They say ‘freak’ when you’re singled out. Amber eyes narrowed at Mitsukai. When had he said his mission was super-secret? He had just said it was a mission. Not all missions were secret. Star Trek's five-year mission was far from secret (to boldly go where no man has gone before, if he remembered correctly). "Negatory. But perhaps it is a secret, and I'm telling you because I know that you'll assume I'm lying, and therefore won't ever realize that it's a secret," he proposed. It didn't make much sense even to him, but it might be a good plan sometime. Psychology was a wonderful thing. A wonderful thing Devon didn't understand. But psychological warfare seemed to work, so it obviously had its benefits. As she spoke more about he power, he transcribed it duly, mouth in a concentrated like and eyebrow arched. Wow. So he could only assume that the owners kept their powers if the ones she copied eventually faded. That was good. Devon didn't know if he'd ever be able to live without his powers after having then for three years; it would be like a piece of him was ripped away. Like Mitsukai, he loved and hated his powers. They were fun and useful, but the constant failing energy was taxing. It probably wasn't healthy in the long run.
Her question about his powers surprised him. He'd never really told anyone about them, and no one aside from her had taken note it if before. He'd kept on the DL at his job and stuff. Didn't want that kind of attention. So he wasn't used to getting questions about it. "Affirmative. I could do just about anything to your computer and hard drive once I'm in." He didn't want to reveal too much. It would either scare her or intrigue her, which could be bad. If the wrong people knew about his powers, then they could try and force him to use them for personal gain. Usually his powers were used for fixing things, as was his job. He could strengthen firewalls and security systems. He could also wipe someone's hard drive clean if he chose, which he'd done out of spite before. Hell, he'd hacked his own government files to change his age. It was practically limitless. He'd screwed with his own laptop so he'd have super fast Internet wherever he was. His firewalls were also the strongest he could make them, and he programmed his search engines to automatically filter out unsavory things. The provided filters did a little, but didn't catch everything he'd rather not look at.
He also liked the weapon uses his powers had. He'd constructed his own phasers from scratch using his powers. He'd never use it on a person since getting tazed hurt like crap, but he felt pretty awesome for making his own weapon. He could also do like he had in the battle simulation by wrapping shorted-out wires around his arms to shoot out bolts of electricity. When he got electrocuted, it just felt like a tickle; to others it could be lethal. He'd never killed anyone, but he knew he could if he wanted. But it wasn't in his nature. He'd rather outwit them than berzerk them. Just to do a little demo of his powers to her, he focused on her cell phone. In a few seconds, he had mentally sent her a text that said 'I can also hack into your cell phone. :]]]'. When Cadence walked by, Devon made the Vulcan hand greeting to her. "Live long and prosper," he called. That usually weirded people out, which frankly amused him.
The red. Well, it filters through.

[ Thank you very much! ]
L walked out of her dorm and noticed everyone gathered around and eating. She reached onto her head to adjust her Top Hat and realized she was not currently wearing it. "Hmph. Must've left it in my room..." She shrugged and walked forward to one of the tables, sitting down beside Nikky. "Hey guys what's up? Excited for the party?" L personally couldn't wait for the party. She loved them so much. She stoled a piece of one of Nikky's chicken, giggling quietly as she popped it into her mouth.
]
Adam sat on his bed, ruffling his fingers through his dark hair. He was getting hungry so he decided to go get some food and see where everyone was. Walking out of his room he found everyone quickly, scanning over the room with his eyes. He noticed L wasn't wearing her hat and he shook his head, knowing she had forgotten it. She had the worst memory. He sighed softly before deciding to walk over to the table and sit down close to Mitsukai, wondering what had happened during his absence and who the new guy was.
]
Mick sighed heavily as she laid back on her bed, not wanting to go out and socialize. But she was getting hungry. Maybe she'd just go see what was out for snackin'. She lifted her purse off her floor and opened it, digging through the contents until she found the pack of mints. She took one out and popped it into her mouth, sucking on it for a few moments before she stood up. What should she go in as? Spiders don't work, people always scream and try to squash her. Hmm. All bugs are out. Eventually she decided on the perfect small animal that no one would try to kill. She padded out into the cafeteria, her beady eyes searching for a familiar face. The tiny striped ferret focused on Adam and scattered over to him, chirping softly as she ran her cold nose onto his hand to alert him to her prescence.

