Amirynth Aya was on the couch again watching the ocean teeming with life. There were no ships in this one, but he had seen quite a few wales and dolphins... though whales were dolphins....
His wings fluttered slightly as the snak streached out, his tail coiled around the bottom of the couch. The seme was laying on his front hands under his chin as he contemplated sleep. Enikil Cecil watched the two seme's talk with each other, standing off to the side a bit. "Uh, I'll be right back!" He smiled at them and headed down the hallway. The little giraffe slipped away fromt hem and headed towards the kitchen. He was in dire need of a glass of water, and this was really the only time he'd be able to go.
Stepping into the livingroom, he didn't notice the other right away since he was digging around his bag as he walked. Amirynth A rusteling behind him alerted the snake to the other's prescence. Pushing his torso up with his arms, the seme peeked over the back of the couch. It was the uke he had seen before, a grin spread over his face. Waving a hand slightly he sent out a greeting, "Lo!" Enikil The giraffe paused in mid stride, a slight shocked look on his face. He flushed a tiny bit and smiled lightly at him. "Uh.. Hi there" He smiled a tad. He pushed his glasses up a bit, smiling lightly at him. "what are you watching on tv?" he asked, tilting his head to the side to peek around to see what it was. Amirynth "Something about the mateing patterns of dolphins and whales..." The snake waved a negligent hand in the direction of the television. "I'd much prefer to watch something on ships but it seems the focus is under the sea instead of on it today." He sighed, his wings mimicing the shrug of his shoulders, the feathers shippering from blues to reds to purples. Enikil "Mateing patterns?" He blinked innocently, tilting his head off to the side in question. Looking back to the seme, he smiled lightly and rubbed the side of his arm lightly. "You like ships?" He asked lightly, looking at his wings with interest. Wings were always so pretty, they were so light and fluffy. "Oh, I'm Cecil by the way" Amirynth "Ahh yes... the mating patterns of the whale. First he comes over to the one he is interested in and then rubs over them with his body." The snake unwound from the couch and moved over to wrap his tail around the little uke. "Then he sings loves songs until his target is interested in him." With a grin the seme gestured wildly. "Ships? Ahhh me ship is a wonderful site to behold. At least she was, She is a little in the fixerupper catagory at present. Run afoul of a mother of a storm, One day soon she'll be afloat again..."
The last comment braught him out of his musings... "My name be Aya Shadowstar."

Enikil The little uke watched the snake seme moved over to him, listening to what he said. "R-really?" He blinked, blushing darkly when he wrapped his tail around him. Cecil really didn't know what to do, well the other wasn't hitting on him right? He had siad only whales rubbed themselves against ones they wanted to mate with.
'N-nice to meet you Aya...." He smiled softly at him. The giraffe was all red int he face still, not moving from where he stood.
"But uh you got into a storm? thats too bad that your ships broken, I'd like to see it! I've never seen the ocean before!" Amirynth "Nahh, a storm is like a dance, it has it's moments but is definatly more exciting than calm seas." The snake grinned and wrapped his arm around the uke's shoulder. "Just imagine, the roll of the ocean under your feet, the sound of the gulls in you ear as you sail in a boat fit for two."Enikil "A-A boat for two?... I've never been near a boat or on one ever..." Cecil flushed a tiny bit as the snake coiled more around him, his dark chocolate eyes looking up at the other. " I... I can't imagen something I haven't experanced... I guess..." Amirynth "Well I'll 'ave to take ya someday. We'll go and sail the seven seas." Aya streached his wings out as he chatted a little about the wonders of the ocean. "There are many things out there... even mermaids and sea monsters!" Enikil Soft eyes blinked lightly, a bit of excitment fromt he idea. "Really? That'd be nice!" He smiled brightly, the idea of being on a ship facinating. Cecil listened intently when he talked about the ocean and what not. "S-sea monsters?" He squesked, looking a bit frightened. Amirynth "They are big softies really, just poke them a few times and the'll leave ya alone." The winged snake poked the girrafe softly for emphasis. "They respect fearlessness and the like, ya just have ta show them who is boss." Aya picked up the uke and dpeosited him on the couch before taking the pillow he had been coiling around and handing it to Cecil. "There are all manner of sea monsters, some are interesting like these here whales," He gestured towards the television, "while others can be dangerous... it's the finding them that can be an adventure." Enikil The giraffe giggled a tad at the poke but it quickly turned into a surprised gasp when he was picked up. HIs tail flailed about a bit, until he was sat down on the couch. His face dark from fluashing, he held the pillow he was handed and hugged it to himself. "I'd rather like to find a nice tame one.... nothing dangerous... I'm not brave enough or strong enough to fend one off" He concluded, a slight nod to emphasis this. "You'd have to have fended off quite a few to be so educated in the matter Aya" Amirynth "Ah was born on the ocean, it's in me blood." The pirate grinned and streached, his wings rippeling outwards in a show of colour. "I'm not usually on dry land like ya landlubbers but until me ship is fixed I'm gonna be staying around." pirate Enikil The little giraffe snuggled his face into the pillow, holding onto it with a happy smile. Laying the side of his head against the pillow, he looked at the parrot snake with a soft smile. HIs little spotted tail swished around as he listened to the other talk. "Born on the sea? thats neat....." He smiled softly at him. "So.. your going to leave soon? Thats too bad"

Dragoil Nishi: Sipped the warm brown liquid thoughtfully. He watched the Scorpion semi as he bustled about the kitchen.
The little green dragon deep in thought for a moment his deep purple eyes watching swirls of brown stir in his cup. little wings on his head flapped a little as he thought.
He was getting pleasantly warmed by the cocoa, the promise of a possible room cheered him.. his own den! for the moment though he was left to his own thoughts. Amirynth Ryn had decided to get somethign to drink and headed to the kitchens. As he pushed the door open he paused seeing the other shounen in there and with a smile he spoke, "I'm sorry, I hope I didn't disturb you?" The drafina paused again watching the bustle and deciding if getting a drink was all that important. Dragoil Nishi: looked up from his cup, startled for a second snaping out of his thoughts, curious in the next as to who this new fellow was "Hi" He waved and smiled "Come on in, I don't think your desturbing anything. I'm Nishi" He looked over at a buzy Kieran "Kieran had some stuff to do so i'm just having a warm drink while i wait." He smiled looking at the new Shounen "Want a cup of Cocoa? theres still some in a pot on the stove." he offered. Amirynth "Sure." Ryn stept into the room and took a seat across from the uke. "It isn't often I get to meet newcomers, I'm usually working." Getting back up again after glancing towards the pot he took a cup and poured out a small ammount of coco. Sipping it slowly as he sat back down he remembered his manners. "I'm Ryn by the way, it's a pleasure to meet you, and Kieran." he nodded to the seme. Dragoil Nishi: "Well I'm new alright. Pleased ta meet ya Ryn. Ya, Kieran was going to show me a room.. I kinda got cold not knowing where to go. We came in here to get Cocoa. " He placed his cup on the table top and tilted his head "I haven't met anyone else yet besides you. I'v been to jumpy." he added with a smile, The little dragons eyes flickered to the door for a second then back at Ryn "Do you know many of the others?" he asked inqusitivly. Amirynth Ryn thought for a moment before speeking. "Well so far I know Damalis, and Aya, he's another nagah, he's also my cousin I think..." Ryn though of the shounen he had met so far. "I've met Tsuki, a very sweet deer, and *insert two shounen here*... And now I have met you and Kieran, though it is nice to meet a fellow dragon." The drafina smiled winningly. Dragoil Nishi: Listened intently to the drafina and all the names he listed. He made a point to try and remember them in case he ever met them himself in the future. " I'm just glad to meet more shounen. Maybe one day I'll meet the others too." He smiled His purple eyes twinkling. " You wouldn't by any chance know about the rooms would you? I hate to desturb Kieran, I realy don't want to be a bother." He glanced in the Scorpion direction "But I would like to get my self settled. That is.. if you have a moment." he looked back at Ryn a bit of a blush touching his cheaks. He wasn't one for asking such things but getting settled, getting his own den was getting more and more appealing to his mind. He was getting sleepy too and realy didn't want to fall asleep on the floor again. Amirynth "Why yes I do, ya want one upstairs or down? I can even point out the few rooms I know people in if ya want. Damalis, Tsuki and I are on the same corriador just upstairs, it's how we met." Ryn made a vague gesture towards the stairs. "I might even have a few things I took from Crystal Cottage that I can give to ya if you want." He thought for a moment, "I know I have a bookshelf that is just collecting dust... Not much of a reader really."

Dragoil Nishi: Ponders for a bit "Um.. up or down..." He looked up at the stairs then at the doorway beyond them, His little wings fluttered on his head, he looks back up at the stairs. " Up I think, Thank you! I'd love anything you can offer me" he opened his empty palms "I didn't exactly come with much. Book shelf? Reader? I don't have any books yet.. but maybe.." he blushed "Maybe I'll put it to use some how" He put on finger on his lips in thought and waited to follow Ryn. Amirynth The drafina got up and, after rinsing the cup and placing it in the sink, he lead the uke out towards the stairs. "Well I can see what else I have, I know I have a bunch of blankets and pillows from the cottage... Oh and I have a futon, I was going to use it in case anyone came over but it's easier for me to visit them." After climbing up the first flight he stood in the hallway. Over here is a bunch od empty rooms, I don't know anyone down that side. This way is where my room is, if you want to see..." He waited to see which way the little dragon whated to go. Dragoil Nishi: Followed Ryn from the kitchen, up the stairs "That sounds great Ryn!" he said excitedly he looked down the two hallways, one dark and dusty. The other looking a little more lived in. "Um.. well." he debated "Why don't we find the closest empty room to yours. Then we won't have to carry stuff far. If we find the room first then we can gather up the stuff and know where to go with it!" he suggested His fluffy tail sweeping the floor behind him as it wagged slowly. Amirynth "Well then that would be this way." Ryn made an extravigent sweeping gesure as he motioned for the uke to step forward. Following him behind the seme pointed out a few doors of interest along the way, especially Tsuki and Damalis' as he figured the little dragon would want to make friends with the other uke's he knew of. Placing a light hand on Nishi's shoulder he stoped him and rapped on a door that had been painted green. "Here is my room, I know the one two doors down should still be empty if you want to take a look at it." Dragoil Nishi: Took note of the two doors Ryn pointed out then smiled at the green door "Oh I think I can remember that one!" he giggled looking up at Ryn. He brushed a deep green finger across the green wood "Excellent colour. " he looked down the hall at the indicated door "Ya lets have a look!" the excitement brimming in his voice. He turned and half skipped down the hall, counting doors. Finding the second one he grasped the handle "This one?" he asked Ryn pointing with his free hand before opening it. Amirynth "That would be the one." Ryn smiled at the uke's exuberance and followed, peeking in the musty room. "Hmmm... seems like we'll have to air it out a little. He saw the closed window, the dust motes dancing in the skattered sunlight and took a few steps towards it. With an extravagent gesture, the drafina pulled at the string letting in the sun to light up the small room. "What do you think? Ohh and it looks like it has a rather nice view of the gardens." He peered out of the window for the moment, back turned towards the uke and tail moving slowly from side to side. Dragoil Nishi: Looked about the room his eyes following the dust motes then his attention snapped to the window as Ryn pulled the string, sun flooding the room. It was just the right size as far as Nishi was concerned. There wasn't anything in the room besides the window but Nishi didn't mind. They were going to fix that. He stepped in the room turning about, smiling. A part of him couldn't believe it was going to be his. His own little den. He stepped up behind the semi to look out the window "Oh! Wow." He exclaimed "It is an awesome view! This is just perfect, Thankyou Ryo" he smiled broadly up at the drafina, his own tail swishing happily. "Lets open the window a bit. It will air things out while we get the stuff." he reached forward to push open the window.. it didn't give at first but slowly creaked open and a rush of fresh air flooded into the room.. the sound of burst song drifted in. Nishi crossed his arms, laid them on the windowsill the leaned on them, breathing deep of the air, his eyes closed as he listened to the song. Amirynth Ryn mimiced the little dragon, enjoying the sun on his face as the familiar yet unfamiliar song floated across the gardens. The language seemed to attract his attention the most and the drafina paused mentally. With a slight smile he peered around and caught sight of the pale kimono that belonged to the owner of the voice. "I didn know he could sing..." Ryn mumured lightly as he listened to the voice. The uke was working on the few bonsai in the gardens, singing as he went with, an unfamiliar lilt to his voice. The drafina stayed quiet, enjoying the atmostphere that the gardener had created, enjoying the company that he was shairing with the smaller dragon by his side. He glanced over to Nishi, the little uke was intently listening to the voice, his hair catching the glow of the sun. Ryn's breath caught in his throat as he took in the beautiful view.

