would notice if he didn't eat anything and he didn't really want that right now.
Then he turned to Sirius, for a split second his eyes flashed with a million different emotions then he was as calm and cool as he usually was. "Yeah, it's a week from Thursday" he confirmed as James answered the question for him. "So by then we'll have to be you know where." he whispered and gave a weak smile. "We'll deal with it the way we normally do I suppose?" he asked, knowing the answer but still there was a spark of worry in him that he could not get rid of. Something in him was always afraid that his friends would tire of having to deal with this every month. Even though it was an irrational fear, he knew deep douwn they wouldn't leave him to face it alone, but the fear wouldn't let go of him.

Lily walked over again and spoke to James. "Don't tell me you're going to attack someone. I think you know my reaction if you are." Her voice was sharp but calm.

Sirius tried to shake Remus out of his fright. "I thought we could go somewhere exciting, this month," he said in the same quiet voice, before Evans came over and started telling off James. It was so painfully obvious that she was in denial about James. "Yeah, we're about to go attack someone," said Sirius loudly. "Damn, you've caught us. You'll have to give us detention, Evans," Sirius said mockingly.

Lily turned to Sirius. "I've yelled at you too many times. Oh and please be quiet people are staring. I don't understand how I put up with you." She looked about ready to smack Sirius.

Gwin sighed, realizing the this was a waste of a flying charm. She slowly carened to the Gryffindor Tower, and whispered, "Alamora." unlocking the window. She headed up to her dorm, the one that she shared with Nadia and her sister each year. Gwin looked like a shadow playing against the wall, her dark skin causing her form to slip away into the night. cool She fell onto her bed, taking another, not needed, sigh. It felt good to be back home. She stopped. Anywhere with my sister is home, she thought calmly. Gwinella (LOL, couldn't help but give her full name at SOME point in time....) glanced over to the bed next to hers. It was mummified with police tape that changed its words as you watched them. At the moment, it was in bold black letters spelling out: 'Reserved for the fourth.' She smiled for a moment, remembering how she and Nadia had invented the spell. Gwin's stomach grumbled loudly. She was still hungrey. Weither she liked it or not. But she couldn't go back. She knew that. After making a scene like that, it would mean too much attention. No, she shook her head- Not the right kind of attention. "I wish Kael were here." she said aloud. She could always talk to him, she knew. Without a doubt, she smiled. Gwin smacked her head, realizing what she would say if he were there. 'Why won't Sirius notice me?!' or 'He's so stupid! Why does he always flip his hair like that!? He looks like a sprockin' movie star when he does that!'
Or some denial and retreaval rot like that. But, she didn't like him. Rater, she couldn't. Her friends, their feude. "Good Lord, it's Romeo and Juliet!" she bolted strait up in her bed. "Except he's completely clueless, and I'm a fan-girl in denial." she muttered, falling to the crimson covers again.
"What am I going to do?"
Kael asked, throwing his hands in the air. "I don't know what goes on in her mind!" he hissed. Talos had a smug look on her face. "C'mon. You know you're pratically the only one she talks to about matters on her heart." Talos said sencerely. [OOC: A Lovegood- Being.... Wize? :Le gasp:] Kael gave Talos 'The Look', and she shrugged it off, grabbing another roll. Then, she did somthing completely unexpected. Talos lobbed the roll at Leah's head. This of course, had a meaning, but to the oblivious onlooker, such as Amos Diggory, it looked completely random.
There was a small note rolled up, and stuffed in the bread. [OOC: Anyone besides me think that the purple was kinda witty? I mean, like they both said it- Ravenclaw blue & Gryffie red = Purple? ... Okay, I know it was corny.]

[Ooc:That sort of made me crack up... I nearly suffocated.] Lily, irritated, had her arms crossed and remembered last year after the OWLS. She'd yelled at James for attacking Severus. Of course there was the idiotic way that he kept messing up his hair... that just annoyed her. Think on his good qualities, Lily.

Without turning, Leah caught the roll, and then took a big bite. She had been keeping an eye on the Ravenclaw table, and knew Talos well enough to not be suprised to find a tiny scroll in the pastry. Good roll, too - Still warm. It said.....
[0cc|| I luved it, Andy. -rotflmso- Now, what did the note say?
And Umme, 'Sirius' already responded to that post. Please delete the quote. EDIT: Okay, thank you!]

Nadia had already ate her fill of the warm food and was now taking in her surroundings. Talos and Kael, The Marauders, Lily, Kailyn, Gwin,-who had left already- Leah. . . wait, where's Peter? Nadia looked around the room, and then looked under the tables, thinking he might be spying on them from the dark shadows of the table. She sat up in her seat and looked around through the corner of her eyes. She leaned over to Leah. "Where's Pettigrew? I don't see him any where. Do you think he's up to something?" She sat back straight in her seat and grabbed a roll, and took a bite. She didn't want to catch the attention of the Marauders. And she was worried about Gwin. She had been gone for awhile. Nadia descided to go look for her after Leah answered her question.
[Ooc: I think I spelled some words wrong.]

James nodded sagely. "Yep, sorry Sirius. You're screwed. I, on the other hand..." He gave a winning smile. "Well, I'm sure she likes me too much to give me detention - Isn't that right, Evans?"
It made Leah feel sick, and she thought of excusing herself. Then again, maybe Lily would finally do something. Although she didn't know it, Lily was one of their biggest supporters. To Leah's knowledge, no one else could do to James what Lily could and get away with it.
Leah looked back at the note Talos had sent her; A reply was neccasary. She tapped the note with her wand to change the words, then stuffed it in another pastry. "Ready, Aim.....Fire." She muttered, before hurling it at Talos.
She then turned to Nadia, her firm friend since their first train ride on the Hogwarts Express. "Pettigrew? Dunno where he is. Does it really matter though? He is not the best wizard in the school, and he can't get in the common room yet. What's he going to do?" Leah knew that her younger cousin, a fifth year, was a stronger spell-caster than Peter. This resulted in Leah (unfortunetly) underestimating him half the time.