"Part of me didn't, a large part of me, but a tiny part got bored of the mediocrity...I suppose you are up to something or rather bored to talk to random people in the corner..."
Minron didn't really care that Kyuubi knew he was back nor did he care that Mitsukai knew, but rather now he was afraid. When he was a Lizardman, his scales rendered him somewhat immune to her abilities, but now he had no scales and was just icky human flesh which provided no resistance to anything, hinting why Minron now needed a blanket to sleep at night. Now Mitsukai could probably access all of his memories and powers with one touch and that was a reason he wanted to keep his presence a secret; the other being his liking of solitude and thinking time. Minron trusted Mitsukai to keep her hands to herself, but his primal instincts expected her to eventually use the fact his scales weren't there to experiment with his abilities and dig at his extensive memories of war and bloodshed. It wasn't that Minron was afraid of sharing his memories, but the fact was he had done even more violent and evil things during his time as a warrior for his nation. Cannibalism, torture, enslavement, things he had left behind for a humane society and to escape the barbaric nature of war. If Mitsukai used her powers on him, all that would come back to haunt him here.
That was something he needed to worry about later and take mild precautions to negate any of Mitsukai's attempts with her powers. Right now he needed to talk to Kyuubi; he wasn't an unknown threat like Mitsukai was, though she didn't voluntarily made herself a threat, Minron's desire to escape his past was. Minron closed his book and didn't bother to place the book mark where he last left off since he never bothered with reading when having a conversation. Minron shrugged and took the chips that were dropped and started eating them, not regarding of why or how since he wasn't paying attentions during his thoughts about Mitsukai.
"So which is it?"

Milo sat in a corner of the cafeteria, nose deep in a badly beaten book. It's spine had been broken, and it's covers were curling from him holding it constantly with one hand. Still, peering through the crinkled cover the words 'Snow Crash' could be deciphered. The white haired teen always read it when he needed to get away from things, but still the thoughts crept about in the back of his head. They hadn't said much the entire ride down to the Academy. Then what was said was strained, and awkward. As soon as they piled Milo's junk in his dorm they were gone. Not even a hug or handshake. Setting the book down next to him he looked at his hand, clad in industrial strength, black latex gloves. He like to think the reasoning behind the 'no touch' policy was because of what could happen, but their faces as they left always gave it away. They always looked so relieved.
Shaking his head he stared at the plate of untouched food next to him... It could have been macaroni and cheese, or cheese potatoes, Milo wasn't sure. He prodded it with a fork, debating if he wanted to test out his assumption or let it be when he started to hear Star Trek jargon. He sort of chuckled to himself as he began to watch the two of them banter. Idly wondering if the girl had any sort of idea of what the guy was talking about. Well, Milo himself wasn't big into Star Trek, he was more of a Brown Coat, and a proud part of the Rebel Scum. Wait, last time he checked, most Trekies hated Star Wars fans. Scratching his chin he wondered what it'd be like to strike a conversation up with the two, every year he made a resolution to make friends here, after all. Even though it always turned up with nil results because he'd never strike up conversations.
From his view it seemed that most people made friends from the first year of school and didn't venture out of those circles. So, after Milo came to the school most of those groupings were already made. Added with his sleeping through classes, and constant reading he never got around to be social... It made him miss his old school, a little. Back there there were friends, and Zoe. Whenever he thought about her all he could think about was missed chances. This year, he hoped there'd be a little less of those. Finally resolved, he brought himself up to his feet. Pushing at the lower of his back to work out the kinks in his spine. On his way to approach the duo's table he stumbled while trying to dodge a ferret in it's loping gait.
"Well, that could have been catastrophic." He mumbled after catching his balance. Milo nervously scratched the back of his head, after finding out he ended up at the aforementioned table. Letting out a sheepish hello, Milo was finding himself already regretting this venture...

