I don't know if they WERE born at the same time though. Solidus was supposed to be the third one, but he could've been a separate clone altogether. Afterall, in MGS4, Eva clearly said she gave birth to two baby boys, being Solid and Liquid. She never said she birthed the third one, so it's possible that Solidus was like a side project or something.

mainfrym big boss151 it's also really confusing with the La Lu La Le Lo and the Patriots, what is the La Lu La Le Lo? is it the patriots, but with a different name? some nano machines censor the word into sounding like the other in some people that are not allowed to have that information. La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo is taken from the Japanese alphabet. It's a code for the Patriots, and yes, as the other user stated, the nanomachines in certain persons used this code to censor the word. It's kind of like the equivalent of A-B-C-D-E, or rather, A-E-I-O-U in English. Except that they are the "forbidden" syllabus in the Japanese language, since vowels for the "L" syllabus (La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo) are removed from the Japanese language. So it is usually replaced with an "R" (Ra-Ri-Ru-Re-Ro). And when you go back to MGS2, about all their censorship of information from the masses, yadda yadda -- It makes a lot of sense. (((I learned this fact when I was trying to learn a little bit of Japanese, so that I could play/understand a Japanese import version of Policenauts on my Sega Saturn. Ironic, huh? xd )))

It's interesting to think that General Scott Dolph had these nanomachines in him too, in MGS2.
It's also interesting to think that Scott Dolph is a translator for Konami who worked on translating the MGS games.

So it's kinda cool that Kojima actually acknowledged his accomplishments by naming a character after him. A character that gets barely 10 - 15 minutes of footage, mind you, but still.

Erm.... Where exactly did you get the idea that he was screwing Vamp?? eek Was there a chapter of MGS that I missed?
And, maybe after the RE5 hype dies down. I swear, if I hear one more person say how much they can't wait for it, I'll gouge their eyeballs out and... Well, it won't be pleasant.

And I always wondered the same thing myself. The term would make a little more sense is Vamp were female, as vamp can be slang for femme fatale, but he's obviously not female.
So yeah, beats me too.

Although in the Metal Gear database, it says nothing about the name Vamp having anything to do with his sexuality. It says that it was indeed because he drank the blood of his family and stuff that earned him the nickname Vamp.
His relationship with Scott Dolph was mentioned, but his name had nothing to do with it.
See, I can understand if MGS2 was made NOW, and he said, "His name is Vamp because he's bisexual, and Twilight makes all Vampires at least a little gay."
But what I meant was, when Raiden was like, "Have you ever met the guy?" Snake said no, then he said, "But he recognized you." and Snake was like, "Right... Well I... No, It can't be..." Blah blah blah. Seemed a bit peculiar. What, did Snake get molested by Vamp in the past or something?

I'll just go ahead and pretend like that conversation never happened. As for that Twilight statement... MGS2 DOES happen in 2009... After Twilight's release so... Kojima predicted the future!
