Koukon_Tenshi Same here... Oh how I love MS Word... heart Eh.. spellcheck is really the only reason I use MS Word. I just wish notepad had spellcheck.

Well, I didn't mean experience with actual lawsuits, myself... but just from what I've heard. For instance, there's one district in our area that did get sued over an accident during a day they should've closed but didn't, and now they're always the first one to close. A single snowflake falls from the sky, and that school closes. Ours, it takes a lot more... Of course, it's not really ours anymore.....

Koukon_Tenshi I also like the grammar feature on Word; my grammar is not the best... But it is far better then my spelling. ^^' I had a ENG101 Professor in my first year of community college who focused way too much on grammar and way too little on... well, the cirriculum. (Didn't help my spelling a bit blaugh ) While I resent her for a very unenjoyable course, she did make me an expert on any grammatical rules I didn't know before then. So I usually pick up on that sort of thing before Word does.

Koukon_Tenshi I wish suing was not so easy anymore... sweatdrop this is why a hot issue for years now has been tort reform: capping the amount of money you can sue for and making it harder to win cases.... most civilians don't really look at that as an issue as much, though, because most know little about it.

Koukon_Tenshi Yanitome Yanitome No this is actually good news (hear me out its a very long explination and I am pro gay marriage.) If you read it said that they are going to check and see if the law is unconstitutional and if it is proven that it is then the law gets over turned proving that same sex marriage is ok by the constitution meaning that in all of the United states that marrige is legal no matter who you are. (Its very long winded I know but I am not in any way shape ort form homophobic and if you trully under stand what I wrote you will see that also read evbery thing I said before you decide to flame me.) I have a sinking feeling some people wont get what I ment... crying Oh I forgot this is mostly a liberal guild after all we do worship pocky. sweatdrop