"Well I am rather bored." Kyuubi confessed. He was still thinking about the threat of Satori. Who knows what Satori has done in a year. He might have gotten more people to help with his cause to destroy Kyuubi and take over the kingdom. Kyuubi hoped Satori didn't get Kyuubi's opposite.
Kyuubi suddenly remembered when he killed Mitsukai's opposite. She had made him angry at Mitsukai as well. Kyuubi had nearly attacked her. He had stopped himself, but it was hard to do. Kyuubi didn't like anyone of those opposite dimension memories. There was so many fights with people he had met at the school.

Please dont cry, i didnt want it this way. (( i edited the first paragraph. ]] Mitsukai laughed about his confussing sentence. "Well, that would be smart. But most people wouldnt risk it. And like most neive people, i'm not one of them. I'm very good at figuring people out. It's something i've adapted since i started showing my power." She said and smiled. If he was honest about his planet, that would be the coolest thing ever. BUt if he was lieing, that would be the funnest thing ever. "Oh well where you came from. Though the truth would be nice. But this planet sounds pretty rad, so i'll pretend to belive that." She told him, signifing she would no longer go into his planet life. She thought all the possiblities he could do with his power. "That is verrry cool." She said and felt her phone vibrate. She checked her phone and laughed at the text. "Nice" She told Devon. She'd already forgot the name he told her. She waved at Cadence when she left. She sent her a text. "C u @ the party tonight. 9:30. movie theater. theater 15. Just tell the ticket booth you're here for Niky's party. Tell friends. NO FIRST YEARS!" She texted her and texted the remander of the kids at the table. Mitsukai was suprised when Adam sat next to her. "Hey Adam this is, uhh. Sorry i forgot your name already." She admitted and blushed softly. She was so interest in this kid, yet he had a hard name.
Mitsukai noticed some kid coming to their table. "Hello." She said smiling. Whoa was this table getting crowded or what. She didnt think the kid she forgot his name would like that. I mean hadnt he sat alone in the beging? (sp?) "Adam you're going to the party right. 9:30. Movie theater by the closest mall to here. Theater 15." She told him and looked at the two next to her. Neither were first years obviously. "Y'all are invited to." She beemed. Yay. More people! "I rented out the theater, so it's free for y'all. Just say y'all are going to Nikky's party when you go to the ticket booth. Dont tell any first years." She informed them. "Only money y'all will need is for snacks." She said softly. She was so excited. Only a few more hours.
Mitsukai noticed the ferret. "Okay, Cory or Mick?" She asked softly. Those were the only shapeshifters she knew here. Aless it was a first year. Who knows. Or was it actully a ferret? Probelly not. Pheebe took another sip of her drink since she finished her pizza. Joseph frowned at Nikky and Daina. "She could out drink me because of her powers. But without powers included i am the drinking champ." Joesph said and remembered the hung over he had this morning. "And i wouldnt risj the tittle. Because your power is practiculy counted as cheating." He said and stuck his touge out at the two. Joesph looked at Candence. "Well huge party tonight. Ask Mitsukai for details. It's Nikky's birthday. Huge party last night you missed. And hm, not to much honestly." Joesph said and smiled. Getting kinda sleepy. He checked his phone and noted all the details. Sounded like a perfect party.

