"Maybe," Strohm spoke up, obviously having doubts about their plan, "All I can say is 'hope for the best, expect the worst'. He turned back to Parris, still smiling, "As for your fight, was there anything you wanted to add to that?" He already had thought of a few scenarios should he not have any specifics.

Ava is still sleeping. It seems like she's having a nightmare. ((I'm not sure how long she's going to stay asleep. Probably once it seems like 8-9 hours have passed in the role play or Katerina enters the room. If thinks that the ammount of time has passed, I'll have Ava reach the end of her nightmare, wake up, and meet up with Katerina.))

The sudden apology caught the morph off guard. It had been rather…unexpected. Sam didn’t really peg Ras as the kind of girl to apologize or even admit she was wrong or something along those lines. Then again he had been wrong about things before. He stood there staring at her, cocking his head to the side slightly, and finally smiled a bit when she was finished. “Apology unnecessary, but accepted.” Sammuel said good-naturedly as he followed Ras once again down the hall, until they arrived at another door. Hearing the question he stepped up next to her and poked his head into the room. “Hmm…” He said thoughtfully before entering, waltzing around then room, and then stopped in the middle of it turning back to face her. “Perfect, love. And don’t worry I’ll be a good boy while I’m here.” Sam assured with an innocent expression, though chuckled under his breath before removing his blind-fold for the time being. The room was dark enough that the light wouldn’t hurt his extremely sensitive eyes. And now their golden color was finally on display.

((woo woo i'm here! can someone pm me and summerize what i missed? please)) The young man for some reason was drawn back to the man hole. Silently he jumped down and headed towards Retribution. I guess I should thank them He thought to himself. As he drew closer he heard some firmilar and unfirmilar voices. What could be happening? He thought. Carefully he snuck in "Hello? anyone home?" He called out as he felt the door brush against him as it shut. Still no answer it was too quiet and he didn't like it one bit.

"It sounds like the best plan we have..." Parris sighed, giving Strohm a dark look, "And as much as I hate to admit it, he's probably got the right view. But looking for your sister to give us cover is brilliant." He brightened a little bit, trying to remember something he had heard a little while ago. It didn't want to come to him though, so he let it go with a shake of his head.
"The fight... I suggest you hit to kill." Parris stared at the distant ceiling like it held some secrets for their plan, "We've had reports of their being a lot of the retribution members being spotted around an abandoned part of the city, then vanishing, so we should probably make it there... Strohm, you shouldn't travel with us at all, last thing we need is for them to see us together and put us out of business." He was back into his planning, and while it wasn't perfect, no one else before them seemed to have thought of it, so he was rather proud of himself. Parris looked at Indigo with a thoughtful expression on his face, "I'm thinking that Strohm should tail us until we get into the city... Them make a move to apprehend.
"At that point we turn and kick your a**, hopefully with the help of some well-to-do Retribution members." He shrugged, "Suggestions, criticisms? I don't think I've done too bad for not having done field work before, so give me a break."

"Well, it's better to assure that there are no ill feelings floating about." She said quietly. "Or at least I think so." Ras said no more on the subject, and watched in mild disinterest as Sam prowled about his room. When she at last found it earned his approval, her head jerked in a nodding motion. "I'm sure you will. Anyways, I'll leave you to get situated." Although as she turned to leave and registered the removal of his blindfold, Ras turned half-way around. That scrap of fabric had been irritating her since she had met him. Ras supposed it was her innate curiosity that caused it to bother her so. Now that it was off, it was easy to see his eyes were an unusual color, which further piqued her interest. Of course, he was an altered, so that in itself explained a lot. Nonetheless Ras asked, "Why do you wear that thing?"-- Indigo's head bobbed in silent agreement, before he fell into a mock swoon. "Reeeally? Well, thank you Parris, you're simply too much. Brilliant," at this point he fanned himself dramatically, "I'm all a flutter." Snickering quietly to himself, the boy abruptly changed tones, "although seriously. I'm glad you approve. I also happen to approve of this abandoned city. I've been there before-- briefly, mind. So, I havn't had any luck." Toying absently with the holster of one of the guns strapped to his side, Indigo's countenance took on a concerned cast. "I doubt Strohm needs to hit to kill, that's excessive. If you want it to look that way, so be it, but we don't want things to get too nasty for us. Otherwiiiise.... I have no problem with it. It's as good as we can get at this point."
Giving Strohm a weary glance, Indigo inquired, "Strohm? Any questions comments or concerns? Suggestions for the overall betterment of out plight?" Where Parris completely rejected the idea of Strohm all together, Indigo did not. That is not to say he was at all pleased about Ingram assigning them a babysitter-- far from it, he remained mortified. However, even he had to admit, Strohm was an experienced fieldhand and any advice he might have to offer, Indigo would genuinely value.

“Such expressions of kindness are rare these days.” The Shadow commented as he wrapped and loosely tied the blind-fold around his wrist; so he wouldn’t lose it. With it off now he could see things as they were meant to be seen. The colors brighter, objects sharper, and Ras herself came into better view. He couldn’t help himself from giving her a once over now, just to take in the details. Sam was always a bit of an observer when it came to people around him. The question though brought another smile to his face, this one rather amused, “Oh I’m blind.” He stated simply, with a straight face. It only lasted a moment before he broke out into a small fit of laughter. Turning away Sam plucked the bottle of moonshine from his jacket and sat it within easy reach for later. “My eyes are actually quite sensitive to the light. So I might as well be blind then, when I go out into it that is.” He explained, his laughter dying down as he turned back to her.