Amirynth Damalis was coiled under the couch again, his torso laying on a pillow, book proped up by his arms. He blinked slowly through glasses as he read about the historyand mythology of Greece. It was getting to an interesting part and he almost didn't hear the goings on around him... Lady_Ourania Ainippe was not having a good day.
Trying to repair the bike had ended up being a bust, something that the shounen attributed largely to his inability to pay much attention. The paint job he'd been attempting to finish had ended up looking terribly and after waiting for it to dry and then sanding the coating off three times, he'd decided that it would be best to continue another time when he was feeling more creative.
He entered the house, face and shirt spattered with paint while his bruised chest ached admonishingly from the extra work he'd put the muscles through.
"Crap day..." He muttered to no one in particular, not much caring who heard or observed his messy state. Ai was considering calling in sick, though he was supposed to call in at least six hours ahead and it was already the afternoon.
The smell of heavy paint was giving him a headache, so the horse shounen took off his shirt and used the inside of it to wipe his face. He realized too late that the effort would probably only smear the color and make him look like some sort of warrior slapping on battle markings and rushing into a fight.
Ai sighed into the cloth of his shirt, holding it there for a moment as he walked before remembering that it was necessary to see where he was going.
He tugged the shirt down and pulled a face at the whorls of color against the black article, sitting down on the couch to see if there were images that would foretell his future in the seemingly confused swirls.
He thought he saw something that might have been a snake or some form of serpent until it occured to him that what he was seated on was not a cushy couch.
The horse sprang up quickly before he had deposited his whole weight, the shirt clenched with surprise in his hand as he observed the golden colored uke he had just sat on. Amirynth The medusa coiled out of the way in surprise, his book dropped on the floor and glasses skittering off under the couch somewhere. "Eeep!" Damalis re-wrapped his tail around one leg of the couch and looked around to see the owner of the buttocks that had just tried to use him as a pillow. Seeing the house uke from his now up-side-down view he mistakeingly assumed it was another seme he had met before. With a twist and a grin he tugged at the horse's legs, toppeling him to the now vacant seat and in the next moment was back on the opposite side. It was then he noticed it was not the pegasus he has assumed it was and paused a confused look on his face. "Umm... sorry... I thought..."
With a slight shake of his head he blinked calming his heart down from the surprise. "I thought you were Lysander for a moment..." He grinned lopsidedly for a moment, slightly embarrassed. Lady_Ourania After the initial shock of being tossed on the couch by an uke wore off, the inelegantly sprawled shounen gave a brief, scatterburst of laughter, trying to process the information he'd just been offered.
"Lysander, huh?" His playful side rose up like a wave, drowning out the melancholy that had been leading his thoughts earlier. "Well, if you'd like we could do a bit of roleplaying and see where things progress from there, I'm not extremely fussy when it comes to kinkiness."
Ai sat up, drawing his arms back toward his body from where they'd windmilled out and hit the couch when he'd been attempting to catch his balance at the last second. The seme wished he'd thought before taking off his shirt and perhaps washed off his face with the hose in the garage, not that there was much he could do now. "Don't worry about it, no permanent damage or anything, and I did sort of sit on you, which I'll also apologize for. I wasn't really watching my surroundings.
"I'm Ainippe, by the way, unless you'd like to go with the idea I had earlier and call me Lysander... in which case this would make you...?" Amirynth The force of the surprise now left his body, the medusa relaxed and wrapped his tail around the seme's arm. This was not Lysander but someone who was similer intemperment... but without the fear of snakes, definatly a plus. He adjusted his coils into a more comfortable position as he listened to the seme. "Roleplaying? Kinky? Well I can do both if you wish but the Lysander I know would definatly not get into anything with me." He chuckled ruefully before wrapping his arms around his main coil. Well atleast this meeting was going better than previous ones with the seme around the house. The golden shounen decided to see how long it would take before he scared off this one, secretly hoping that that wouldn't happen this time. "It's ok, I've been sat on before... though usually by choice. I do have a tendency to blend into the background." He blinked slowly, his vibrant purple eyes reflecting the room. "I guess for an introduction, it was definatly different. I'm Damalis and..." The snake paused, a thoughtful look on his face and looked around worred. Spotting his fallen book and glasses his expression changed to relief. Hand reaching for the glasses he put them onto the coffee table carefully while his tail retrieved the book and he turned his attention to the horse. "I'm sorry, I forgot what I was going to say." Lady_Ourania Ainippe watched the movement of the muscles in the other's tail with interest, wondering exactly how one (namely he) could manage to get into another's (currently the golden uke's) pants when he didn't appeared to be wearing any. He wondered if it was the same basic principle and silently vowed to find out.
"Well, then Lysander can't be very bright, now can he?" The horse said with small humor. "And the only reason I could see anyone attempting to sit on you would be because they wanted to attract your attention; could we pretend that's what I was doing? It sounds much better than 'I'm a moron who can't pay attention to anything or anyone around me.'"
When the snake's expression took on a distressed tint, Ai went back over his words, wondering if any of them had caused it. When the spectacles were found, he relaxed a bit more, chuckling at Damalis' statement. "Well, I believe we were making introductions and you were about to tell me how hot you were for me so we could skip off to my room and... oh wait, I'm thinking of fantasy rather than reality again, aren't I?"

Amirynth "Well you sure did attract my attention." Damalis grinned "Though there must have been a good reason for the in-attentiveness, I mean, who can resist the charms of a medusa." As if on cue a few of his snakes in his hair hissed softly while one nipped at his ear. Poking at it slightly he willed it's silent protest to stay low for now. Turning his attention back to the horse he blushed slightly at the next comment. "Well I think it's a little early to be showing off our rooms, but If you have any books..." The medusa left the sentance hanging, he really did love to read over almost anything else. Lady_Ourania "Indeed," Ai murmured with a smirk, amused that the golden snake seemed chatty and calm. The horse was a little wary of the high-strung just now, feeling a bit like them himself. He blinked when one of the snakes nibbled on Damalis' ear, faintly surprised that they all seemed to be of individual minds rather than simply one unit. He wondered what intriguing sort of game that would produce during the act of lovemaking and couldn't help but laugh a little. So he had a one-track mind, there was nothing wrong with that.
"I'm always early... or extremely late. I'm incapable of being on time." Ainippe said with a flick of his tail, trying to reacquaint his mind with its usual ebb and flow; he hadn't liked being moody, it reminded him too much of someone else.
"I'm afraid the only books I have are cooking and motorcycle maintenance... I'm not a huge reader." He shrugged uncomfortably, not willing to explain himself further. Amirynth "Any book is a good book... there was a book I read once, The Zen Motorcycle? hmmm... no, it was something else..." The medusa closed his eyes trying to remembr as his snakes seemed to settle down for the moment, though the one that had nipped him seemed to be reguarding the seme with it's red eyes. On closer inspection, it had a small red dot on it's chin, marking it different from the rest. "Oh I remember it, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance." Damalis seemed proud to have remembered the title of the book. "It's quite interesting, it's about the travels of Father and Son and encompases about 2,000 years of philosophic history." The golden uke grinned and leaned back, his hands tucked behind his head as he relaxed and listened to the seme's confession about not being an avid reader. "Well we can't win you all over, though I have to admit, you intregue me with the cooking books, not that I can cook... now that is a field I have to admit defeat." Lady_Ourania The steady stare of the red-eyed serpent made Ai vaguely uncomfortable, but he maintained eye-contact until Damalis began to speak and then drew his gaze down to his face instead. "I've never read it. Philosophy seems more like something that should be said outloud instead of just written... but like I said, my main interests focus around food and bikes."
Ainippe openly looked the uke over, his pale eyes taking in where the skin melded with scales. It was a beautiful mash of serpentine chill and mammalian warmth, and he wanted to run his hands over it, more to feel how it combined in order to satiate his curiosity rather than imply anything intimate. Not that he would have objected to erotic touching, it had simply taken a back seat to observation.
"I'm a cook, so I like to keep up on the new recipes that come out and add my own flair." His gaze returned to the other's eyes, leaning his chin on top of one knuckle while keeping his tiny smile. "I could teach you some basics sometime, if you'd like." Amirynth There wasn't any harm in learning how to cook. The golden medusa tilted his head to the side and grinned, his fangs showing slightly. "I'd love to learn how to cook, but I can't make any promices I won't burn something." He chuckled as his tail made it's way around the couch leg once again. "Though I can make a pretty good fruit salad and I've been told I make good shakes and slushies." Damalis leaned forward as he listened to the seme, enjoying the attention as he sat there. The snake with the red spot seemed to relax and sank back down around his ear as it blinked and yawned, placing it's head on another snake that seemed to have been asleep the whole time. Lady_Ourania "Burning's part of the learning process. I've filled more kitchens up with smoke and flame than I can remember, so don't worry about it." As he moved his hand, his fingers brushed the now dried paint on his cheek and the horse snorted in realization: Maybe that was what the serpent had been peering at?
"Uh, I'm not normally this decorative." He mumbled, scratching at the paint and hoping it would flake off without too much trouble. It didn't, which meant he would have to use soap and hot water. "I am pretty much always this messy though. I was trying to put down coats on my bike, but it didn't turn out very well."