They say ‘freak’ when you’re singled out. "An intelligent species. Fascinating," he said in regards to her reasoning. Devon was crap at figuring people out; his paranoid tendencies usually shielded him from what was right under his nose. No, he wasn't from planet Vulcan; if he were, he'd be much better math. He was from boring old Manchester, England. Well, it was boring to him; maybe not so someone else. His lack of vocal communication usually hid his heritage, so he never even thought on it. But he wouldn't be telling them that, of course. It would kill his street cred. Or, er, nerd cred. Yeah, his power was pretty sweet. ...And who on Gamma Thirteen was this? Why was Devon suddenly popular today? Hm. He didn't recognize this boy, not that he expected to. Adam. Adam, Adam, Adam... he chanted in his head as his fingers flew across the keyboard. It was much easier to locate his student profile since he had a first name to work with instead of just faces. A ginger eyebrow arched. Power: teleportation. Fascinating. Though it didn't surprise him that Mitsukai forgot his name. "Archimedes," he repeated. Oh, and he struck through where he typed Cory was the most attractive of their species. Adam definitely took the hot cake.
And now someone else was here! "Like I said," he mumbled to himself, watching as a ferret soon followed, "herding tendencies." The urge to drop his forehead onto the table was strong, but this newer kid was intriguing. As he studied his face and scrolled through more school profile pictures, he greeted him with, "Greetings, traveler." Hm. Milo. Electrical control. Nineteen? Wasn't he kind of old to be in high school? Perhaps on his planet it was normal. He was surprised to look up at a... party invitation? At a theater? As in a movie theater? Why was he invited? ...Had Devon even ever been to a party? He couldn't remember. Surely at least a birthday party? ...No, he couldn't recall. Was that pathetic?
"I am unfamiliar in the ways of human social activities," he responded. "I am unsure if it is wise for me to accompany you, for I might not function normally." He looked at the ferret strangely. Would it be joining them? Cory or Mick, Mitsukai has said. He knew of Cory, the shapeshifter, so he could only assume Mick was another shapeshifter, which meant this had to be a human. Fascinating. His thoughts went back to the party. Did he even want to go? What movie were they going to see? He hoped it wasn't some stupid romanic comedy. Just about anything but a romantic comedy would be okay. And movie food kind of sucked. This party was starting to sound less and less appetizing.

Adam laughed when Mitsukai forgot the kid's name. "Nice memory Mitsukai. You did a great job with Nikky's party, I never usually get all excited for a party but I can't wait for this one." He pulled his metallic silver PDA out of the back pocket of his skinny jeans and jotted down the theatre number so he wouldn't forget. He then flipped it closed and put it back into the pocket, nibbling his lip ring as he did so. He felt something cold touch his hand and he jumped, but quickly looked down and noticed the ferret. "Oh, hey Mick." He reached down and wrapped his hand around the ferret's mid-section, gently lifting her up and placing her on the table in front of him. He then looked to Mitsukai and smiled a crooked grin. "I knew it was Mick since it came to me, plus it has dark rings around it's eyes like she does." Adam looked up at Archimedes and flashed him the same smile as he flipped his hair out of his eyes. "Hey, awesome name." This new kid was pretty interesting. He began to wonder what his power was ....

Mick was surprised when Mitsukai actually considered the ferret to be her. She hadn't talked to Mitsukai in forever, but it made her happy to know she still remembered her. If she was in human form she would have busted out into tears from laughing so hard at Adam's reaction. The kid jumped so high. She held still as he lifted her, surprised that he was so gentle. Most people just lifted her up. This was a nice change. When he released her she sat back on her hind legs and chittered softly, rubbing her fuzzy face with her tiny paws. She looked up at the group with a big grin and spoke with a ringing, musical, high voice. "What's up guys?" She looked over at Archimedes with her beady eyes and studied him.

