Ally spread himself out on the bed next to Jeff. "I would of course bring you back for his sake, but should he be averse to having and undead fiance, you cannot deny that you at least...what is it they say...enjoy the view."

Holly and Yakov had started going in circles. The smells blended together in the street and the trail seemed to be everywhere at once.

Ally opened his mouth to comment but quickly shut it again and sat up. He listened for a moment before turning to Jeff. "Lobo, I think we are in trouble."

The hairs on the back of Jeff's neck stood straight up. He sat up as well and stared at the door to the bedroom.

Jeff had to admit he was scared. Ally never admitted these things. He was always able to just pop in and out and be annoying and never leave them alone. This couldn't be happening. Jeff took a deep breath before crouching slightly, getting ready to pounce.

"Yakov, this is pointless. We'll never be able to sort this out."
Yakov nodded. "Yeah, let's get back. We'll have Ally take a message to the others."
They both raced back to the house. When they got there, Yakov was sure something wasn't right. He carefully opened the door and crept into the house. "Jeff?" He opened the bedroom door and nearly screamed. It seemed like the whole room was covered in blood and both Jeff and Ally were gone. There was a small note in the middle of the bed.
'Did you really think one vampire could stop us?'
Yakov crumpled the note and howled in rage.
