[You may add Gnobble the Wood Imp to defeated bosses and Red Imps to your easy kills. This goes for Kali, too.]

((Not yet, I'm gonna do it after this post. If it's not too much trouble could you double check my EXP and HP? I might have screwed them up, I'm not sure))
Spaz noticed his plasma readout was glowing, with little flashing arrows next to his stats. It didn't take a genius to figure it out... and it only took Spaz about a minute and a half of lip biting indecisiveness to decide which stats to upgrade. Finally he tapped AGI twice and DEX once.

((Ok, added the stat points))
Spaz tucked the useless axe beneath the straps of the duffel bag on his back with a sigh. "I shall name you 'Choppin' Chuck'." He declared. As for the money, he figured they might as well split it down the middle, so he took $52 and added it to his wad of cash.

[They check out. I think. I don't know what your original Max HP was. Anyways, you know you can't equip that axe, right?]
Down the middle was cool.
Anyways, what was next? Were they to press on, or rest awhile?
[It doesn't matter. I'm going to bed. You gonna be at the sessions tomorrow?]

[Yeah. Monks can't equip anything that would change their fighting style. The cool thing is that they attack twice, though. Like, instead of the 2.6 multiplier, it's 4.2. With palms or claws (yes, I know you have your own), the damage will be intense. You could pick a second job class that can have it, though.]

((Sorry I'm late, I just got up at 12 and had to get me some Frosted Flakes first))
"I want some cereal too!" Spaz grumbled, breaking the fourth wall.
((HEY, you're not supposed to be able to hear this, it's OOC!!))
"Oh, sorry... uh, God." Spaz scratched his head and spoke to Kali. "Mysterious voices aside, I think we should keep going." And that he did, continuing on into the tree.

[Hahahaha....]
The tree's interior was very roomy. Nice walls, good finish. Excellent color. Hey, there was even a shop! COOL!
Carved into one of the walls was a little touch screen vendor, equipped with money slot and dispensing hole. Nice. Really nice.
Here's what it had to offer:

Hi-Potion: $56 -Restore 250 HP.
Ether: $55 -Restore 50 MP.
Antidote: $10 -Cure Poison.
Eye Drops: $10 -Cure Blindness.
Ammonia: $100 -Revive Fallen Ally.
----------------------------
Cutter: $300 [Kali/Weak] -25 ATK, Crit damage +10%
Broadsword: $270 [N/A] -31 ATK
Fire/Ice/Bolt Rod: $450 [Kali] -18 ATK, +6 INT, Property Bonus (Elemental)

"Aww man, that's too expensive..." Spaz whined, but perhaps if he sold some stuff he'd have enough for something cheap. Digging out the clothes the computer had given him, he stuffed them in the slot and waited for the cash to roll out.
He also tapped the screen a few times, trying to figure out how much he could get for the axe.

The clothes went in...and out came $13. Wow.
About the axe...it brought a much higher sum. Much higher, indeed.
Rage Axe: $327 Sale Price -29 ATK, +3 VIT, Rare

"Goodbye Choppin' Chuck, hello moolah!" He shoved the axe into the slot, heedless of the fact that it didn't really seem to fit. That brought his total cash up to... $502. Not bad.
So, Spaz tapped the screen, purchasing one Gauntlet and five Potions, and inserted the cash owed.

[Good purchase.]
Kali, unsure of when they'd find another shop, purchased 2 Eye Drop Vials, 2 Antidotes, and 2 Potions. Hey, she still had a dollar!
[Ugh...Gotta cut this one short because my dad's making me go. I'll be at the next session, though, ready for action!]

((Gotcha))
Spaz pocketed the potions and equipped his shiny new gauntlet on his right hand... but wait, it wouldn't fit over his nails! Oh woe of woes, what a conundrum! Spaz LIKED his nails, they gave him that crazed sadistic look all the ladies loved. Ah well, they would always grow back.
"Hey Kali, let me borrow your sword." Taking the Kotetsu blade, Spaz hacked off the nails of his right hand--sending pieces of fingernail flying all over the nice clean shop--and then gave it back. He slid on the gauntlet and threw a few experimental punches. It fit fine, but without his claws his hand felt really weird.
He sighed and waited for Kali to finish her purchases.

[Read the Sessions post with my apologies.]
The gauntlet sported its own set of iron claws, but they didn't move with Spaz' fingers...and they just felt so lonely.
Nonetheless, the whole weapon added some serious punch. Pun intended.
Once Kali was done, she giggled and waved at Spaz.
Well, wasn't that cute.
"Ready?"
