It's a reflection of a pendulum from a grandfather clock, or some clock, and it's got the blur from a camera setting?

-Mykal The ^ is a lazy way of indicating a reference to an above post; I usually just don't want to go to the trouble of quoting you and editing out the code for the picture because I don't like quoting pictures. Yah.
