Ian moved to the other side of the table and sat in the seat. "Well, we were all taught to be gentlemen at Durmstrang. It was horrible if we messed up," he said. He shuddered once, then looked back at her. "I'm kidding, my mom taught me how to be a gentleman. She thought that I should know how to treat a lady right. And what do you know, it worked," he said with a grin.
"So, did you want to make me the prime target of being attacked by Sirius fan girls by putting us in the middle of the room?" Franki asked jokingly.

Sirius glanced side-to-side. then he said in a hushed tone, "You never can be too careful."

Franki smiled. "Who are you and what have you done with Sirius Black?" she asked jokingly. She smiled and looked over at the dance floor longingly before turning back to Sirius. Her eyes sparkled in the dim light.

Sirius caught the look of longing towards the dance floor. "Shall we dance?" e asked politly. He got up, leaning towards the dancers.

Franki stood up behind him. "Yes, we shall," she said, and followed him to the dance floor.

Sirius started to feel very, very, very nervous. He was okay at dancing, still a little iffy. Hogwarts never sponsored a dance to improve his dancing skills, and home definatly didn't help.

Franki smiled and pulled him towards the dance floor. "Got any moves, Sirius?" she asked jokingly. She twirled away from him, then walked back.

Sirius started to sweat. What if she thinks I'm a geek because I can't dance? he thought nervously. I am not a geek! he thought reprimandingly. Then he started swaying to the music, having no other idea how to dance.

Franki smiled and grabbed his hands in both of hers. She pulled herself closer to him. She laughed and wrapped her arms around his neck, swaying with him.

Sirius wrapped his arms around her waste, seeing this happen in a muggle movie. He sawyed, eenjoying the moment.

Franki smiled. She stood up on her tiptoes again and kisses him lightly, then put her feet firmly back on the ground, and swayed to the music again, grinning to the floor.

Sirius cupped his hand around Franki's and lifted her chin. He kissed her back, full of emotion and lurve.

Franki kissed back, pulling herself up as tall as she can make herself. She heard the groans of the fan girls that filled up the dance. She couldn't help but kiss back, it was her instinct with Sirius.

James led Lily slowly into the Great Hall, trying to make sure everyone saw her. "A beauty like yours deserves to be seen by the world, but the Great Hall will suffice," he whispered in her ear before she could ask him. Growing up in a 'proper pureblood house' did have its benefits.
Marketa giggled lightly at Ian's joke about Durmstrang. "My mahder and fahder tried to teach me to be a lady, but we didn't have much money and I had to get a job, so de lessons stopped. Once in a while, dough, mahder will remind me to 'sit up straight and don't look like such a slob, Mar. Just because de neighborhood smells like fish doesn't mean you have to have de manners of a fisherman,'" she said in a crude high-pitched (but good natured) imitation of her mother. She looked at Ian and laughed.

Sirius finally pulled away, still swaying to the music. He heard the fan girls, and was pleased. This relationship was gonna make itself known.