Please dont cry, i didnt want it this way. (( EDITED! ]]
Mitsukai liked how he kept reffering to her as species. It made her wanna roll on the floor laughing. Not that she'd do that. That would be embarrising. "Why thank you." She said smiling. Mitsukai took note of his name. She needed to remeber that. Archimededes, Archimedes, Archimedes. She repeted in her mind. She would remeber. "Shut up Adam. I'm aloud to forget names every once and awhile." She said trying to glare at him, it failed cause she wasnt really mad. Mitsukai giggled softly when he said herding tendencies. "Yea, i guess you could say that. It's nice to be around people. Even if it's just a small few. I'm sure you'd find it nice to." She said softly. There was no way he was from some other planet. Why would he go there then? Then again, lizardmen and other dimensions. Why would they go here either? But he hadnt fooled Mitsukai. Nope. It all seemed like a practicle joke to him. He seemed to like jokes, hence the pool joke. She'd catch him slipping up, to prove he's from earth.
Mitsukai grabbed her phone, which so happened to be a iPhone and connected to the internet. She typed planet Vulcan on google. After a few moments she got results, she hadnt expected that. She then clicked the wikipedia link. Startrek! STARTREK! Ok did he imagine her that dumb! She quicky read the article. Vulcan was a small planet proposed to exist in an orbit between Mercury and the Sun. There were attributes of Mercury's orbit that astronomers couldn't explain. In the 19th-century French mathematician Urbain Jean Joseph Le Verrier hypothesized that they were the result of another planet, which he named Vulcan. Although he was wrong, and Mercury's orbit has now been explained by Albert Einstein's theory of general relativity, the name was later given to the home planet of the Star Trek character Spock when the series was created in the 1960s. Mitsukai looked up at him. "Planet Vulcan isnt a real planet." She said calmly. "It's from startrek." Goodness. He actully thought she was that dump. Ok yea, she hadnt watched star trek, but comeon! Thats just crule. Why would he even be that way?
Mitsukai giggled softly about the social activities. He was trying to hard to make himself from this so called 'planet Vulcan'. But she was no longer agitated about him claiming to be from a startrek planet proved to be untrue. That honestly upsetted her. But not enough for her to become unintrested in this boy, no deffinably not. "I'm sure you'll be fine. If you start freaking out there will always be an empty area in the theater for you to sit and watch the movie. As i said, i rented the whole theare out." She said softly. Indicating he'd be fine. "We're seeing that horror movie Nikky's been wanting to see because it had Justin Long in it. Uhh, Drag me to hell. Yep, thats it." Mitsukai said while thinking. She smiled at Archimedes. "I'm sure you'd like it." She told him softly. She then looked at Adam. "Thanks babe." She said giving him a over friendly smile.
Mitsukai jumped when the ferret talked. Okay, yea it was Mick. But talking ferret, still freaked her out. "Hey babe." She said to Mick and again tried to glare at Adam, yet again failing. "Stop bragging! You're always doing that. Didnt you're mama teach you better?" She nagged, then laughed. She wasnt good at being mad at people. Not good what so ever.

Nikky laughed at Joseph. "True, Too bad Daina." She said jokingly. Nikky was basically high strung at the moment, waiting for those few hours to pass by. At least she had enough time to get ready. Plotting what to do after the movie, if she knew Mitsukai enough, which she did, she knew she would go all out for this thing, and she smiled, truly grateful that she had a friend like Mitsukai.
L's appearance without her hat shocked Nikky. "Hey! Of course I'm excited for the party! Hanging out with all my friends is gonna be awesome!" She pretended to look annoyed at L for stealing some of her chicken, but got distracted by Joseph.
When Joseph stuck his tounge out at them, Nikky stuck hers out in retaliation. Then she noticed Cadence had arrived. "Oh, Hi girlie! My birthday party tonight, You better be there!" She said in a mock threatening way.

Daina snickered at the two of them. "Real mature, sitcking tounges out? What are we in Kindergarten?" She teased, then rolled her eyes. She took a sip of her soda, then looked around, spotting Cadence coming their way. Her eyes caught L's hatless head. "Missing something?" She asked L, looking at the top of her head.
"Well, if it isn't Miss Fashionably Late? Same as usual?" She asked Cadence as she sat down, referring to her absurd parents. Daina jumped slightly when her phone vibrated in her pocket, and blushed as she pulled it out, reading the mass text. She smiled, knowing Nikky would have a great party.

Cadence saw the Vulcan greeting they boy at the table gave her,and smiled in return. She used to watch all the sci-fi shows with her dad when she was younger. She turned her attention back to the table and laughed at Nikky's and Joseph's antics. "I swear, you two..." She said, rolling her eyes. Before she started to eat, she pulled out her cell, checking her text message, nodding. "Of course I'll be there Nikky." Cadence said, confirming her attendance to the party.
"Yeah, my parents acting the same as usual" Cadence shrugged, confirming Daina's suspicions. She decided to start eating her meal, looking around at the others. Something was off about L.
"Ah, I see, are you going to go Hatless this year, L?" She asked with a smile. She took a sip of her hawaiian punch, then pushed her tray aside, finished. .