His hands were flecked with different shades as well, making the dark purple bruises across his chest look like mere paint spatter. Ai hesitated in rising to go shower, mainly because the Damalis had just leaned closer and it would have taken very little effort to lean forward and kiss him. Ainippe thorougly enjoyed kissing, especially since it tended to lead to other things, but he didn't want the initial contact to taste like acrylics and enamels. Amirynth "If that was the case, I should be a Master Chef right now" Damalis chuckled at that thought as he blinked his vibrant eyes once again. It was noticable by now that the medusa bearly blinked, as if he had to remember to do so on occasion. At the horses commentary of himself the snake was taken aback for a moment, he had considered the paint splodges as maybe a form of expression, like tribal people. It wasn't until it was mentioned that he realized the 'fresh paint' smell that wafted around. He winkled his noce slightly and then grinned. "I believe I have some some that would do just the trick to get that off if you wanted. It's a herbal soap I got at a jumblesale." He reached up and lightly ran a finger over a larger smear of paint on the seme's cheek, testing the dryness. "It's an interesting colour on you though," the golden snake added jokingly. Lady_Ourania "Master chefs are overrated." Ainippe stated flippantly, staying still under the medusa's touch with his typical grin. "The only way anyone can ever get that license is if they have a cohort of other cooks to run around for them and get everything done. I won't teach you how to be a master, but I will teach you how not to burn water."
He took up the hand on his cheek, rubbing a thumb along the small purple markings along the knuckles and thinking. "Soap would be nice, thanks." The horse replied, his attention focusing on the softness of the flesh, a surprise since he thought it would be dry and scaly. "But, hey, if 'interesting' translates into something like 'cute' or 'sexy' for you, I wouldn't mind wearing it a little while longer." Amirynth "Not burning water? Awww but that was the trick I was going to save for last." The golden snake felt the seme's fingers on his hand and twitched slightly in surprise. His eyes widened slightly as the seemed to get even deeper in colour for a moment before he blinked again and the colour moved a little to the violet spectrum. This time a different snake seemed to fixate his gaze on the horse, watching from behind another snake. Ignoring his snakes, Damalis smiled a little wider, "Cute? I don't think seme can be cute. Handsome, debonair, yes, and sexy... but not cute." He shook his head with a chuckle. "Uke are the ones who are suppost to be cute." There was something in the tone of his voice that suggested a little irony, as if he was one who never got tagged with the description of 'cute'. Lady_Ourania "Nonsense. Anything can be cute, even me when I'm not covered in enough colors to roll on a canvas and paint a picture." If he had noticed the odd shift in eye shading, the horse didn't mention it; instead he seemed fixated on the lines inside the uke's palm, tracing them lightly with an index finger as though marking their individual paths. "And don't make it sound like you've never been called cute before... this house would have to be full of blind, dim-witted shounen if that was the case."
The dozens of snakes blossoming out of Damalis' head were a bit of a surprise, certainly, but that shouldn't have meant much of anything to someone who had taken the time to speak with him. The medusa was bright and witty and not the least bit off-putting in temperment.
He thought he spied one snake watching him behind another, but it was very difficult to tell through the tangle and he didn't want to question the other and make him yet more self-conscious. Ai kissed the center of the palm before releasing the hand and smiling gently at the uke. "Oh, and if you have any other 'tricks,' I'd love to experience them." He nearly purred, winking at Damalis before rising from the couch and collecting the crumpled bit material that was his shirt off the ground. "Now, you were saying something about soap?"

Amirynth Damalis blushed a bright shade of copper at the seme's commentary. "Actually you would be the first..." There seemed to be a little sadness in his eyes as the medusa sank to the back of his thoughts for a moment. The nagging voice rose again from deep within as his eyes dropped down to his free hand. He almost slipped back to the past before shaking himself, there was someone there for him and that was all that mattered. Turning back to the 'subject at hand' the golden snake mentally scolded himself for slipping and he lifted his gaze back up the the horse. "I'm... different. It'd take to long to explain though so I'd prefer not to talk about it." He was enjoying the attention and didn't want to spoil it.
Noticing the seme's direction he lifted a hand up to his snakes. "Well I guess they kind of unerve people too... Would you like to meet them?" In a swift change of temperment he switched from a more serious demenior to more of a childish one and grinned. "This one is Taka," he pointed to the one who was sleeping around his ear, "This one with the red dot is Aya and Syn has this little mark..." His hand moved a few hissing snakes, some seemed slightly annoyed at being woken up, and revieled a smaller one. "This one is Myrr... I think it's a baby." Damalis blushed again wondering how to explain his thoughts on how his hair 'grew'.
At the mention of the soap, the medusa slipped off the couch, standing almost as tall as the seme, he was definatly not a small shounen. "I have some in my room, I can grab some for you. I believe I have a few extra bars sitting around." Lady_Ourania The confession gave him some pause and left the usually chatty seme at a loss for words. Ai attempted to seek some out, tried to come up with a statement or gesture that would restore Damalis' cheerful demeanor and clear the air, but he was saved the exercise when the medusa noticed the interest he'd taken in his snake-hair. It was probably for the best anyway, the male was better at giving compliments than he was at comforting anyone.
"A pleasure to meet you all," He said with a remarkably straight face, wondering if Damalis had named the snakes or if they had come pre-named. This opened up a new closet of possibilities that he wasn't entirely sure he needed to examine too closely. The horse raised an eyebrow when the smaller snake was pointed out, grinning a little despite himself as he took an educated guess on how exactly there could be a baby in the midst of so many adults. He wisely kept silent on the subject.
When the golden uke rose to join him, Ainippe took a backstep of surprise, not having anticipated being looked nearly straight in the eye. Most of the ukes he'd encountered were shorter than he, so this was a new feeling that he wasn't sure he appreciated.
"That would be great, thanks." He forced out once he realized that the silence had stretched out too long, feeling stupid and inadequate for the first time in quite a while. Amirynth Damalis, if he had noticed the pause between them, didn't show it. The uke's tail coiled around his body as he gestured towards the stairs, showing the way they should go. "Aidan named them, they seem to act of their own accord sometimes." A small smile crept upon the medusa's face as he thought of the uke. He hoped to see the starfox again soon, they had been apart for so long. Comming back down to earth he made his way to the stairs. "I'm just up on the first floor, to the right."
The way he managed to get up stairs was interesting, winding up each step from side to side. The sinewy golden body made slow process but it wasn't too long before they got to the top. As he made his way to the dark blue door that marked his room the snake continued the idle chatter. "I like going to jumble sales 'cause you never quite know what you might find there. I once got a set of very nice bookends, I can show you them when we get inside. Lady_Ourania A little relieved and yet still wary of hurting the medusa's feelings, Ainippe followed without question, listening with one attentively perked ear. "Aidan? I don't believe I've met him." He murmured, wondering who precisely this other individual was and if he constituted as competition or not. The horse wouldn't break up a perfectly good relationship if he could help it or knew about it in advance, no matter how tempting it was.
The realization turned off some of his more passionate, lurid fantasies about the golden uke, but sadly he couldn't eliminate all of them at the drop of a hat; it was a failing of his that he found no reason to remedy. If the thoughts stayed thoughts, they wouldn't hurt anyone.
But then Damalis had said that no one had called him cute before. Surely a truly worthy boyfriend would have showered compliments upon the well-read uke, or at least that was the argument he was working up.
The seme matched his stride to Damalis' so that he wouldn't step ahead of the uke and make it look like he was racing to a room that wasn't his. When he sensed the tail coming toward his foot, he would move up a quick step and pause for a half-second before repeating the process until they were at the top of the stairwell. The trip down the hall did not require as much care, and the horse tailed along like a good, politely interested guest would. "Sure. I've never been to a... jumble sale before. Maybe I'll look into them sometime." Amirynth Damalis blushed a bright coppery colour and his eyes looked towards the ground at the sme's question. "Aidan is an uke. He's... from the stars." There was a feeling that the medusa wasn't telling everything. The golden snake didn't not want to see the rejection in this seme's eyes, the rejection and discust he had seen so many times before. Here might be different, they seemed to be more accepting in this house... but still, he didn't want to have to move again, did not want to leave seeing the betrayal on his friend's faces. He closed his eyes, and then opened them before looking back at the seme. "We're close friends." Damalis smiled lightly and then pushed open the door.
Inside was a dark room that, with the window closed and the lights off, showed a starscape that covered the ceiling and walls. In the center was a constellation that was noticably brighter and looked suspiciously like the markings on the golden snakes chest. As he moved hiw way thought the piles of books that littered the area he gestured towards a bean bag that was near the door. "Take a seat, I'll get the window." Pushing back the curtains, the light revealed even more books, stacked carefully on book cases that surrounded the walls. A giant beanbag sat in the corner covered with a large leopard print blanket and a small fountain sat on a bedside table. The fountain was a glass ball that had the constellations painted on it, and it moved on the surface of the water as it sloshed down to the baisin. "Sorry about the mess. It's usually like this though." Damalis moved a few books and started to look for the basket where he kept his bathing stuff. Lady_Ourania The word 'uke' was key in that statement, and Ainippe had to be careful not to let the flood of delight show in his expression. It seemed as though everyone he had met so far was unattached, and the horse could not have been more pleased. But the way that Damalis looked away from him signaled that there was more to this than what was being said. Having never been much of one to pry, the seme scratched the back of his head thoughtfully and said nothing more on the matter.
"Friendship is a precious thing," Ainippe found himself saying outloud, surprise at the words darting across his features. "I'm glad for you both."
The dark of the room made him blink, his eyes struggling to adjust to the difference. Shutting the door didn't help much, and for several seconds he was hopelessly blind and a little panicked because of it. The seme did not like being unable to see, even for a brief few moments, it reminded him too much of unpleasantries long since buried. But then the rods in his eyes began to function and his heartrate calmed to a more steady - but still quick-paced - rhythm. The stars caught his attention first, though he had to squint a little to realize that they were indeed a representation of the night sky rather than randomly assorted dots of light.
Ai closed his eyes momentarily at the window announcement, knowing that the bright spill of sunshine would hurt if he caught it directly. When he was instructed to sit, he opened his dark-dazzled eyes, locating the nearest seat and sinking thankfully into the plush baggy chair.
He took in the room, noting the books and the various night-related items without judgment, though it did make him a bit curious. Damalis' words summoned him back to more coherent thought and he turned to look at the other with a small smile. "This is messy? Now I'm going to have to think twice about inviting you to my room: It's at least three times worse than this."

Amirynth "I doubt that," the medusa chuckled. "Most of the time it's just clothes or things that just need to be put away. "I don't think I have enough shelf space for all of these books anymore." Damalis pulled out a small basket from the corner and lifted the lid, looking inside. The medusa started pulling out items, toothbrush, bottles, handcloth and sponge. "Ahh here we are. It's lavendar and vanilla, I hope you don't mind." Tossing a paper covered package at the horse he put all the towels and bottles back in the basket. "I have a few more stashed away so you can keep that one. It's hand-made I believe, with herbs and bits of lavendar and such." The golden snake lifted a smaller bottle before slipping it away. "I'd give you some of the matching oils, but that stuff I use like water." He chuckled a little before adding, "I do get to save on shampoo though." Putting the basket away in the corner and re-dumping the pile of blankets that had been hiding it, he turned back to the horse and coiled himself around the second beanbag chair relaxing for the moment. Lady_Ourania Ainippe caught the bar as it was tossed, drawing it further into his palm and giving a tentative sniff. Again, it was a bit flowery and soft, but then again he was growing used to the idea of smelling a little less like motor oil and paint spills. "Thanks, this'll probably work like a charm. How much was it, anyway? I'm pretty sure I could pay you for it without putting too large a dent in my paycheck."
