No this is actually good news (hear me out its a very long explination and I am pro gay marriage.) If you read it said that they are going to check and see if the law is unconstitutional and if it is proven that it is then the law gets over turned proving that same sex marriage is ok by the constitution meaning that in all of the United states that marrige is legal no matter who you are. (Its very long winded I know but I am not in any way shape ort form homophobic and if you trully under stand what I wrote you will see that also read evbery thing I said before you decide to flame me.)
I have read other articles stating that they are thinking of taking a vote to see if they should outlaw it or not. To me, that is bad news, because the fate lies in the hands of the majority.
But I do see where you are coming from. 3nodding its california court. while notorious for being liberal and artsy, the gov't there=conservative. i'm going to now proceed to post my arguement for gay marriage.
Outlaw it because its against christianity? Athiests, buddhists, hindus, etc are all allowed to marry.
Outlaw it because it unnatural? Prove it.
Unnatural because they cannot have children? Sterile people can marry.
Unnatural because animals don't do it? Studies show that there are many instances of homosexuality in deer, dogs, sheep, etc...
Unnatural because it was Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve? TAKE YOUR AGGRESIVE MONOTHEISTIC RELIGION AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR a** INSTEAD OF DOWN MY THROAT.
