I'd never have heard it if you hadn't said something! I didn't hear it every time he said 'Dee sempai' but I heard it about twice and cracked up.
Oh god that was great. It was an asian lisp.

@Kitsune: Oh-okay. That sounds interesting. *shrug* Not sure I'm ready to start a new series yet though. ^^;; I'm busy enough. And for some reason nothing sticks to me quiet like Yuugiou. Though I am taking a liking to Ouran, and that's my current new thing. <3
.... Malik's seiyuu has a lisp? Gah, it's been a long time. (His dub voice also has some weird sorta... speaking problem... XD;; ) But yea, I haven't heard it in forever since I don't own the DVD's or anything. (One day)
Gah! It's not good to sound like Irateshipping! We fight a lot.... -.-;; ... like a lot, over petty things. And yea, he can be a real b***h like Malik-sama sometimes, and I just pout over it... but for some reason no matter how bad it gets, nobody wants to break up with the other one and we stay together. I dun know, I just hate being such a girl in the relationship... I mean, I'm not girly - but I'm damn submissive. I'm the louder more outgoing one, but he basically controls just about everything else... *Sweatdrop* That's what I hate about being a girl. I feel... automatically weaker. u_u;
Actually, I hate comparing us to my favorite pairing... it makes me realize we are dysfunctional. While my parent's aren't divorced like Jounouchi's... my boyfriend's father well... let's just say he's a bit too much like Malik's. I've never been allowed to meet him, hell, he doesn't know who I am. And... I just think that's why he is a bit crabby... and it makes me sad. So, even if we do fight - I kinda get it... (he's also the youngest child - I'm the oldest child of the family... I suppose that makes me a tad more sympahtic) *shrug* I don't know... sometimes I feel bad... I ditch him for this kinda stuff, reality just bites - and even if everybody is pissing me off, I can come here and feel a bit better. I think about roleplaying and anime and such and no matter what it makes me happy. Sometimes I wish too hard, and I wish that I wasn't in reality anymore... it's probably bad., but like I said - I kinda hate my body, my apperance and to compensate I break down my personality and compare it to my favorite anime characters. It makes me feel better....
Gah, I can't explain it, but have you guys ever had that feeling, "I wish I was [insert name] right now, or if I was more like [name] life would be better," I do that a lot. But then, people think I'm weird. For some odd reason, talking to you guys is almost easier than talking to my real friends. I've never told anybody all my gender issues and such. But, I guess it's hard to be embarrased when I can't see your face and our communication is text... um... yea, I think I'm getting too deep.

Yeah, I actually have a competition thing with my friends at school, and since I talk to them face-to-face it's really hard not to feel like I'm being judged and one of my friends is kinda bitchy. But I still love them.

And I know what you mean, Akila, about it being easier to talk to people like you and Kitsune. If I told my friends about half the crap I've released in this guild they'd have enough info to embarrass the crap out of me. Some things you tell some friends, some things you tell other friends. And there isn't a day I don't laugh my a** off when I read stuff here in the YYG. I mean EL GUILDO.
XD And I love how you said Malik's dub voice has some weird sorta speaking problem. XD J.T. really does sound funky in real life... from the few sentences I heard him speak on some website a while ago.

Um, yea J.T does a weird speaking thing... the way he pronouces words, "Ah wahnt tha Fair-OH!!!" or sumthing like that. I can't figure out what it is yet.... *hasn't watched in a while*

