You should reduce the chest and delete and merge any unseen parts so the the animation will go smoother. I watched a tutorial about multiple layered characters and so long as the under layers won't be seen layer you could just delete them to simplify. You may need to re uv things though which means re color but I bet you need to update that anyway. Hope this info I got from a tutorial helps! heart

Its kinda supposed to freak you out. That character is one of the strongest in the touhou series and thought of to be very dangerous. In the first scene she seems nice and inviting, but once you blink the scene changes to show danger and incite shock and fear. This 2d to 3d effect is made by taking a flat image and masking out the foreground, middlegrounds, and background. Then using tools in photoshop (like clone stamp) you fill in areas behind the layers so no gaps appear. This allows it to have 3d like turns. The camera movement and compositioning is done in After Effects. I merely moved the camera forward in a slight arc and then had it pull back. For the fake blink I used a black solid (flat color inserted into composition) the size of the comp that went of 0 to 100 and back to 0 opacity. This is the refined version of what I did in class which was without the sound and the transparent moving Yuka and a few minor movement changes here and there. This is still my first time using it though. I plan on doing a realistic composition with it for my demo reel... which I am hard at work on... when I'm not checking gaia >.>

True we all have, whether out of spite, revenge, or accident we have all hurt someone else in some way. I remember seeing Kaze bombing ant hills with firecrackers, but I think he has already told that story lol.