L was glad that she didn't get in trouble for stealing her friends chicken. She smiled happily at Nikky, tempted to steal more chicken but not wanting to ruin her current non-anger .. ness .. thing. Okay. She shot a glare at Daina. "I left it in my room, leave me alone." She glanced around the cafeteria in search of her brother, finding him in the seat next to Mitsukai. Hmm. What the heck was that? She shook her head before turning back to the table and back to reality. When Cadence started to mess with her L turned her glare to her. "Shut up or I will invade your mind." Secretely L really wanted to invade someone's mind, but it usually angered her friends so she kept her mouth shut.

[New color for Adam.]
Adam gave Mitsukai a charming smile, flashing his pearly whites at her with an innocent look on his puppy dog face. He began to laugh though when Mitsukai tried to glare at him and failed horribly. "I'm sorry honey, how about next time I start to brag you just smile at me with that adorable face you make and I'll get so distracted by those beautiful eyes of yours i'll stop talking and just fall into a trance." He looked in Mick's direction and winked.

Michaela could have died of laughter when Mitsukai jumped. It was so amusing to scare people, even if it's only for a moment. When Adam and Mitsukai began to flirt she looked away for something else to entertain her. It was strange to be in ferret form, having not been in this form in years. She scurried over to the edge of the table and sat back on her legs again, closing her eyes and she changed back to human. Once in her human form she opened her eyes, which were still a rodents black beady eyes and stood up, adjusting the hood of her jacket. When she looked back at the group her eyes were normal. She sat down two chairs away from Adam, not feeling social but not wanting to be alone at the current moment.

They say ‘freak’ when you’re singled out. Devon arched an eyebrow at Adam, flushing slightly. People didn't smile at him. They just... didn't. Yet he was. Strange. Then his eyes narrowed suspiciously. Awesome name? Well, of course it was awesome. Archimedes was a brilliant man; Devon was proud to be named after him. Though he doubted these Earthlings knew who he was. High school kids were prone to not studying as often as they should. When Mitsukai mentioned being around people, he turned his arched eyebrow onto her. It was nice to be around people? He'd never noticed it being particularly nice. Sometimes it was annoying. Or tiring. Or both. Devon savored his alone time; he didn't understand people who constantly needed to have attention. Then again, Devon didn't understand a lot of things. Most of those things pertaining to human relations.
His eyes zeroed in on her phone when she took it out again. What was she doing? He could tell she was connecting to the Internet, but not what she was doing on it. Checking email, looking at scantily clad men... Gah, stupid teenage brain always jumping to the gutter conclusion. Bad, bad, bad! He was slightly startled as she looked up at him. And— crap. He'd been found out. He hadn't expected her to go Google on him. "Damn," he gasped. "I've been exposed." His face didn't betray him; he looked as stoic as ever. Really, it surprised him that it took her this long to figure out. He thought everyone knew what a Vulcan was. Maybe not the whole Star Trek universe, but at least Vulcan. Once again, he mentally connected with her phone and sent another text message, 'Cheater. :<' When she mentioned the theater, he knew the problem wouldn't be him freaking out. It would be him acting normal, and freaking everyone else out. This Mitsukai was a socialite. She had friends. He wasn't accustomed to being around people, much less groups of people his own age. The movie she said would be showing sounded laughable. Teen girls squeeing over hot guys, or whoever this Justin Long fellow was. Yeah, that was totally his scene.
And now the two most attractive of the species were flirting. Great. He rolled his eyes. Predictable. It was the main reason he didn't care for romantic comedies. They were so by the book. Girl meets boy. Boy falls in love. They rival before giving into their 'feelings.' There there was a huge cliche kissing scene. Still, he made sure to type all the information down. But now he was getting a headache. Why was he still here? They were talking about seeing a movie he didn't care about, flirting like teenage— well, they were teenagers, but still. Stuff that was uninteresting to him. Even the ferret girl was sort of unimpressive. In her normal form was much less entertaining. Why was he suddenly bitter? It seemed like an odd change of personality. Whatever the reason, he felt far meaner than he had previously. Still... he looked at the new guy, this Milo who was nineteen, wondering if he was going to contribute to anything. He might be more interesting than these... people.
The red. Well, it filters through.

