You'll need to adjust the settings for the 'contributor' group. I was going to stick the picture I did for the guild cover page contest into the gallery, but there isn't a 'submit art' option. Just 'suggest a favorite'

crazy. Okay I think I fixed everything, including allowing people to join, just make sure you try to join as a contributor
