Mark laughed, and then put on just enough concealer to cover his mark. "I am probably one of the few vampyres fledgling or not that hates having long hair." he said looking at the teacher and then rolled his eyes at her; obviously not worrying about what she had to say. The young mans mark almost completly disappeared. The sixth former looked completely at ease. "Lets go take them with us regaurdlessly. I need to meet of the girls around here before I get bounced to another house of night."

Just then Finn's phone buzzed. He checked it again, surprised by what his phone was telling him. Lily had agreed to come, with her friend Hanabi. He looked up to Mar kand said "Well.. You're gunna meet two new ones tonight" and with a wink, he had finished with the concealer. "Jamba Juice?" He asked. It was the only place he was aware of in this new town that he had been dumped in.

Mark laughed and looked at Finn. "Sounds good as long as I can get something greasy," he said in his distintive brooklyn accent. "Man I would give my right eye for a large slice of brooklyn style pizza." The young man had been eating healthy for a while, which was all well and good but every now and then you needed something greasy to remind you were....well not human but alive.

Finn crashes on one of the sofas and turned the tv on, only to fall asleep within minutes.
That savate class had made him so tired. It had been a while since he'd worked that hard.

Mark stormed into the dorm's common room, he didn't say anything but he went to the kitchen grabbed a square bottle filled with blood. He ripped the top off and guzzled the contents greedily. He had developed bloodlust very early, plus with fresh blood in his system it would help heal his bruise more quickly. After finishing his first bottle he grabbed a second bottle then said loudly "Nyx, damn him!"

Finn woke with a jump, startled by some sort of noise. He looked around hazily to see Mark in the kitchen guzzling down something. "Heyy.. Dude, are you ok?" He asked, his voice full of concern.

The male fledgling looked at him and nodded, he wasn't really up to talking at the moment, he was just very annoyed and didn't want to do much of anything other than drink the blood he had in his hands and go to sleep. "Fine," he grunted.

Finn noticed Mark's reluctance and just left it.
He got up and got himself an orange, peeling it and putting it in the bin before he went back down onto the sofa, stuffing his face with bits of orange, flicking the channel on the tv as he did so.
He thought about Hanabi.. How Mark and Lily had conveniently left them both there alone. Lily didn't seem to mind so much. Curiosity got the better of him and he turned back to Mark and said "So.. How did you and Lily get on? Find a good food shop?"

Mark's mood almost did a complete 180 when Finn mentioned Lily. "Yeah we had some fun, we hit up the KFC." he said trying to smile. "We sat and talked for a while, made out a little. Then we came back here in time for class." The young man gingerly touched his bruise. "Though next time I go back to that class, I am going to bring my rapier with me." he muttered bitterly. The young man looked at finn and sighed "So do I look as much as a punk as much as I feel?"

Finn noticed Marks voice go slightly quieter. Did he say make out? No.. I must've imagined it. He thought. "Cool.. I'm glad you guys had a good time. Told you she was an alright girl" He said with a wink.
Then, hearing Mark's latter part of the speech, he grimaced. "Erh.. Well, the bruising isn't so bad. You'll just need to give it time i guess.. No harm done, ey?" Then, realising that Mark wasn't one to have damage done to the ego, he said "Oh.. Don't worry, i'll keep quiet about the lesson, if you want."

"Oh, she is more than alright, we are going to the valentines dance together." Mark said looking at him and smiling. "I dont really mind about the bruising, I just dont like the idea of being dropped like a sack of potatoes." he grumbled. "When I was learning to fence I was knocked out the time; plus cut beyond all recogniton." The young man sat down and guzzled his blood again and the brusie began to fade to a very minor bruise. "You wanna try some?"

Wait, what? Did i miss something? "You.. and Lily are.. going to the dance.... Together?" He struggled to put the two pieces together. The thought of Lily being with someone else was.. weird. Almost felt as if someone had given him a blow to the stomach and had knocked all of the air out of him, winding him.
He clenched his jaw, trying to think coherrent thoughts. Well.. He can't really judge.. He was now taking Hanabi to the dance. He had no reason to be this upset. He just didn't realise that it'd hit him like this.. so soon.
Looking back up at Mark like he'd just had a mental work-out.. Which he had, really, he said "Uh.. I think i'll pass buddy."

"Yeah, I figgures since the only People i know are You, Hanbi and Lily. that I would ask lily to go with me." he pointed out reasonably. Mark sat down and put the lid on his blood, then looked at fill before realizing he might have crossed the line. "I mean if you dont want me to go with her, I am sure that I could explain that it would uncomfortable for you." Though he really didn't want to cancel with Lily but if it made Finn uncomfortable he would bear that in mind.

Finn look up at him, bewildered by the idea that he should do such a thing "No way man. You go with her if you want. I mean.. It's just a little weird, that's all" he said shrugging. "Besides, i think i'm going to the dance with Hanabi now. Me and Lily are fine and over" Finn smiled back at Mark.