The horse watched the uke curl around the chair with interest, appreciating the way his body moved without attempting to hide it. Maybe the oils were why his skin was so soft and inviting rather than clammy and rough.
With the light from the window, the room seemed as serene as its owner and not the least bit frightening. Ai hated to admit it, but he hadn't been certain what to expect upon being led up the stairs and into a dark place with an uke he had just barely met. It was unusual, but the feeling was backed by a previous history that he was forced to continually press away for fear of being overwhelmed.
"So, did you want to go to my room then?" He questioned slyly, balancing the soap bar on one finger and taking on a thoughtful expression. Amirynth Damalis shook his head with a smile. "Oh, don't worry about it. There is plenty more where that one came from and I can get it rather inexpensively." He felt relaxed in his room, the slight wisper of the books and comforting sights of the objects he had collected over the years. The medusa almost didn't want to move, content to stay curled around his beanbag and maybe fetch a blanket and a good book. But curiosity and friendlyness over ran that desire with the want to find out more about this seme that was not afraid of him and had not turned away from him. At Ai's sly question, the golden uke chuckled, "Well it is only fair as you got to see where I lay my snakes at night. I get to see this legendary mess of yours too." Lady_Ourania Ainippe decided to press the subject of payment later: The medusa looked so tranquil among his things that it was hard to work up the indignance of simply being given something he could pay for.
The horse poked at a book with his toe, opening the cover to look at the contents of the inside briefly before returning his attention to Damalis. "That's the spirit. And I wouldn't really bother calling it a legendary mess... remarkable or striking, maybe, but not legendary."
He grinned boyishly at the golden uke, running a hand through his hair to try and separate the strands that had melded together with paint. "Did you want to laze about in here for a little while longer? I'm in no hurry." Amirynth "Well I would have thought you'd want to get the paint out of your hair." The snake motioned towards the seme, mimicking his hand through his own hair-snakes. "Though if you are just trying to pospone the inevitable of showing off your mess... I mean, room." Damalis laughed, his eyes reflecting merriment. "Anyways," He uncoiled from around the beanbag and streached, "We can always come back if you prefer. I'm pretty sure I'll have a book or two to interest you." He had noticed the horse glance at a couple of the books around his feet, narrowly missing a stack of books of a more... personable nature. The nagah made a mental note to keep those books hidden in a more secure spot of his room. Lady_Ourania Ai's lips rose higher in a genuine smile, pleased that Damalis seemed so comfortable with him considering the circumstances under which they had met: Perhaps he should sit on shounen more often. "Eh, it's already dry, so it isn't like it couldn't wait a bit longer. But washing it out would be nice, yes."
Besides, he wasn't entirely certain the snake would be interesting in intimate games while he was covered in paint. It wasn't the best smelling stuff and the way it had solidified his hair in some places into a dread-lock consistency likely wasn't very attractive.
The horse stood, stretching a bit himself an accidently kicking over a precarious stack of book with his foot. "Oh, damn, sorry." He muttered, leaning down to put them back into proper order. Amirynth The pile of books fell over, some opening with a thud while others seemed to slide open. The golden snake flushed a bright copper as he realized the stack of books were hiding some magazines of rather interesting subjects. "Oh er... let me help get these up..." He almost lunged over there knocking a few other stacks in the process with his long tail. The flustered shounen attempted to cover what had been so suddenly exposed but only managed to draw even more attention to it. Some were innoculous, The National Giographic's World of Snakes while others were more... physical in nature: Snakes Exposed! The nagah gathered a few of them up in his arms and stuffed them under a new pile that was growing to his side but two or three had slid the opposite direction and were quite open. The pages plainly showed the twined figures of uke and seme, some furry, some with scales and one with a mulitiude, all definatly having fun. Lady_Ourania Ainippe froze when he saw the not-very-subtle color change in the uke, the horse's first thought being that Damalis was angry at him for scattering them out of order. But when the other practically dove forward to gather them, it became increasingly apparent that this was not at all the case.
The seme raised an eyebrow, leaning down to pluck one of the magazines from the ground before the golden shounen had a chance. He flipped through the pages with decided ease, keeping his face smoothly indifferent as images that were unquestionably lacking in innocence flashed into his consciousness.
"Apparently you do have quite a few books I'd be interested in." He said with a trace of humor, pausing for a second to pull at a shiny page and stare at a centerfold with a short whistle. Amirynth The nagah continued to stack the magazines and books over each other as he mentally chided himself for leaving them out. He had been re-organizing and never really finished, but then his room was always some where in a re-organizing frenzy. Damalis saw the other look at one of the magazines and his shoulders dropped a little realizing the seme has seen. Would he be mad or look at him any differently? He blushed even hotter in embarassment, trying to guage the horses reaction. In his red cloud that surrounded him, the snake heard Ai speak and paused, hand trying to steady the stack that had suddenly grown. "You... like those?"

Lady_Ourania "I prefer the real thing," He replied with a wink, flicking through to another page and examining it with a schooled eye. "But they are nice to look at sometimes, and offer interesting ideas to say the least. How do you think most shounen come up with their dirty fantasies? Most of them certainly aren't imaginative enough to do it on their own."
The seme was admittedly a bit surprised to see this side of the calm, collected Damalis so quickly, but at the same time it wasn't anything that left him astonished or turned him off: It would have been the complete opposite if anything. Still, the nagah seemed to need reassurance from his tone of voice, and the horse wasn't adverse to giving it to him.
Ainippe held the magazine sideways, tilting his head a little to get the positioning in full scope. "See, now this looks like fun. We should try this at some point."
He put the booklet down once he reached the back cover, grinning lopsidedly at the golden uke until he noticed how flustered Damalis seemed. "You okay? You look like you're going to pass out..."
Or explode, considering how hard he's blushing. Amirynth Damalis looked up at the horse to make sure he wasn't just making fun of him. He knew that others had to be looking at those magazines and yet there was still that sense of... wrongness... when he did. To find out that a seme would admit to enjoy looking at things like that in mixed company... He wasn't quite sure what to think for a moment. He calmed down slightly as he finished stacking the books so they wouldn't topple over. The medusah was about to reach for the magazine Ai held when he showed him a interesting picture of a seme nagah twined around an uke bunny in a passionate embrace...
"We... umm..." The snake looked around as his mind said yes, no and everything in between. Some deep wish that never thought it was possible tried to surface but his heart wouldn't let it. His deep loyalty was much stronger than any path od passion his body might take. To the outside world he looked like he was too embarassed to speak while inside a small war raged. He had always hoped within his heart of hearts that a seme wouls ask to be with him, but his forwardness and the fact that he was so un-uke and he was taller than most, monsterous in shape and his snakes... that was never to be. This seme seemed to bring out a side he had never really alowed himself to develop and though once he would have embraced it now it meant different to him. His heart beat faster as he thought of the markings on his chest and what it ment and yet he still couldn't speak, the blush still glowing brightly on his skin. Lady_Ourania "'We... umm...' what?" Ainippe questioned gently, moving to close the short distance between them and carefully place two fingers against the uke's chin, drawing the violet gaze back to himself. "Whole sentences would help this conversation a little, you know... or am I scaring you?"
His forward nature did tend to make shounen stutter in just this way. He flashed back to Cecil in the hallway and recoiled internally, stopping his thumb from brushing Damalis' soft cheek as he considered further what was going on.
There was nothing wrong with picking up strangers at bars. Typically it was a mutual understanding that there was nothing beyond the one night stand: They would be gone in the morning and he would still feel the effects of a great night in bed with company.
But he'd hurt Flower's feelings and scared the little giraffe uke into near hysterics. They had both come to the house looking for a place to live or individuals to chat up, not for the attention he was willing to give.
Ai's hand dropped, his eyes distant in consideration. Perhaps this lifestyle wasn't precisely what he'd been hoping for when he'd first taken it up. It had strong points, of course, but there were weaknesses that ended up harming others rather than himself. He'd swore that he wouldn't be anything like his former lover, but it seemed that an open policy and kind intentions couldn't compensate completely for everything that relationships offered.
"Sorry, Damalis." He mumbled, one side of his mouth attempting to allow a smile. The horse hurt a little somewhere, in a place he'd hidden deep and didn't want to find again. "Uh... I guess I'll get to that showering. See you later and thanks again for the soap." Amirynth He blinked, something had transpired but he could sense for the wrong reasons. Comming to his senses the golden snake shook his head. "Hey, you still owe me the sites of your room." He smiled a little, his voice kept light. "I am sorry but I haven't been quite forward and I believe I have led you on." Standing, almost looking him streight in the eye, Damalis continued. "My heart belongs to another, I promised him I would not twine tails with another..." Here he faltered for another moment, "And... I am not uke... I... I am seme, just like you. Though once I may have enjoyed the attentions of a seme, I knew it would never come. I am too forward, too agressive in manner, yet there was one... One soul who cared for me even knowing this."
He stopped, fearing that in the next moment he would loose the new friend he had made. He had hoped to keep this secret longer, he did not want to have to face the stares of the other shounen. But... the snake held his head high, One day I wish to tell the whole world of my Love. With that the medusa waited for the seme's answer. Lady_Ourania His mind froze, as though the temperature of his body had dropped below zero and spread icy tendrils of shock and disbelief to his bewildered mind. Ainippe blinked, shaking his head with a short movement reminiscent of a startled equine and trying to determine how the tables had not only turned but been thrown upside down and inverted to look nothing at all like a table.
How could he not be an uke?
"... What?" He questioned weakly, feeling suddenly very far from his normal, tongue-in-cheek self. He was cold and a little sick and ultimately confused beyond all measure. The previous lover aspect he could have taken in stride, it would have enabled him to sever any connection he may have formed with the golden medusa before they had wormed their way into existence. He did not play with taken ukes, it was simply one of his rules and even if Ai had occasionally wanted to bend them, he never had.
But this was not at all on level with what he usually experienced with would-be bed partners.
His mind stuttered like an engine refusing to turn over, trying to bring together the contradicting definitions of Damalis and seme. Pale blue eyes displayed his apparent uncertainty, the flat-line of his mouth making it evident that he was not having a good time digesting the information at once.
"Is this a joke?" He asked finally, blunt and on the edge of something else. Ainippe was not unfriendly, under any circumstances, but he was not feeling particularly comradely any more. If this was some sort of game, he would smile smally, congratulate Damalis on getting him, and then probably walk out feeling a little nettled, but fine. If the golden shounen wasn't kidding... he wasn't sure what his reaction would be. He'd never found himself attracted to a seme, but then he'd never met one that so strongly resembled an uke in nature. Amirynth Well this was the moment he had always feared and yet now it happened, he felt calm, knowing this was the right thing to do. "I know I look like an uke, I once thought I was one... though a very messed up uke indeed. I am independent, forward, agressive, strong. I am not meek, mild, quiet or anything an uke is." He shook his head and coiled back down, this might take a while... or it would be very quick depending...