So far so good. Katerina thought as she navigated the halls of Retribution. No one has come up to me and asked who I am and what I'm doing here. Though I suppose with so many people here, there are bound to be some that arn't recognized. As Katerina was thinking to herself, she became distracted. She thus, ended up going to the place of the wildly emotional fight that she'd been an audience member of earlier. As she rushed up to them (accidentally), the two people still there greeted her with stares. The man with green hair was still walking away, but hadn't gotten very far yet. Urm... Hello there! Katerina said nervously. You wouldn't happen to know where I could find a Miss Ava Morretti would you?

Bailey eyed the new comer suspiciously. This was not one of the people she had brought back with her and she was asking about Ava. Not answering her question deliberately, Bailey spoke. "I don't believe we've met." She said, putting out a hand. It was a habit of hers, to be polite to new comers even if they put her on edge and she had never seen them before. "My name is Bailey Hall. May I inquire who you are and why you are looking for Miss Morretti?" Her mood had clearly taken a step in a different direction from earlier. Her adrenaline was still making her anxious, but she was starting to clam down more and more. Bailey knew Vlase could wait. She'd approach him on a different time. She then noticed that the kid that had passed out earlier was now approaching and she nodded towards them. "You look better. And I didn't catch your name either."((I edited this so that it includes the post below me!))

The young man started to walk down the halls. A look of fear appeared in his eyes. "Allo anyone dere?" He once again called out as he heard his voice echo through the halls. Where is everyone? He thought as he walked around. Still no one seemed to around. Quietly he snuck around but the floor gave him away. For every step he took the floor creaked. Finally he saw people in the distance, he carefully ran up them as he slid against the floor. Recognizing one of the two girls he stared up at her (Bailey) "um hi cherre". He said causitiously. At that moment he remembers earlier he hadn't made a great first impression.

" De name's Trenton Darkholme but please call me Trent". He looked downwards. "Ah'm sorry 'bout before cherre, ah guess ah let my mind get de best of me." He seemed to blush embarrassment. Looking up with a puzzled look in his unique eyes. "Better what do you mean better?" Not recalling of what happened earlier. Looking around he still didn't have any idea where they were. Lifting his arm up he scratch his head in confusion. The IV was still attached to his right arm.

"I suppose." She replied uncertainly, lacing her arms uncomfortably over her chest. Ras hardly appreciated his searching eyes, as being stared at had always made her ill at ease. As soon as the phrase, "I'm blind", had left Sam's mouth, Ras barely had time to snort in disbelief before he burst with laughter. Although she would have liked to pretend she had not found it at all amusing, Ras could not keep a small smile from infecting her face. Even so, when she next spoke, her words were dry, "Right, right. Does that have anything to do with your power? Or is it simply a a condition.... and can you even see at all with the blindfold on...?"
Ras' aformentioned curious nature was taking absolute hold of her. Each question she asked lead to another in her head. Even as she trailed off, the girl realized she had no idea what Sam was even capable of doing. Propping her thin frame on the doorframe, she added to her string of questions. "Pardon me if I'm being too nosy.... but, what is it you do anyway? I saw the whole dragon bit, but I wasn't really sure if that was it... of course that might explain your eye color...."

You may. My name is Katerina Morretti. I'm Ava's younger sister.Katerina said as she took Bailey's hand. You probably don't believe me since she and I look almost nothing alike, but I do have some proof. Katerina reached into a small pocket in her skirt and produced a photograph of Ava, their parents, and herself. In the picture, Ava and Katerina looked basically the same, except they were both shorter and Katerina didn't have any tattoos. Their parents explained their interesting looks. Isabeal, their mother had Red hair, green eyes, and fair skin. Their father, Gabriel had Black hair, tan skin, and hazel eyes that almost looked gold. The two sisters had inherited an odd mixture of genes from both the parents. Katerina noticed that Bailey had calmed down from the fight that Katerina had been privy to earlier. Partly because Katerina was helping Bailey's mind produce a bit more of a chemical that helped to calm her down. It wasn't mind control or anything. She was just helping the process to go along faster.

Bailey nodded at the proof and smiled at Katerina. Sometimes she wished she had the ability to read minds like some of the others. She could trust people better that way. Right now, she believed Katerina and would surely bring her to Ava. But she did not fully trust her. "I'm not exactly sure where Ava is right now, but we can try one of the rooms that I'm sure she picked out. It's late and she's probably sleeping."
Bailey then turned her attention to Trent. She now knew his name which made her nerves calm down more. He didn't seem to know what had happened to him, and he still had an IV attacked to his arm. She smiled slightly. "You passed out and you were coughing up blood. We brought you here. This is Retribution Trent, you're safe from the outside world and the Institute down here." She thought about how safe they really were. The Institute most likely knew they were under ground. The real question was how long did they have. Or she could just be paranoid. She snapped back and spoke again. "Feel free to pick out a room and stay as long as you want. Or you can accompany me to Ava's room and I'll help you pick out a room right after I get Katerina there."
