Shepard only faced the other way, not bothering to listen what else Luna had said after. But he did hear one thing that annoyed him. " Grr. We both know what it's like! When we where just children we fought to our limits! Almost to our deaths!" Shepard said in anger. The memories started flooding back to him.

The scene is a large stadium. People cheer all around. A short boy with blond hair comes face to face with a taller blue haired boy. They exchange some dialog when suddenly the blue haired boy strikes first. Young Shepard punch's Gordon the gut and punch's him in the face. The young Gordon charges at Shepard but his older cousin's speed is to much and he is kicked away.

Deciding to use a move he saw his father use, Gordon says some words and a red glow surrounds him. He suddenly charges into Shepard, sending him skyborne. The stunned Shepard can only watch as his cousin is able to rocket after him and feels a hard punch in the face. . Unable tpo recover in time, he feels a sharp pain in his back as he kicked farther up into the sky. He does a flip and spreads his wings.

Shepard cannot comprehend how such a little weakling has hurt him so. With a scream of a phoniex he gathers the some of the solar energy around him and prepares to use his father's Phoniex Blaster Move. Gordon gains that red glow again and readies to use his father''s Chaos Cannon move. Both fire there attacks, both hitting each. It causes the stadium to quake and people to panic.

Not believing his scrawny cousin is actually matching his power, Shepard prepares to gather more solar power when suddenly he realizes his beam of fire is being eaten up by Gordon's move. Screaming in pain as he is consumed by it, Shepard disappears in a flash of red...

Shepard winced as the memories left him. The battle did indeed go own after that, with Gordon scoring a lucky head butt into his chest. " Don't ever tell me I don't know what a brutal fight is with my own kind. Ask Gordon. He will tell you that day both our parents never thought we would come home alive..." Shepard said now turning to Luna. Gordon also looked at the neko and nodded, confirming the fact that he to thought the fight was very extreme.

" He didn't get upset. I did" Shepard spoke up. " You think we have it easy? Do you know what it's like to grow up in your father's shadow? Never being able to live up to his standards? Your lucky. Sometimes i wished my father did die all those years ago. It's easy enough to please my mother but him, there's just no end to it! And making sure everything is balanced in a world or else it turns into utter destruction! Like that thing you set free in Mirandal" Shepard said referring back to the demon the neko had set free.

" I had to clean up your mess. The guy was ready to launch an attack on our home world. Thank goodness I killed him before it got out of control. No, you have it easier then us. The only you have to worry about is some guy with a metal arm. Where is he anyways? He's another one I've been trying to hunt down. I'm going to end his life if its the last thing I do!" Shepard said. In truth he really wanted Alexander there so he could just beat something. He was furious for some reason. Something was obviously bothering him. He had been holding in one more thing. His pride was in shreds right now. It always had been since Gordon beat him that. He felt so overshadowed by his cousin. Sure he could transform now to but Gordon could stay it in longer than Shepard could. it seemed no matter how hard he tried he couldn't catch his cousin.

'I meant ask him out, Rose. If I hear one more dramatic story, I'm joining Kira..' he stated across, there conversation hopping over Reigne. Allen stood up, and stretched his arms out, and just randomly wiggled his body.

Luna layed her ears flat against her head as she growled abit. "Your a real idiot aren't you Shepard! Don't you understand the way the universe works? You can't have the good without the bad otherwise life would be dull! No one would know what happiness is if there wasn't something bad! No one would know what something bad was if there wasn't happiness to counteract it! The universe runs on the fine line between good and evil! Weather you like it or not its something that you have to live with! Just the same as your hav eto learn to deal with the fact that your NOT GORDON! Your not him! You are who you are so you need to stop trying to be something your not because trying to beat your cousin at everything is just getting really demented, and no Shepard I didn't have it easier than you!


In my culture when a female decides to enter the arena she is treated just like a boy for supreme equality! That means that she has to wear the same uniform and go threw the same battles which isn't easy! Besides like you'd know what its like to even be a slave! To be small and be tormented in horrible ways! Raped again and again just because your Master knows he can do it! Please Shepard like you've got it hard! The only reason its so hard is because you make it that way! You never step back to look at the big picture and whats really important! All you care about is getting stronger than Gordon and while thats admirable you really have to step back once in a while, otherwise your going to miss something really important!!" Luna shouted, her face was bright red with frustration, her eyes clouded from memories she wanted to stay dead. Still..she couldn't send them away. Shaking her head softly she simply turned and stormed off, she had said what needed to be said and what was that.

Sabrina followed Trident out to the courtyard and plopped beside him in the rose bed, scratching herself on a few thorns in the process. She glared at him playfully and said, "I thought you wanted a cherry? Then you just took off...your are a strange lad as far as I know." Sabrina giggled and placed one of her candies in on Tirdent's rising and falling chest.

"Wah!" He cried as the cherry was about to fall off his chest. He sighed in relief as he caught it in time. Popping it into his mouth, he stared blankly into the darkness of the sky. "I'm very sorry. I didn't mean to leave you hanging. It's just to beautiful a night to be staying indoors." He carefully picked a red rose and handed it to Sabrina as a sign of thanks. He smiled and whispered thank you into her ear.

Kimiko slowly motioned her head towards the direction of the school. "N..n..nothing much...I have to go!" She quickly bowed before running away from Mai. Her azure eyes seemed to watched as her feet begins to take her away towards the direction of the school. She really didn't know what was she was going to do. A lot of new students and less time to meet them. She quickly sighed and exited inside the building. ((Exit to the cafeteria))