"I was always told I was too big to be an uke, I'd never find anyone who would be interested in me. I stand too tall, they don't like it when I can look them dead in the eye." Damalis glanced down not explaining who 'they' might be. "I stayed with my books, at least they couldn't tell me what to do but then..." The medusa closed his eyes for a moment before openeing them and looking at the horse with a look of hatred, though in his words it became apparent the hate was not directed at the seme. "There was an uke, sweet little one, who got tangled with the wrong seme... I stood up for him, stood up against the seme and he attacked me, calling me a monster, not right in the head..." He paused and shook the memory from his head before letting his voice grow softer. "I came here for a fresh start and yet still no seme would look my way. I began to realize that maybe I was not met to have someone to love me... And then he came." The golden shounen smiled, his face lighting up. "He was sweet, kind, gentle, all the things I wished I was. I fell in love... I wasn't suppost to but I did. He didn't care that I was wrong, that I was different inside, though it was hard to tell him. He is very wise though he doesn't know it." The violet eyes came up again to stare the horse in the eyes, "He was the one who called me seme... and it fit, it explains the path I follow. I might not look it, I might not truly be a seme... but in my mind and in my heart, if it means I am with my Love I will be seme." Lady_Ourania Ainippe took a calming breath, letting some of the troubled turmoil out with his next exhalation. A few seconds ago he'd felt very defensive, as though Damalis had sprung something momentous upon him when all he'd asked for was some soap and maybe a little bedtime; but now that it was sinking in - like oil trying to seep through his skin - the invisible choker on his neck loosened a degree.
This was huge, but it also had nearly nothing to do with him. That may have seemed a selfish thing to realize, but it made him feel infinitely better about the entire situation: He could get involved if he chose, but he was not under any obligation.
The repetitious mention of 'they' had him a little worried though.
When Damalis' eyes met his, he smiled a little, though it was a very poor facsimile of its normal self. "I wouldn't recommend throwing that revelation at anyone else. It's a little confusing, among other things...
"I don't really know why you admitted it to me, to be perfectly honest. I would have backed off after you said you were already... involved with someone." He brushed a paint-splashed bang back, licking his lips while he thought. "Guess that felt pretty good to get off your chest though; I can't say I blame you for spilling everything."
Ai knew he was supposed to have some sort of reaction beyond what he was currently displaying, but he felt sort of small and grimy more than emotional. The only thing he was seriously considering was moving out of the house and finding somewhere else: The last three attempts at anything inimate with other shounen had completely backfired and a change in scenery seemed the best path to take. Amirynth The golden shounen smiled, this time a more genuine smile. He had told a seme and they hadn't exploded or anything. "Thankyou, though I suppose you are right." The relief was apparent on his face when he stood again and gave the horse a strong hug, his tail comming around and twining around his torso for a moment. "Any you know, if I had not found the star that captured my heart, you are definatly one I would consider." The medusa playfully gave Ai a squeeze before disentangling himself and grinned. "Though I have to admit, I think you'd be much more appealing if you did wash. The paint smell isn't really too much of a turn on... unless you happen to like that sort of thing." Looking down he realized some of the dried paint had rubbed off onto him and he brushed it off his scales with a slender hand. Lady_Ourania The all-encompassing hug was a little more than what he was used to, but he returned it with an evident awkwardness, unaccustomed to an embrace that would so obviously not lead to other things. "Glad to help... if I did actually help." He chuckled, amused that the uke-gone-seme seemed to be so pleased with his rather ambiguous response.
When he was free and his smell was remarked upon, he playfully stuck out his tongue in a fit of childish feeling. "I told you. I'll go and get showered before anyone else catches the odor and decide not to associate with me."
Ainippe's expression softened a bit, and his tail swept across the floor to touch the pile of magazines that had started everything. "Good luck with telling your beau you've got it in for him. I'm sure you two will work something out."
Feeling that the conversation was at its end and not up to lingering, the horse strolled to the door with his soap bar, determined to find an unoccupied shower and go on with the rest of his disappointing and strange day. Amirynth Damalis got the feeling that the horse just wanted to be left alone and decided to drop the discussion. "Well I am sure you will find someone to play with too." The medusa smiled before waggeling a finger at the seme. "And don't think you can get out of showing me your holy mess but I'll give you a chance to clean up first." Damalis hoped he'd see the seme again, it had been fun playing, even if he had screwed it up pretty bad. Just before Ai left he called after him, "Oh and if you need any help finding an uke I know of a few, a little skittish most of them are but I'm sure youre the type to bring them out of their shells." He didn't know that the horse probably met one of them already.

Amirynth Aya was watching ships on the telly again, one day he'd go back and fix his boat, but there was an adventure to be had here and so until he found it, he wasn't in any inclination to go home... yet. Lounging on the soft rug in front of the blazing fire was definatly a good way to spend the evening. Elros Namasi The little uke had gotten tired of sitting around moping so he had made himself get up and go in search of some company. It took him awhile to find his way but he managed somehow, stumbling across the den and its occupant. "Can I hang around here with you?" he asked hesitantly, hoping he wasn't bothering the other shounen. Amirynth The serpant looked around to find the voice, momentarily distracted from the moving pictures on the television screen. Upon finding the recipiant of the voice Aya's face lit up. "Now why would a cute lil thing like you need t'ask." With a grin he patted an empty space on the rug, coiling around a little to give the uke some space to sitdown. Elros Namasi Flower smiled slightly and walked over, taking a seat next to the seme and curling his tail around himself. "My name's Flower. What's yours?" he asked, tilting his head slightly to the side and blinking once. Amirynth "My name be Aya Shadowstar, but ya can call me Aya." The nagah's tail wrapped slightly around the skunk. "Ya new here?" He tilted his head to watch the uke as the firelight fell on the purple fur. "I've been seening a lot of new faces around here, it's been quite interesting." Elros Namasi "Actually yes, I am new here. This is my first day, in fact," Flower replied, his smile fading a bit as he thought back on how the day had gone. After a few moments he jumped from that train of thought and focused once more on the interesting creature sitting next to him. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Aya." Amirynth "Nah, pleasure is all mine." With another grin he grasped one of the uke's paws in his and lifted it to his lips. Watching the skunks face with an intense gaze he lightly pressed his lips on the purple fur. Realeasing the uke's hand, Aya winked. "So ya wanna see my ship?" Elros Namasi Flower let out a nervous giggle as Aya kissed his hand, his whole face turning a very becoming shade of pink. When he was released he withdrew his hand and covered it with his other one. "You have a ship?" Amirynth "I have a beautiful ship, the lovely lady, Windrunner." He pulled out a tattered, folded, ratty piece of paper whish had a sketch of a double masted ship. "She is one of the fastest ships out there, a pretty little thing that can dance on the waves better than the fairest of boys." His being seemed to light up as he spoke of his truest love. "Riding on her stern, feeling the seaspray on your face, now that is the way to live life." Elros Namasi Intrigued, Flower leaned forward and studied the drawing. He started to reach out to take the piece of paper but stopped and glanced up at Aya, smiling at the seme's enthusiasm. "May I?" Amirynth "Of course ya may!" The nagah chuckled as he pointed out the vessel's many attributes. "Last time I was in a storm, t' mast snapped in two. Was a fair hawl to the nearest 'arbour, almost didn't make it before supplies ran out. And then ya can see the new woods on t' hull, that's where we 'ad a toussle with another ship. Now that was an adventure." Elros Namasi Flower's smile brightened and he carefully took the paper from Aya, his ears swivelling around to catch what the seme was saying while his eyes flicked over the sketch, taking in everything Aya pointed out. "She's a very lovely ship. I especially like her name," the little uke commented as he started to painstakingly refold the paper, the tip of his tongue sticking out of the left side of his mouth as he made sure to fold it exactly right and gently press on the creases. Amirynth "Ah named her me-self. She is a beauty to watch sail on the water. One day I'll get her fixed up all right as rain and take her sailing again. If Ah did, would ya want to come with me?" The serpant coiled around the skunk, his wings flaring sightly to each side. "T' feel the sea spray on ya face and I can show ya the doll-fins playing on the ships prow." He raised an arm out in front as if to paint the scene before the uke's eyes. Elros Namasi Flower was still holding onto the picture of the Windrunner, his eyes widening and a little eep escaping him as Aya wrapped around him. His cheeks slightly pink, the little uke had to admit, even if only to himself, that it was an intriguing offer. He had never been on a ship before.. Amirynth As much as Aya was blunt as a rock, he was also about as obtuse as one too and took the 'eep' as approval. "I know ya'd like it. The islands can be fun to visit. I'll even promice t' stay away from t' bad ones." The nagah placed his cheek close to the uke's and wispered, "An ya ner' seen a sunset until ya seen one on the prow of The Waverunner. I can promice ya that!" Elros Namasi At first, Flower didn't quite know how to handle Aya but he eventually recovered from his initial surprise and chuckled good-naturedly, gently pulling away from the seme. "Tell you what: when you get your lovely ship fixed up, come talk to me and I'll decide then if I'd like to go sailing with you," he said, passing the picture back to Aya even though he wouldn't have minded keeping it.. Amirynth "Ah think that be a wonderful idea." The nagah leaned back to put the picture back in his waistcoat pocket. "She is being kept by me first mate at the harbour. Ah don't knopw when I'm gonna get back there but it'd be when the sea calls through me veins." He glanced over to the forgotten television and with a poke of his tail he switched it off. "So... tell me about you, what kinda things do you like?" Elros Namasi Flower followed Aya's tail with his eyes, watching as it switched off the tv. Quirking his left eyebrow ever-so-slightly, the little uke returned his gaze to the nagah's face and smiled sheepishly. "Er, well, I really like watching old movies and I also love to read. Mostly just comic books, though. I don't think I'm patient enough for actual novels." Flower chuckled and tilted his head to the side, reaching back with his right hand and rubbing his neck. "I liked that picture you showed me, too. Did you draw it?" Amirynth The snake saw the uke's gaze and shrugged slightly, as if this was a normal reaction he got. "Tails... very useful buggers when they want to be, thought this one seems to have a mind of it's own." His tail coiled around once more and the rainbow serpant promptly braced himself against it, like a back of a chair. Aya heard Flower's question about the sketch and shook his head with a lopsided grin. "Nahh, I didn't, it was a gift from a mate I had on my crew a time back. Dunno where he went, to seek his own fortune I believe."

