heya, i head you talking about scans/translations - i know the website you mean with the japanese-german-english translation... if you want another one with scans up to chapter 31, then check out http://www.onemanga.com/Fushigi_Yuugi_Genbu_Kaiden/ ... the translations may not be perfect but you would get a definite idea of whats happening - its gonna get so sad!!! crying i won't spoilfor tose that haven't read it yet but... crying crying

oh, and just a sidenote that if you're buying theseries in English, then Volume 7 of the manga came out of the 4th! i'm going out to buy to today!

Not sure...they usually wait until the manga series is finished before making it a show...but since they made a video game, they may not make a show at al...wait...*thinks of La Corda d'Oro and Haruka, which were videogames, manga, and then anime*......er...they may make it a show, but as of right now, there are no plans for that...but Yuu Watase doesn't really have many manga made into shows....just Fushigi Yugi, and Ceres...and Absolute Boyfriend's a live action drama....I'm rambling, aren't I??
Anyways, as of right now, there isn't an anime show on the way.

The thing with Fushigi Yugi is that I believe that its quite a difficult to animate such a story~

Me too!!! eek i wouldn't know wut to do with myself if fushigi yugi Kaiden Genbu was never turned into an anime...the stars woud lose their shine if that never happened!! Also does anyone ever wonder if Takiko will make it to the end alive?! because it seems like she caught consumption from her mom!!! crying

Takiko summons Genbu and saves Bei-Jia, but in the end she was a sacrifice to the God, and her father kills her because he doesn't want her to suffer anymore, then he kills himself...but what I'm curious about is what happens to everyone else....like Uruki....does he rule the country as the emperor in the end??

I think Uruki would kill himself if Takiko died.
Seriously, after Souren died, Takiko is pretty much all he has to live for, take her away and I'm sure it'll be a disaster.
Though...I wonder if they'll make a wish to have her resurrect in the universe of the four gods : 3

Though...I wonder if they'll make a wish to have her resurrect in the universe of the four gods : 3 I think I would have to agree with you on the fact that Uruki would probably kill himself. I mean, after Soren died, he was crushed and he sore to protect Takiko (I think). So yeah he probably will, but then on the other hand he could also just become Emperor because Takiko would reject him due to the fact that she loves a different man. I don't know really...the subject is too far in the manga yet.
