Well, school is all about reading and writting. Maybe not in text form, but it's there none the less. Wait till you get to year 12, you have to study 4 different texts. Luckily for us, was one in fact a movie, though I can never watch Gattaca the same after that experience.

BiccyDash After this book i still have five other books to read neutral I a really really slow reader... and as soon as i read something i've forgotten it xd Ah don't worry, I used to be a slow reader too. I suppose I still am compared to others, but I just can't speed read and enjoy a story just as much. I started with Lord of The Rings, but really got stuck into Harry Potter later on. You'll get better with practice, just as with drawing, Also, you should read Harry Potter; the movies aren't that great, but the books own.

I'm currently reading one of David Eddings' books, book 3 of the Tamuli to be exact. Over the past three months I've read a shitload of fantasy books, and during the christmas holidays and last year I read even more. Heck I've been through just about every single book that David Eddings, Raymond E Feist and Robert Jordan have ever written. I'm a really really fast reader when I am interested in something, and unfortunately that means I get distracted from my work. xd
