"I'm Isabel," said Isabel. "We should probably get going." Isabel picked up Nessa's right arm.

Nessa slowly woke up to see Isabel and some other girl standing over her. Suddenly she bolted up. "The letter! Where is the letter!" Isabel pulled the note out of her pocket and handed it to her. "Nessa, what's going on?" Nessa stared coldly at the piece of paper in her hands. "My family has been in hiding from the Death Eaters for a while now. Apparently someone betrayed their location. My parents are dead and my brothers are coming here for amnesty." Her eyes widened. "I need to tell Dumbledore." She tried to get up, but Isabel and the other girl shoved her down. "No. You stay here. Riane and I will bring Dumbledore to you." Isabel said.

Gets up and walks away from Nessa with Isabel. Before she leaves the ward, she turns around and says, "I'm Riane, by the way, Riane Potter. I'm sorry about your parents. We'll get this to Dumbledore." With that, she turns towards the door and disappears into the hall.

Isabel and Riane walk quickly to Dumbledore's office. They say the password and get on the stairs to glide gently up to Dumbledore's office. Isabel knocks on the door and a voice replies telling them to come in. Isabel and Riane enter the office. "Professor Dumbledore, sir, someone needs your help!" said Isabel. Dumbledore followed them out of the office and back to the Owlry.

"What's going on?" Dumbledore asked as he walked into the Owlry to see Nessa on the floor. "My parents are dead, Professor, and my brothers need rooms here." Nessa said quietly. Dumbledore sighed. "Your parents were good people, and your brothers will be treated well." Dumbledore smiled. "I remember Finnean. He was quite a bit like James Potter as I remember." Nessa smiled. "But I didn't realize you had another brother." Nessa's smile disapeared. "Alaric is five. He was raised in the keep." All four people frowned. "You girls should go to class. I'll deal with our incoming guests." Dumbledore said as he briskly walked out.

"I guess i'll see you around, Nessa, " said Isabel. "And goodluck with things. I'm sure your brothers will be fine here." Isabel walked out of the Owlry. She figured she would be late for class, but Isabel didn't care. She was worried about her own family. They were muggles. She finally made it to class, but she just couldn't concentrate. "Professor," she said. The teacher looked over. "Yes, Miss Woodlyn?" asked the teacher. "Umm, Professor, I don't feel so well. I think i need to go to the hospital wing," said Isabel. "Very well Miss Woodlyn, you may go," said the Professor. Isabel got out of her seat and left the room.

Riane walks out of the Owlry, but not to class. She wanders the halls, deep in thought about what had happened to Nessa. no one should have to go through that She kept walking, thinking about what Dumbledore had said about Finnian being like James. What was James like? She couldn't remember. All she could remember was him yelling at her to get in a closet and shut the door. Then, she remembered how after she was inside, there was a high pitched voice and then a flash of green light, and laughter. Those memories haunted her so. She continued to wander, avoiding Peeves, Mrs. Norris, and Filch. She ended up at the Gryffindor common room. Muttering the password she entered.

Isabel had no intention of going to the Hospital Wing. She couldn't stop thinking about Nessa and what had just happened. Isabel thought that some fresh air might help her clear her head. Isabel decided to take a walk out on the grounds. Finally she was outside. The wind was blowing and it was soothing. She felt much better as she walked over the rolling hills toward the black lake.

Riane sat down in a ruby red chair. What was Finnian like? If she found out what Finnian was like, would she know more about her own father, James? These questions found their way into her thoughts over and over. How could she just sit here, not knowing. Why had her father been killed anyway(I, as the fan, know the answer but the character doesn't yet)? She pondered the answers, not caring about going to class. She never went to many of them anyway.

Nessa sighed, got up, and left the Owlry, Ukala trailing behind her. "Ukala, what should I do?" "Go to the tomb of the Lady Le Fay, your ancestor Morgan. Perchance she can offer you guidence, and maybe even protection for your brothers." "That's not good enough anymore Ukala. This whole school needs to be shielded. If the Death eaters can find the Keep, then they could get within these walls without a problem." "Then you need more people, more humans to aid you with the spellcasting." Nessa sighed. "That's a fantastic idea, except since she was the enemy of Merlin, Morgan Le Fay isn't well liked around here." "Your backround and her's are no one's concern. There's too much at stake for anyone to care." Nessa smiled. "Your right. Who do you think I could ask?" "Why not ask those to girls, Riane and Isabel?" Nessa's smile got bigger. "Yeah! Morgan is more likely to respect them if their female. I'll talk to Dumbledore about it later. Now I have to find them and explain it!" Both Nessa and Ukala took off to find Riane.

Riane wandered down to the Great Hall, looking for her friends. She had been feeling nautious about the sudden mention of her father. How could a name make her feel so sad? She walked over to Fred and George, her best friends. They would make her feel better, they always did.

"Riane! I'm so glad I found you." Nessa said, running up to her with Ukala on her heels. She stopped, seeing the Weasley twins, Fred and George with her. "I need to talk to you. Are you busy?" "No." Riane said. "What is it?" "I can't tell you right now, but I need you to come with me, to find Isabel. I need to tell both of you the same thing, and it's pointless to repeat myself. Will you come?" Riane nodded. "Sure. See you guys later."