Elros Namasi "I know what you mean." Flower giggled and patted his own tail which was still wrapped tightly around his middle. He studied the nagah's tail for a moment, his reddish-brown eyes taking in the details before they flicked back to Aya's face. 'I like his smile,' the little skunk thought idly then tuned into what the seme was saying. "Oh, well he's very talented. It's a shame that you don't know what happened to him." Amirynth "I'm sure he'll turn up somewhere, probably when t' lady is re-built." Aya laughed, his wings opening, fluffing up before setteling back down. "He was ner' the one to do any manual labour." The serpant idilly poked at the fire, wondering if it was safe to leave it alone for a bit. He noticed the grate and used it to cover the bottom half. "Ya wanna see some of the logs and journals from t' ship? I took them with me to keep them safe." Elros Namasi Flower smiled as the nagah laughed and watched the rainbow-hued wings unfurl then refold. He was glad now that he had decided to stop moping and find someone to talk to. "Oh, I would love to see them, Aya." He paused a moment then asked curiously, "How long a period of time do the logs cover?" Amirynth "Ah think the'll be good for a bit, we should come back down t' check on them though." He got up and scooped up the uke in his arms, wings comming around to surround them both in a cocoon. "Now I can take ya to me room." He grinned and placed a kiss on the skunk's forehead before opening his wings back up and setting Flower down. "Unless ya want t' walk there. Elros Namasi Flower let out a little squeak when he suddenly found himself held in Aya's arms, encased in his wings. The little uke's focus slipped to the nagah's eyes and froze there as Aya spoke. Flower opened his mouth to reply but he didn't get a chance to since his tongue tied itself into knots just a second later when he felt the seme's lips rest against his forehead. The skunk, not sure when exactly he had been set down, swayed on his feet for a moment before his tail unwrapped itself from around his waist and extended down to the floor, acting as a brace. Flower smiled sheepishly up at Aya and when he finally found his voice he said, "I, uh, think I can manage to walk there." Amirynth Nodding, the winged serpant lead the uke down the left corriador. "It's a little down here, small lil place, but quite nice." He opened the plain door to a small room. A hammock swumg lazily in the corner and a wooden table and chair stood across from the door. A large, metal banded chest was the object of Aya's quest and he opened it up carefully. Inside he looked for the few books and maps he had taken from the ship. These he took to the table and spread out for the uke to see. Elros Namasi Flower followed along behind Aya, looking around as they moved down the corridor. When they stopped in front of the nagah's room, Flower peeked around Aya then slipped into the room and gave it a cursory glance, finding it to be exactly what Aya had said: a small little place, but quite nice. His attention was drawn back to Aya as the seme went to the chest and opened it, pulling out the journals. Flower watched as he set them down then he immediately moved to take the seat, resisting his urge to start flipping through the documents. Amirynth The nagah could sense the uke's curiosity and nodded to let the skunk know he was welcome to browse. "Thouse are t' later logs of the ship, I keep the others in a lock box in a safe place. No need letting anyone know where me treasure is stowed." The rainbow snake slithered over to a chest of drawers that had been previously hidden by the door. "Though my greatest treasure I'll always keep with me." He started to rumage around the highest drawer as a few jerkins and shirts fell to the floor.Elros Namasi Flower smiled when he received the go-ahead and immediately started reading the topmost journal. "Would it be possible for me to read some of the earlier logs?" the little skunk asked. When he heard the nagah say "greatest treasure" Flower's ears perked up. Not because he was really interested in that sort of thing, just because he was curious what this intriguing creature might consider his greatest treasure. Amirynth "Oh t' be sure. I'd have t' go get them first though. I don't bother carrying them all around, it'd get heavy." Aya pulled a few more pieces of cloth out of the drawer and them made an exclemation of discovery. Reverently he pulled out a small wooden box that was iron bound and locked with a small padlock. Bringing a key from a chain around his neck, the rainbow serpant unlocked the small chest and opened it. Inside was a small iridescent abalonie shell of a perfect hue of golden pink. It looked like a sunset inside and yet the other side was as rough as a cliff face. Under the shell was a dainty claw, a piece of sailcloth and what looked like a polished brass button. "These are pieces of my Mum's ship, Dart of Fire." Elros Namasi "I can see what you mean. Carrying around so many heavy logs and journals would be very tiring," Flower remarked, scratching thoughtfully at one of his never-still ears. In doing so, he inadvertantly thought about Ainippe. He smiled at first because the memory it had initially brought up was a good one but then his smile faded and he started to brood again. Before he could really hit his stride, though, he shook himself and brought his focus back to Aya. The nagah may be a bit eccentric but he was an agreeable sort and Flower rather enjoyed his company. No use getting all upset in his presence and making him worry. The little uke had set aside his inner turmoil just in time to see Aya opening a small box. Unable to resist, Flower stood up and padded over, politely keeping his paws to himself as he peeked around the nagah to see what was inside. "Dart of Fire? That's an interesting name for a ship.." Amirynth "It's cause her family name is Fireclaw and it be one of the fastest ships on the seas." He grinned and pointed to the shell. "I found that on me first diving expedition. It was so far down I thought my lungs would burst but I got it up off the sea floor and rescued it. When I polished it up on t' ship it looked just like the setting sun and I've kept it ever since." The seme closed the box back up, not wanting to let his 'treasures' accidently get lost or something. Locking it back up he placed it back into the drawer before gliding over to the maps on the table. The old parchment was covered in marks and lines, each seeming to have a different story than the last. "Those are some of the places I've been, they are numbered as well as some have signs if something big happens there." Elros Namasi Flower took in Aya's explanation and nodded slowly. 'That does make sense.. It's a very catching name, too.' The litte uke became aware that Aya was speaking again and listened closely, looking at the shell. He let out a little gasp when the nagah got to the part about thinking his lungs would burst but then grinned when Aya's narrative came to an end. "It's very pretty. I can understand why you'd keep it with you always," Flower said a bit wistfully, watching as the treasures were tucked safely away once again. Then he obediently followed Aya back to the table, studying the maps with interest. "You must have led quite a life, Aya. I'd like to read all the way through that journal I opened but I read very slowly and I wouldn't want to impose by staying and reading it here. Could I possibly take it home with me? I wouldn't let anything happen to it.." Amirynth "Well ya welcome t' stay as long as ya want. I'm not doing anything in particular right now." Aya coiled himself onto the floor before pausing in mid coil. "But ya know, there is a nice warm fire downstairs that we left to burn. Why don'tcha take it down there with me and we'll hang out... you know, incase ya need to translate my writing." The serpant chuckled, running his hand through his pale hair. "I never expected anyone else t' want to read the ship's logs." Elros Namasi "Oh yeah. We did leave the fire going, didn't we?" Flower said, rubbing his chin. "Sitting in front of a nice warm does sound good. And it would be handy to have you around to translate this chicken scratch you call handwriting," the little uke, teased. Then he smiled brightly and got to his feet, gathering up the journal and then looking expectantly at the nagah. "Let's go." ^^ Amirynth "I believe it be a great idea." The nagah slid over to the door and opened it gentlemanly for the uke watching him as he passed. Now that was a very cute skunk, the rainbow serpant was partial to the warmer hues and this uke was definatly of that variety. Following the bushy tail he made his way back to the livingroom where the fire was still burning merrily. Letting the purple uke settle down first he then coiled around Flower and enjoyed the warmth. "Me writings not that bad is it?" Aya chuckled. Elros Namasi Flower thanked Aya politely as he passed and made his way back to the living room, oblivious of the seme's observations. He let out a soft sigh as he stepped into the warm room then moved to take a seat near the fire. He had just about gotten settled and turned slightly to invite Aya to sit when he suddenly found the nagah coiling around him. Before he could comment on how forward Aya was being, the seme spoke, eliciting a giggle from the skunk. "No, no. Of course it isn't." Amirynth "That's good." The nagah settled down and enjoyed the company. "I'd hate t' have me writing be completely unreadable." He laughed lightly. "Even if it means I get to give ya a helping hand with the deciphering." using his tail as a partial pillow he propped himself up with one arm and watched the fire for the moment. Elros Namasi Flower smiled and looked over at Aya, watching the fire cast patterns of light and shadow on the nagah's scales. Then shifted slightly and got comfortable, opening the journal to page he had stopped on and reading some more. He wondered why Aya didn't think anyone would be interested in reading the ship's logs. The uke wasn't exactly the nautical type but he still found them to be an engaging read. Amirynth The skunk was right about one thing, Aya had no idea hia logs were that interesting. Most of them contained: Date: 5th Nov Time: Morning Sea conditions: Fair Wind: Southerly Direction: South by south west Notes: Storm may be on the way, smelt from the east. Possible deviation to route. Though he knew a few wiould be better, like the time he had found that great school of fish as they had followed the dollfins. He shook his head and went back to watching the fire, letting his thoughts wander to a few events he remembered. Elros Namasi Flower sat in companionable silence with the nagah for a few minutes before he decided the quiet had gone on for long enough and closed the journal then set it aside. "I enjoy reading the log but I much prefer talking with you. So, what's on your mind Aya? You seem far away even though you're sitting here with me." Amirynth "Hmm?" Aya thought for a moment before answering. "Don't really know what I was thinking, just 'membering what I've bin through." He sat back up and embraced the skunk with a grin. "How about you? Whatcha thinking now ya got t' read a little about me ship?" The nagah was feeling a little playful and wasn't quite sure if th uke was into stuff like that, he seemed more mildmannered than some of the people he used to caroulse around with. Elros Namasi Flower hadn't been expect the embrace and let out a startled squeak, his cheeks turning a little pink. When the initial shock had worn off, he swatted playfully at Aya and attempted to wriggle free. "Well, I'm thinking it might be an enjoyable experience to go sailing with you one day."

