*Dameon looked up at the man. The man didn't look threatening. and even if Dameon was sure that after his last battle he could take anything. He reached out to shake the mans hand and at the same time he stood up.*

After what seemed like a life time, Aeife slunk to the ground in the doorway when the fighting was at last over -- or from what she could see it was. Being in the forest for so long, she had lost her sense of who was good and who was evil in this war. For a long time, it had just been the shard holders and the demons -- and she recounted those events in painful detail. Now there were others, beyond the power that the shard holders possessed, the desired to protect them. That's all she could tell on her own, anyway. She was still so lost.
She sighed, touching her fingers to her chest as she felt that all too familiar pain begin to resurface. Was there still a place for her in this fight? It wasn't as if she wanted to be involved... She never had. But feeling so useless didn't sit well with her either. How could she get her strength back?
As the pain advanced and grew stronger, her breathing quickened. What was the cause of these attacks? They began in Quon on that horrid day... When the town burned and the people were slaughtered and when she had transformed into a... A monster. The pain surged and she gasped as she felt it in her arms and legs.
She leaned back against the wall and squirmed, a pained look on her face as her hand covered the source of her affliction. Not now, she thought, not around Renn and Natasha and the others. She didn't want anyone to worry. Her teeth gritted together as she tried to look normal, as if nothing were wrong.
One thing she knew for certian: she couldn't simply sit here any longer. She would have to leave, and soon.

she felt the chains tightening and growled loudly as she fought through cursing at Necros "damn it all Necros i dont need you adding to it...get this shadows thing out of me" she growled loudly scratching frantically at her neck. She drifting between sanity and insanity ...it was insanity that spoke back to Necros.

Maria had seen what had happened and growled lightly "honestly Zelphie..you should have no fears...makes you weak!" she spoke as she slamned her bladed wing on the chains and snapped them in the half releasing her from the shadow whisp. She watched intrigued as the whisp left and returned to Kranna again "now as for you...that was pretty childish trick..let me show you how to really inflict pain" she smiggered as she puched her staff up to Krannas neck.

*he looks over and sees maria standing over zelphie. He walks over and sees Maria extract what seemed to be making zelphie act strangely. He grins and opens a portal to the shadow realm....*

*Dameon Looked over his shoulder to see the two demons and t he possesed one by kranna. He sighed and looked back at the man who had just congradulated him.*
"Sorry, i'll be right back. It seems my job is never over."
*Dameon turned and walked over to necros Maria, Zelphy and Kranna being stealthy enough to come up behind the demons.*
"Now you three wouldn't be gangin up on poor Kranna would you!? 3 against 1 Hardly seems fair."
*Dameon grinned almost maliciously at them especially Necros who he knew wasn't in any form to fight again.*

Zelphie shook her head and stood up, grinning her evil grin. Grabbing her twisted sword from the floor that now glowed a blood red colour she held it forward at Dameon "looking for a fight are we...?" she growled as her glowed red and her fangs grew sharp..waiting to have some fun.

*Dameon looked at the girl with the twisted sword. She didn't seem like much of a threat at all especially concidering she was being pushed around so easily by necros. Even when she fought Necros she didn't seem to have even the smallest of chances*
"That is your call. What you have to ask yourself is are you willing to die. If you even want to stand a chance you'd better be as strong as your leader Necros here. Otherwise I'd suggest you walk with him back to the shadow realm."

"im already dead...and you underestimate me.."she stopped in mid sentence when she looked round to see Necros vanishing of the Shadow realm and growled lowly "damn it all...Maria..yo staying?..or are you gonna play chicken?" she snarled as she turned her gaze back to dameon waiting to decide what to do next.

*Dameon grinned as he saw her notice her leader leave. He knew he had the upper hand in the situation. Not out of raw power, but the fact that he had been the one to defeat Necros.*
"You are aware that I'm the reason he Isn't fighting don't you!? Think about it. If you can't fight his grasp on you what makes you think you pale in comparison to him, and to take on the person he himself was uunable to kill i don't know, just doesn't seem smart does it."

*the portal reopens and he steps out again. He may have lost but he would stay to oversee the end of the battle.

Maria snapped at Zelphie "being dead doesn't make you invicible Zelphie...give it up already" Maria knew when she had met her match and knew that if he could defeat Necros neither her or Zelphie could defeat him. she sighed as thoughts ran through her mind, Maybe if we combine we could get rid of him...maybe, but are you willing to do that Zelphie she spoke in the back of Zelphie's mind.

perhaps... she spun round to see Necros again and growled with bitter anger at him "you're just gonna watch..you really are a demon" she snapped as she stood with her sword ready for anything as she thought about the decision at hand shall we leave it for another day...?

*Dameon Still hadn't made any attempt to draw a weapon. His broadsword was still clipped to his back. He listened cross-armed as marie told zelphie her limits and as the other yelled at Necros. He started fiddling with the few strands of white hair that fell in front of his face, still facinated by the fact that his hair was now white.*
