"I got you!" Malamis chanted as he danced out of reach of the young prince, the heat beat down upon his golden coat. He panted softly, he was growing, it was clear as the young golden cub glanced around, his warm happy eyes grew heavy with sleep. He laid his frame down and dozed into a deep slumber.
He'd followed the princess to the shade, and then even followed her towards her mother. Ahti had indeed deemed himself her protecter, he knew she didnt need it but he wanted to watch after her. The adults were busy, and now this new lioness joined them. He glanced up at her from under his bright purple mask, the male arched a brow at her, but said nothing. Just sat down and awaited the princess's next movements.
Twisted noting another in the area, her eyes roamed the other female quickly. With a nod of her head, she noted the sisters. It wasnt hard to tell that they were blood, she glanced towards her boys. Noting they both slept in a heap together, she glanced towards the sounds of the distressed mews, her ears flickered forward.
She lifted her wounded leg and forced it into a working manner, ignoring the pain that it caused. She padded out of the cave, her head held high. She might belong to a pride, but she was still a loner at heart, she slipped into the forest, hopping to go unnoticed. She followed the sound of the cubs.

Amethyst eyes watched her daughters protector with a amused smile. This was interesting. So Ahti had deemed it his duty to watch her little Princess. He could easily claim a place as a Warrior here, or jump up to Consort if as her daughter grew, she took notice of him.
"I don't know..." Fei Rou twitched a ear. She glanced over her shoulder at Ahti. He wasn't annoying, kept his distance and was mostly quiet. More of a shadow then anything else.

"It is doing well." She laid down when her daughter pushed herself between her front legs. The little black and red bundle curled up there. "Would you care to stay as Den Mistress, Xiao?"

"Blaze... she's a cub... but wise beyond her years. She had the gift of forsight." She explained shortly. "Ling wants to test her abilities, make her prove herself... alone." She sighed. She wondered how the cub was fairing.

AI Ning continued to wait, ears perked, and alert. Through the fog, she saw noone,...heard noone. She continued to stand still in the ankle-deep water,...waiting.

"Sounds like a Shaman. Her foresight is weak if she only said that I was with cubs." Kun Yi narrowed her eyes at the thought of Ling. "How will she be proving herself?"

"She did say you had them." Xiao corrected herself, remembering that Blaze had saif there was a girl and a boy. "I'm not entirely sure... she has to find herself... commune with nature..."

The Queen scoffed then groaned. "Oh I forgot...Xiao will you watch the cubs please?" The red dragon bounded off into the woods, arriving at the lake. "I apologize for your wait."

AI Ning saw the lioness coming, and smiled when she heard the queen speak, "T'was no problem," She shook her head as she bowed it towards the female ruler. Ai Ning slowly wadded towards the shore, "My name is Ai Ning," The crane introduced herself.

"I am Fan Kun Yi, Queen of these lands." The dragon held herself ready. You never knew who could become a threat. "And what would have of me?"

Ai Ning looked at the queen. Ai's eyes helled a youthful innocence as she smiled kindly, "I'd like to become a member of your pride, if I may." She said, not beating around the bush asto what she wanted, though the way she said it helled no air of arrogance what-so-ever. A truely peacful lioness she was.