Amirynth "Wonderful! Ah knew I'd win ya over one day." The seme laughed before tightening his coils playfully letting the uke wiggle for a moment. Letting the skunk go he unwrapped his arms to release Flower if he was so inclined and nodded. "She really is a buatiful ship, I don't think I can be away from her too long." Elros Namasi Flower let out a little squeak as he felt Aya's coils tighten around him then he giggled and crossed his arms, waiting to be set free. "How long have you been away from her so far, Aya?" Flower asked curiously, looking up at the seme and blinking his large eyes. Amirynth "Well it ain't been that long, about an month or so." The rainbow serpant smiled down at the uke his teeth glinting slightly in the fire light. "But then ya have t' fully appreciate t' destination before ya move onto t' next journey. Other wise what is t' point of the journey?" He leath over and kissed the uke on the forehead before moving down to kiss the nose gently. "It's be like catching a pretty thing like you and then just releasing them without even learning a little about them or enjoying their company." He brushed his hand through the uke's short hair. Elros Namasi Even though Aya had loosened his hold on Flower, he was still coiled around the little uke who brightly returned his smile, leaning back against him. The nagah's scaly tail felt a little wierd through his short purple fur. The sensation wasn't an unpleasant one, though, and Flower nearly started to murr but caught himself at the last moment. "Hm, a month seems like a pretty long time to me.. But I imagine it doesn't seem too long to you since you're used to long days out at sea, huh?" The skunk probably would've commented and questioned further but he was abruptly cut off by the kisses planted on his forehead and nose [the latter of the two twitching as the seme's lips touched it]. "You think I'm pretty?" he managed to stutter, blushing furiously and thinking 'Oh man! First Ainippe, now Aya. How many more semes are gonna make a play for me today?' while the nagah's fingers pushed through his hair. Amirynth "Well I wouldn't say it if it wasn't so." The nagah moved back again as he reguarded the uke. The blush showed, a cute rosy colour on the skunk's dark features and Aya grinned. "You are definatly one who could catch a sailors eye in a crowd." His long bangs fell into his eyes and the serpant shook his head back to move them away causing his odd shaped pendant to clink against the key that opened his treasure chest. Noticing it, he tucked it away, back into the inner pocket of his jacket. Aya turned his attention back to Flower and smiled again. "I've met many a pretty face out there so I should know what I'm talking about." Elros Namasi Flower smiled slightly and rested his right hand on the back of his head, shifting with embarrassment. "Thanks. You're, uh..you're not too bad looking yourself. I like your wings..and you have pretty eyes, too," he informed Aya then stopped, realizing what he was saying. The little uke's face turned deep crimson and he sheepishly dropped his gaze, hugging his tail. Amirynth "Why thank you, I take care t' keep my wings looking the way they do. It's quite hard while on t' sea to take care of them. I guess that's one good thing about living on dry land." The serpant chuckled, "T' other being I get to meet sweet people like you." He leant back and relaxed on a coil as his fingers caught hold of a lock of the skunks hair and deftly he braided it. Without speaking he moved onto the next section, gently seperating another lock of hair and braiding that one too. It seemed to be more of a soothing action for him, like tapping fingers or wigging toes might be for another person. Elros Namasi Flower lifted his head ever-so-slightly so he could glance at Aya as the serpent spoke, the color fading from his cheeks. He was about to respond but just then Aya started to braid his hair and he decided to keep silent for a few moments, enjoying the seme's attentions. "I imagine it would be pretty difficult to keep your wings in good shape out at sea. But I think they would still look nice. The colors are very catching," the little skunk said, finally breaking the silence. He nodded solemnly then smiled, some of the pink returning to his face. "So, not only am I pretty, I'm sweet too?" Amirynth "Definatly sweet... like t' cocoa bean." The serpant chuckled and finished braiding that section before starting on another. "Ah should find some t' let ya taste next time I'm out in t' islands. It has a very nice texture, t' natives use it in many things like a spicy drink and as food seasoning." As he chatted his wings swung out at the complement and he fluffed them unconsiously, the light catching the bright colours and enhansing them. "I got t' colours from me father, they remind me of t' parrots I have seen on me travels." Elros Namasi "Oh, thank you. But I wouldn't want you to go to any trouble for me. It was a nice thought, though," he admitted moving just his eyes to look at Aya so he wouldn't disrupt the serpent's braiding. "Yeah, I see it. They do look an awful lot like a parrot's wings. Very pretty, I think." He smiled then sighed lightly and toyed with his tail. "I wish my fur was multicolored like your wings. It looks so plain being just purple and white.." Amirynth "Ah think purple and white be cute for a little skunk like you. If you wern't purple and white you wouldn't be t' Flower." The uke's hair was starting to look like ropes as he continued his way across the skunks scalp. "I'f ya wanted though ah do have dyes I liberated from a passing ship ya can use... dunno if it's look too good though, never could get them to work on me." He declined to comment that it was because he had scales and not fur that the dyes wouldn't work, not because the dyes were 'not good'. Elros Namasi "I suppose not. But a change couldn't hurt," Flower replied, shutting his eyes and relaxing. Having Aya braid his hair was actually very soothing. The little uke smiled at the word 'liberated' and cracked one eye open, looking up at the serpent once again. He very nearly pointed out that the most likely reason the dyes hadn't worked on him were his scales but he figured Aya already knew that so he respected the seme's decision not to mention it. Amirynth "It be upstairs if ya want t' use it... that's if ya even want to get up." The nagah chuckled as his fingers finished tieing up the last of the uke's hair in braided ropes. His nimble fingers were often used for re-braiding rope and fixing the nets and, though somewhat calloused, were surprisingly gently which made them seem softer. "Ah think all t' red is gone but the rest of t' colours are there. What colour would ya do?" Elros Namasi Flower laughed and turned to Aya, reaching up to play with his new braids. "I have to admit that sitting here with you is a rather enjoyable experience and I'm reluctant to get up. That, and I have no idea what color I'd dye my fur. I doubt I'd even have the courage to do so. My luck, it'd come out bad." xp Amirynth "Well I have to admit, dark colours are know t' be hard t' dye." He brushed one hand up the uke's arm. "An I like t' purple on ya, it's pretty different in it'self... don't see a lot of purple uke's around here." Inface Aya could only think of one, but he had never met the fox uke, only heard about that one from Damalis. With a lighthearted smile the seme looked down at the skunk. "So how ya like t' hair. Hopefully I didn't knot it up too much." Elros Namasi Flower felt his skin prickle as Aya's hand moved up his arm and he hoped he didn't start blushing again. "You do? Well, I s'pose purple is an unusual color.." he admitted, scritching at his right cheek with a fingertip. Then he smiled at the change of subject. "Well, it's certainly different. I like it. Puts my generally messy hair in check," he remarked, patting at it with the palm of his hand.

Amirynth "That be good." The serpant chuckled and then ran a hand through the tight braids. Ah usually do this on meself when I'm on t' ship as it keeps the wind from blowing it into me face." Tugging at a lock of his sun-bleached blond hair he grimiced. "It is certainly easier t' braid someone elses hair that me own." Elros Namasi Flower smiled. "Well yes, I can see how it'd be easier to braid someone else's hair than your own. If you'd like.. I can braid your hair for you," the little uke offered, his tail swaying slowly from side to side. Amirynth "That'd be great, if ya want to that is." Aya twisted himself around so that the uke could reach and yet could still sit on his lap. Leaning forward on his arms the serpant smiled to himself. He never had someone offer to braid his hair before, this was an interesting outcome for the seme. Elros Namasi "So, do you want one big braid, a few medium sized ones or a bunch of small ones like you did for me?" Flowered asked, combing Aya's hair with his fingers before he got started. "You have very pretty hair, too.." he commented, smiling. Amirynth "I'll let you decide." The snake nodded, his featherd ears sticking out from the light strands, more noticable now that his head was lower than the skunks. "Ah usually either do one or a bunch of small ones depending on how much time I 'ave. Wish there was a brush around, Ah know my hair has t' be somewhat tangled." He looked around to see if one was within his line of sight.Elros Namasi "I think I can manage, Aya," Flower said, gently working his fingers through any tangles he came across, his fingernails occasionaly scraping lightly against the serpent's scalp. "I'm not sure I have the patience to do a bunch of small braids so I'll just go with one big one.." Amirynth The serpant closed his eyes and rested his chin on his hands as he felt the light touch of the skunk on his hair. "That's ok, it is nice t' be fawned over anyways." He laughed, his shoulders shaking a little before stilling his torso to make it easier on the uke. He had to admit, he liked the attention... Elros Namasi Flower grinned and combed his fingers through Aya's hair one last time to make sure he had gotten all the tangles out. Then he carefully straightened it and parted it into three sections, weaving the strands together. Amirynth The serpant was devoid of speech for the moment as he felt the light fingers run through his hair. Resting his shoulders and back he relaxed into the braiding and felt his breathing deepend. There is something calming about getting your hair braided, he thought to himself, I gotta get this done more often... Elros Namasi The purple skunk sat in comfortable silence while he braided Aya's hair, his twitchy little ears constantly on the move. When he finished, he looked around him, nibbling on his bottom lip. "Do you have a hair tie, Aya?" Amirynth "Wha... oh, yeah I do." Reaching to his side, Aya manuvered his hand into his jacket pocket. "Ah got one somewhere in 'ere." After a little squirming he produced a black hair bobble with a flourish. "There ya go." He added as he held it behind him.
Elros Namasi "Thaaank you," Flower chirped, taking the tie from Aya and securing the nagah's hair. "There you go. All finished," he said, giving the braid a gentle tug then moving so he was sitting in front of the serpent, a big smile splitting his cute little face. "If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to do that again for you sometime. Your hair is a lot of fun to play with." ^^ Amirynth "Why thank you." The coetl grinned before giving the skunk a sudden hug. "Ya can braid me hair any day." Moving his head from side to side, he felt the weight of the braid thud on his shoulders. "It keeps it out me face that way."Elros Namasi Flower let out a surprised squeak as he was caught up in Aya's hug then he giggled and grinned up at the nagah. "I can? Yay!" he chirped, wiggling a little. Then he smiled and added, "Your hair looks nice all done up in a braid, too." Amirynth "As does yours." The serpant chuckled before adding, "though, that many braids reminds me of mah cousin." He has many snakes on his head instead of hair." Aya ran his fingers through the skunk's tight braids. Elros Namasi "He does? Wow. I thought taking care of my hair could be a pain sometimes. But it must be so much harder when one has a bunch of snakes to take care of instead of hair," he commented, tapping his bottom lip thoughtfully. He didn't think he had ever heard of anyone having snakes for hair.. Or had he? Flower recalled Elros mentioning something about a person named Medusa but it was only a passing thought. Unconcerned, he brought his full attention back to Aya and smiled. He might've said more but at that moment the nagah's fingers were combing through his braids and he couldn't stop himself from shutting his eyes and murring lightly. Amirynth Aya chuckled and continued to weave his fingers through the skunks hair. "Well taking care of his hair is fine, it's how it grows that wierds me out. If ya ever meet him, ask him about the baby snakes." The serpant grinned to himself as if sharing one side to a private joke. "I'll 'ave to snag him next time Ah see him. Get ya to meet a few more people." The pirate was already thinking of a plan to get a huge party together, maybe he could get back to his ship and grab some of his rum reserves. Elros Namasi Flower opened his eyes and blinked curiously at Aya, his ears twitchtwitching. If he had been paying more attention and his brain was actually functioning properly right then, he probably would've put 2 and 2 together but, as it was, the meaning behind the serpent's words went right over his head. "I s'pose it couldn't hurt for me to meet some more people. So far you're the second person I've met.." Amirynth "So then it be settled." The nagah grinned and gave the uke a quick kiss. "Ah get stuffies ready, like drink ummm... food. Well Ah can't do food to well. Maybe find someone else t' do the food." The seme though a little longer. "We be needing decorations or something, make t' room look festive." his tail twitched a little as he itched to get up and pace around as he thought but with the little skunk on his lap he was content enough to stay put. Instead he waved his arms around as he came up with party ideas.Elros Namasi Surprised by the kiss, Flower just stared dumbly up at Aya for a few moments before he pulled himself together enough to understand what the nagah was saying. "Woah, woah! Hold the phone. Is all that really necessary?" Amirynth "Well how else are ya gonna hold a party?" The nagah looked comfused for a moment as he realized that maybe they were on completely different pages... hell probably in completely different log-books. Running his hand through his braided hair he grinned sheepishly. "Well ah suppose we can 'old a small intimate party first..."Elros Namasi Flower giggled at Aya's sheepish grin and reached out to playfully poke the nagah's nose. "Do you even have to throw a party at all? Can't you just show me around and point out the people you know?" he asked, smiling amiably up at the seme.

Lady_Ourania Ainippe waved in return, going down the hall and trying to think of an excuse that would placate the likely miffed shounen once he found him. The ram had never much appreciated tardiness, which is why Ai was faintly surprised they had still managed to maintain a friendly relationship over the years.Seated on the couch, Naoise was busy observing the surrounding environment with dark amber eyes, trying to determine precisely what it was that had driven his old classmate to move. Ainippe had mentioned something about romantic troubles on the phone, but the ram hadn't quite decided to prod deeper on the subject, remembering how poorly the seme's previous jaunt with intimate issues had gone.
He glanced at the clock on the wall, frowning and rising. If Ainippe was going to insist on being consistently late, he was simply going to have to find the equine and give him a piece of his mind.
Naoise found the horse with little trouble, wandering the halls and looking mildly sheepish when he spotted him coming near.