A few second after Milo arrived at the table he found himself with an invitation to a party. The teen was shocked, she'd barely known him, why would she invite a total stranger to a party? Was she an empath? Probably not, for the most part it didn't work on him.
Milo gave a crooked grin as Archimedes greeted him. In the blur of conversation before him he was slowly picking up on names. The most active of the group seemed to be Mitsukai, she was consistently leading the group in conversation. The others seemed to have their own pairings within the group they talked too...
Again Milo became a rather passive voice in the group, quiet and looking on. Very few people seemed to notice his arrival, so shrugging he took his book out from his pocket and flipped it open. Keeping an ear open on the conversation, and allowing his light blue eyes to glance about the group as well. He couldn't help but snicker slightly as Mistukai realized just what Vulcan was, surprised it took her that long to sort it out. Than when the ferret he practically tripped over turned out to be a person he just about jumped out of his skin. Should he apologize? A feeling of guilt washed over him, despite the fact she didn't seem to notice the incident. Milo sighed and rubbed his eyes lightly, this was becoming a maelstrom of activity. A bit different from his friends back home, only a handful of friends there, here he didn't even know if he could keep up.
Everyone kept on picking on the one called 'L' when she arrived. Honestly he didn't know why, tapping his chin while everyone else was chiding her for going hatless. Why would she need a hat?Shaking his head he felt as if he walked head long into an inside joke. Looking back at the group before him he sort of cringed at the openly flirtatious attitude of, Adam he believed his name was. He always had trouble with it, honestly it just ended up making him uncomfortable to be in it. Looking back he saw that Archimedes was looking at him.
"'Ey, names Milo O'Donnel." He crossed his gloved arms across his chest, and attempted to strike up a conversation with the only subject he knew thoroughly. Books and comics. "Out of curiosity, are you named after the Archimedes of 'The Once and Future King', or something different? Hopefully not Watchmen, it'd be sort of sad, y'know?"

"Boredom is just the thought you have nothing to do, when in reality, there is always something to do, you just deny yourself to know about it...Is there anything in development I should know about now that I've been compromised? I want to be prepared for the on slaught of invites to events through my mail...Mitsukai is the number one reason I don't have a cell phone and that is why instead I use a mail box in front of my room."
Minron knew if he had a cell phone like most teenagers his age, he would have less alone time since having a cell phone basically meant you couldn't technically be alone; people could always bother you from anywhere. Cell phones sometimes brought on more cons then pros when it came to the total of events caused my one. Minron tried to stay away from that side of the technological curb that plagued schools. Kyuubi was probably different; he seemed like the guy who would be different and probably at least leave his cell phone in his dorm room. Minron leaned his head to the side and supported it with his right hand, trying to figure out a way to maybe both beat the boredom and avoid going to a social gathering; his reptilian senses just knew Mitsukai had one brewing up. Minron switched his eyes to his reptile ones, helping get a better look at people at other tables.
"Never mind...Just found."
Minron didn't have super hearing, rather a sense of vibration from sources that allowed him to vaguely understand what was going on around him; similar to a snake's hunting skills. His eyes were tuned in like a few types of lizards, allowing him to see farther away than normal, that and he could read lips. Minron turned his eyes back to normal and looked back to Kyuubi, still leaning on his own arm using his head. If Minron was going to be stuck doing to anything, he wanted to get his conversation skills back up since they had desecrated from weeks of lacking social time. If it was just a party, that would be killer and in the bad way, but if it was some social event like a LAN party or a movie, then in would be more easier for Minron to be social.