@Marik: So you heard it then? XD;; Good, I thought I was crazy. <3 Dee Thempai!! X3 So it is the Japanese versions where Malik and J.J. share a seiyuu? ((since I missed so many posts, I'm gonna do a back-and-forth reply thing... hope that's okay? XD;; ))
@Akila: You could just watch the FAKE OVA. XD It's pretty short and it gives you a good idea of the series. It develops the characters pretty well too, and gives you flashbacks of important events in the first volume of the manga. (the OVA is based off the first part of the second volume) I mean, I got into FAKE by watching the OVA first, so it might be something you'd wanna take a look at. ^^ Unless it was removed, it should be on YouTube.
And it's not exactly that Malik's seiyuu has a lisp but more that he has a slight lisp when he shouts, "Dee Sempai!" as J.J. But I agree about the speaking problem. XD
But... I understand what you're saying. Sometimes I've wished I was a boy (mostly because I hate having breasts and being physically weaker...) but at the same time I'm content being a girl. I think I would be fine being either gender. I'm sorry to hear that your relationship gets like that, but if you guys are still together, it shows that you are willing to work out differences because you really like eachother enough to get through them together. ^^ Hope that made sense... I'm pretty submissive also though. Mostly because I don't like making decisions. I'm usually content with different ways of doing things, so I prefer for other people to make decisions, but at the same time, if I don't agree with someone or if they're pushing me around, I won't take crap. I'll stand up for myself if the time calls for it. ^^ Oh! Sorry, off-topic... ahem, but yes, I think most of us anime fans have wished we were more like certain anime charactes. While everyone else looks up to models, we look up to anime characters. (I think we're in the better though, because models are just as fake as anime characters, but anime characters are prettier. XD) It's human nature to be concerned with your looks and be envious of those who you think look better, but I just try not to give a damn. Of course, it doesn't always work, but it's worth a try, no? In the end, looks are only skin-deep. Maybe that's why it is so easy to talk to people through computers, because we don't have to worry about that ever-nagging feeling that you look uglier than other people (even though they're probably feeling the same way!) and you can just be yourself. Only personality shows. That's why I love the computer: you get to meet people through conversations instead of physical attraction.
@Marik: And I'm the same way: I tell certain things to you guys that I would never tell my real-life friends. XD;;; I guess it's nice knowing we can all trust eachother. Actually, I feel more comfortable talking to even my real-life friends through Gaia.
@Akila: XD You made Malik sound like a hick! And that Aladdin thing is... retardedly amazing. XD I love that movie though; one of my all-time favorite Disneys. Silly friend of your's.

(Aside from monthly issues... *growls*) So.. I think I'm the same with you on that. Of course, if I was a guy I'd have to be gay and pretty... XD; But not too pretty. I'm not fond of those really, really girly "lyke OMG" gay guys. *LMAO* And hellz yea anime characters are better. They have more depth. I'd have to say if Malik didn't look as damn sexy as he is, I'd still love him. <3 Since they have real life issues and emotions (things models can't show so much - or aren't supposed to) we can sorta relate to them.... and yea, even look up to them on certain levels. Haha, yea I hate that feeling... my best friends are really gorgeous... and well, they always get all this attention in front of me, "HEY YOU sexy!" when I'm with her. Of course... X3 Bakura's laugh ish soooo sexy!!! I remember that video. I was watching it in my closet and laughed so hard I hit my head on the way *I have a small closet* and my mom comes running in.
I love Honda's laugh near the end. XD
J.T. ... I still like his voice even though he does say things weird. The 'you fools' line makes me laugh every time. I think he likes that word. "fool".
I love Aladdin! I love things from that culture, most Arabic and middle eastern cultures *especially from a long time ago* draw me in.
XD Sounds like when my friend pronounced horse de ovures *sp* (sounds like Orderves, right?) as ... horse de ovurz. XD And escargot exactly how it looks. XD

I dunno, it's just, the friends I hang out with now. They always tease me about the negatives, I don't care, but... I don't get compliments. I get, "Oh no she's gonna yell at me again," or "There goes her temper again! Someone bring out the firehose!" or sarcasm based on how stupid I am, and then I ALWAYS get the moody comments, "No, she's not PMSing, this is how she always is," O_O So, erm yea - but the negative comments are generally true. (I don't like being called STUPID so damn much, but whatever)
But... thanks really. That means a lot! Gah... I can't handle flattery...! It makes me all giggly and annoying... whee ^^ I feel happier now. I was in a sorta bad mood. Birthday tomorrow and I'm wasn't looking forward to it at all.
But... now I feel a lot better! heart =D

Strangly enough, the first way I knew Jounouchi was through Joey, and even though he was still my favorite character back then, I always hated his voice. XD;;; *is too picky*