"Yer late." The ram said flatly with his strong accent, crossing his arms over his chest."Yeah, sorry." Ainippe offered, knowing full well that his debonair smile was not about to get him out of anything with the muscled seme. "I was... a little distracted and I forgot the time. If you're ready, I have nearly everything in boxes already, I just need help hauling some of it out."Directing a severe look of disappointment at his old friend, Naoise exhaled and uncrossed his black arms to let them dangle at his sides. "Verreh well. Ah'll help."Ainippe grinned, used to the other's terse, awkward sentences and gestures. "Alright, it's this way. We may have a little company so behave yourself, alright?"His frown deepened, ears twitching a little at the news as though gnats had found them. Still, he said nothing, preferring to keep his opinion to himself. He followed the other seme, hoping that 'behaving' did not indicate chatting. Amirynth Tsuki was walking down the corriador on his way to his room. In his arms he held a stack of manga he had just baught, he was interested in getting hom to read them. Not looking where he was going the little moon deer ended up almost crashing into the two seme who seemed to fill the smaller hallway with their prescence. "Gomen ne, Sumimasen." The deer simultaniously bowed and bent down to pick up the scattered manga that had appeared on the floor around him. Lady_Ourania "Uh, hey, no harm done." Ainippe said, holding out his hands in a mollifying gesture. He really couldn't be certain if the poor uke was apologizing or not, but if body language was any indication, it certainly seemed that way. "Calm down, please? It's been a long time since high school Japanese, and you're talking really fast."
He looked to Naoise for help, frowning when the ram shrugged as though to distangle himself from the current situation. There was no sense in asking the other for help, or at least that was what Ai gleaned from the way that the shounen stepped back like a spectator to watch once he'd handed the items over.Watching Ainippe struggle to assauge the little deer's feelings was an entertainment all on it's own: The horse deserved being plunked right in the center of an awkward moment after making him wait for nearly an hour in an unfamiliar setting. Still, the ram felt a mite badly for Tsukishika, or at least that was the name he'd picked up on from the string of language blowing past his drooping ears.
He stepped back primarily to give the small, flustered uke air, knowing that his looming presence wasn't going to make such a feat any easier. Amirynth Tsuki stopped for a moment before blinking startled and then nodding and breathing deep. "I am sorry. I have not been around for while and forgot to speak in English. I am sorry for bumping at you. Please forgive me." The moon uke bowed again before starting again, "I mistake my manners, My name is Tsukishika but many call me Tsuki. I am very pleased to meet you." He gave a more relaxed expression as his English seemed to get a litte stronger the more he spoke. Even still there was a strong accent to his voice that did nothing but add to his mild and yet innocent demenior. Lady_Ourania "Nothing to forgive you for, really. I'm sorry I wasn't paying more attention." Ainippe grinned sheepishly, scratching the back of his head before realizing that maybe bowing in return would be more polite. "Uh, nice to meet you too. I'm Ainippe and this is Naoise, by the way."The ram inclined his head when his name was mentioned, but did not speak since Ai seemed to be blathering enough for both of them. When he raised his eyes, the curly-haired seme spotted another uke fast approaching, obviously focused on them. Naoise sighed internally, feeling immediately less comfortable with so many shounen in so small a space.Ainippe's face broke into a more relaxed grin when he spied Cecil, waving his hand a little. "Hey, Cecil. Yeah, pretty ready. We were just talking to-" He quickly realized that pronouncing the pretty deer's name would be challenge, and chose to shorten it. "Tsuki. We accidently bumped into him on the way to my room."Not outwardly uncomfortable but swiftly approaching the end of his tether, Naoise bumped the back of Ainippe's heel with his cloven foot, silently demanding a wrap-up to the current conversation. He'd signed on to lift heavy objects, not to participate in some odd reunion in the halls. Amirynth "You are moving? The deer tilted his head to the side for a moment, dark eyes darting to the black ram as he spoke. "Which room are moving too?" Tsuki enjoyed meeting people but with his hands full he didn't know if he could help out just yet. Though with the body language of the ram, he wasn't sure if he would be welcome. "I come help later if needed." He glanced down towards his books. "Gomen ne. My hands are full at present." The uke's eyes once again shifted towards the dark seme's features. Something attracted him like the moon to the night and yet maybe it was something else that the uke was reminded of... Lady_Ourania Ainippe bit down a yelp when not-so-soft toes connected with the sensitive bundle of nerves on the back of his foot, whipping around to give the ram a pointed look of annoyance before returning his attention to the two uke before him.
Though he instinctively wished to reach out and ruffle the giraffe's mop of hair - mainly to make himself feel better - the shounen resisted. "Yeah, that's Naoise. He's particularly grumpy today, for some reason, so try not to let him bite you."If possible, his frown deepened, amber eyes reflecting disapproval as he clamped down on his tongue. Ai had never been very well-mannered, and the darker seme anticipated some severe troubles to come later in their friendship if he wasn't broken of the habit.
His ears flicked when the hand was offered to him, lips thinning as he considered letting it hover there. Recalling Ainippe's words, however, made him reluctantly reach out to grip the uke's fingers and give a brief shake. The ram was not liking this in the least, and was having a difficult time keeping the feelings under wraps.
"'E's not movin' in. 'E's movin' oot." He said finally in a flat tone, his first sentence in the current company. The horse sighed, recognizing the defensive tone creeping into his friend's voice. "Uh, yeah, I'm moving to an apartment a few blocks over since it's closer to work. You're welcome to help if you'd like, Tsuki, but it's going to be pretty boring since we're just finishing packing up the boxes."
He could feel Naoise silently fuming behind him, very aware that the darker seme would have trouble dealing with two ukes rather than the simple one he'd advertised. Still, he predicted it would be good for the reclusive ram to have lively chatter around him, if only to soften him up to being around other shounen.
"Oh, hey, if you need help carrying your stuff, Naoise will probably gladly help you." The horse went on, feeling the seethe of anger rise to breaking point levels behind him. "Cecil and I can start putting the lighter stuff away until he comes back, so he won't be missed. What do you say, Naoise?"The dark shounen predictably kept quiet, though the look he gave Ai promised there would be a reckoning of sorts later. They were to be room mates after all, Naoise would have plenty of time to exact his revenge.

Amirynth "Hajimemashite Cecil-chan. I know Milo-kun very well." Tsuki bowed again before turning to the darker seme. "Arigatou gosaimasu. A little help would be much appreciated." The moon uke smiled lightly at the ram as a pale pinkness spread over his cheeks. Tall, dark and silent types seemed to be the little deer's weakness. Carefully, as to not drop his own stack, Tsuki hended over the two bags of manga he had been carrying on each arm.Lady_Ourania "Great!" Ai said with enthusiasm, looking quizzically to Cecil when the little giraffe drew closer. Sensing the little uke's discomfort, he extended an arm and gently put it around the other's waist, not removing his gaze from Tsuki. "Hopefully, we'll see you around really soon. We'll probably have a little house-warming party or something. Small, intimate, you're invited if you want to show up."Naoise took the bags without protest, honey-colored eyes specifically focused on nothing so that he wouldn't be glaring directly at anyone. The horse hadn't asked him about throwing a party, and he wasn't exactly the type to enjoy a get-together of any sort. Knowing Ai, it probably wouldn't remain small, but he wasn't going to argue in front of individuals he didn't know.
He waited for the deer to direct him towards his room, slightly amused that Ainippe's friend appeared frightened of him."Anyway, don't keep him too long. We need his muscle to move the heavier stuff." He winked at Tsuki, grinning a little. "Unless, of course, you find a better use for him. Maybe it'd loosen him up a bit." Enikil The little Giraffe relaxed quite a bit when the steed put an arm around his thin waist. He knew he had gotten quite a look from Ai, but he would explain later. he hoped his little fear of the Ram would pass and it wouldn't damper him visiting him. " AH, that sounds like a nice idea" He pipped in softly.
"Yes, Tsuki you should come! It'd be lots of fun I'm sure" Cecil said softly then looked back to Ai and nodded about needing the ram later. As much as he'd liek to do this without him, he knew they couldn't carry the very heavy boxes. Amirynth "Massu ge itte, mittsuno no to o migi ni magatte kudasai. Go streight, then after three doors turn right please." The moon uke started off before turning and waiting for the seme to follow as if he was a waitress in an expensive restaurant. Down the corridor they moved, the little deer in front before she stopped and gestured towards a nondescript door. Putting down his pile of manga he bowed and then opened the door to let Naoise inside.
He saw a rather stark room with white walls and a lot of empty space, the most noticable feature was the uke's bookshelf that was filled with manga. A few scrolls hung on the walls with kanji written on them and a low bed roll sat in the corner. A small wicker cupboard stood next to it with a small lamp and another manga laying on top and next to it, facing the window, a low table with a few cusions stood. In a few strategic places were bonsai, mostly in the sunniest spots of the room.
"Noi se-san wa watashi no basho e kangei surimasu." Tsuki bowed once more before repeating himself in english, "Noi se-san is welcome in my room." Lady_Ourania Feeling muscles untense beneath his touch, Ainippe smiled faintly, watching Naoise's defeat without pity. The ram really did need more interaction, he'd grown worse from his high school days and now seemed intent on not speaking or developing relationships at all.
"I worry about him sometimes," He confessed quietly to Cecil, giving the giraffe a tiny squeeze and an impulsive kiss on the forehead. "But then, it's probably just because I know him well enough to bother. You alright?"Naoise's ears flicked as he followed, his brain trying to comprehend the language fully even though he knew it wasn't needed. The ram remained silent as the deer chattered on, his face moulded into a near perfect expression of indifference while he waited with full hands for the door to open.
It was only after the welcome was given that he bothered to enter, not really taking in his surroundings as he made straight for the bookshelf and began to file the stack in his arms away. He paid a brief glance to the bonsai, but whether he was interested or wary due to some allergy, it was difficult to tell. Amirynth The deer put away his own stack of manga and then streightened up. "Arigatou gosaimasu. Thank you very much for your help. I come and help pack ne?" The moon uke looked up with large dark eyes and wondered if the silent one would speak. Not that he minded the silence, Tsuki hardly spoke normally. It was Milo and Seki-kun who had gotten him to chat more often. Looking around at his room the deer noticed a few things that needed cleaning away. He'd get to that when he got back. Lady_Ourania Finishing up his work, the ram dusted off his hands and turned to leave, pausing when Tsuki offered help.
"'Tisn't ne'ded." He said shortly, unnerved at the way that the deer was staring at him with wide, perfectly innocent eyes. He didn't like the thought of the other becoming friendly, nor did he want to frighten the other away unless it was unavoidable. Naoise simply knew he'd have enough difficulty coping with Ainippe on a daily basis, not to mention all the uke the dark horse was likely to have over. Shounen who were trying to be helpful and sweet were not high on his list of things to suffer through.
The curly haired seme was also aware that he had left Ai with the giraffe uke for too long, and that they were likely already in the process of something intimate. It aggravated him, that the equine had such a carefree attitude, and Naoise had almost no doubt that he would be doing most of the work while the horse's latest fling kept him busy. Amirynth The uke's ears flipped around slightly, as if listening to other voices in the room. Tsuki nodded and then smiled lightly as he looked into the rams eyes. "If you need help I will be here then." The new seme intregued him as he reminded the little deer of someone he once knew. "Hajimemashite. It was very nice meeting you. I hope to see you again soon." Turning he looked over his shoulder and added, "If you wish, I have green tea ready for when you are completed. It is good for relaxing after hard day work."
