lol, well, if you'll ever be able to find the manga, you should pick it up and check it out. it's quite diffrent from the show. and their children aren't too diffrent from their father, Kai's kid looks like he does in a sense, and Tyson's son looks like him in a sense, the last scene that was seen in the comic book was when Tyson and Kai took their kids to meet each other, and Kai's kid seems to be glaring at Tyson's child lol, this could be the foundation of a new rivals, as such as it was with tyson and kai at the beginning.

lol i wouldn't nessecerly call it a family rivalry, because it's just two close friends, but more like supportive competition lol.

lol that could be the case, but only if one generation has a falling out with one of the other family members, of which hopfuly won't happen ^_^

I liked season one better because I didnt like how some of the chracters looked in the newer ones

You need him like a bowling ball to the head....
I didn't like the first season that much because of the animation, but the second season made up for that. So the second season would be my favorite, but I loved the plot of the third season. That and the fight between Kai and Rei was just awesome C:
....which means not at all.

You need him like a bowling ball to the head.... Lmao, yeah that bugged me everytime I watched it. And then they made Rei look like he was on steroids. I know he works out and all, but that was a little much though. ....which means not at all.

I forgot that I haven't contributed to this discussion... sweatdrop
Personally, I like seasons 1 and 3. The former kept the character designs as close as possible to the manga, so when the first volume hit National bookstore here, I instantly recognized it from afar without having to read the title(I've got really bad eyesight). And the latter because... well, the characters looked so much hotter. xp Is that shallow or what?! XD
At Lighty: Well, if the time period for all three seasons was pushed forward a bit and the characters aged a bit (remember, I've done age calculations and stuff xd ), then their physiques would make a bit more sense...especially Rei on steroids! rofl Man, I loved that phrase from the moment I read it!
It's possible to be strong and yet have a lean, slightly muscular body. I've a friend named...named...

Crap! I forgot that I actually had a friend named IAN! rofl It's a good thing he's a good 12 inches taller than I am, otherwise the similarity would be too much (they've got noses that are pretty much the same, only my pal's is a tad smaller. And the hair is quite close in style and cut). Anyway, I was sparring with him and asked him not to hold back just 'cause I was a girl. Next morning, I had to wear a long-sleeved shirt because my arms were bruised from blocking his kicks. Ouch.
I know I have a few more friends and acquaintances with names similar to those in the anime (from all seasons). I just need to recall them all. 3nodding
