"I'm glad you're doing well." He smiled and was about to make a suggestion when an unusual, but familiar, scent filled his nose. "What the..." He trotted quickly toward the boarder of his territory to find a white lioness on the ground. Karver reconized her at once. "Pastel?" He questioned and slowly walked over to her. "Pastel, are you alright?" Karver's head tilted slightly as he lowered his head to hers.

Huh? *Hope lookes surprised when Karver bounded off to the border. She quickly followed after him, regretting doing so as her head spun from being motionless so long. She stoped when she saw the other lion, that karver obviously knew. She stayed well behind herver, still in the shadows of the Oasis trees*

Li Na look around through the tall grass for any potential meal. Nothing in sight, she thought of hitting off Fayola for some food but she quickly put that thought to the side "Hmph I don't need to beg for food." She looked around once more for any game, from a distance she spotted something moving. It was a wild boar taking a sip at a small watering hole. A grin worked up on Li Na's face, it was lunch time for the young lioness. It was good that her coat matched the color of the grass. So she layed low and stalked her prey.

So far she had found nothing big enough to feed the small Pride. She was heading for a nearby watering hole when she spotted Li Na. The gangly teen had grown into a beautiful lioness. It warmed her heart to see her healthy and happy - if you could say that about the other. Li Na seemed troubled and was often staring into space. At those times a cold shudder would run down the green lioness's back.

She didn't notice that Fayola was watching her with caution. She was so focused into the wild boar by the water and still layed low moving in closer and closer. "Mmm I can taste the meat on the tip of my tongue. If I get this right I'll be one happy girl. As she moved in the boar was still there not noticing what danger was coming. Finally Li Na rushed in and charged at the boar, but something went wrong as she sunked her right paw into its back. She tripped over a rock in the ground losing the boar. She growled and watched in defeat as the boar stumbled away, wounded off into the brush. "Grrrr damn...."

Noticing that the other female hadn't noticed her, the green lioness chased the boar, heading it off. Her green coat blended in with the foliage and the boar shrieked in fear as the dark green shadows chased it. It ran back to the watering hole, forgetting that another predator was still there.
Fayola stopped at the edge of the trees, panting lightly. She would teach Li Na to hunt, she decided. The other would be welcome help.

Li Na stumbled off the ground and lunged at the boar. This time it wasn't her claws that sinked into his back, it was her razor sharp teeth that sealed the prey's fate. She sunked her fangs into his throat cutting off his air supply waiting for the boars last kicks and squeals to stop. After a moment it stopped fighting back giving up its fight against Li Na and passed away.

Fayola nodded in approval and wandered out to drink from the pond. She plunged in, swimming twice around before climbing out to clean herself. Not until ever hair was in place again did she look to the lioness she had come to think of as her sister. "That was good, Li Na."

"Yes...only because you interfered." She shot her a cold look, she knew that Fayola had cut off and chased the boar back to where she was at. Li Na felt slightly hurt that she couldn't pull off killing a boar on her own all because of one stupid rock. Li Na sighed and turned the other way. "I thank you for helping but...next time let me try to handle it ok? Im going to leave the boar with you, take it back to the pride and see if it'll feed least any cubs if there are any. Im gone to find some bugs or something." Slowly she went towards back to the pride towards the oaosis which seems to be a place of temporary solitude.

The older lioness sighed. She had only been trying to help. She nosed the carcass and picked up, carrying it back to the Pride. She would have to talk to Karver about getting the fire-colored lioness to be a Hunt Sister.
"You should let me hunt, Aoi..." The silky voice returned in Li Na's ears. The lioness's gait become softer, her pawsteps barely heard in the oasis. "You cannot hunt...you need help to hunt..."

Li Na smiled "Well hello sunshine, thought I would have a day of peace without you around." She said in a sarcastic tone. "Who said that I needed YOUR help, your just something that I hear in the back of my head. So just maybe if I just close my eyes and click my heels three times you'll go away! Isn't that exciting!? Huh Ilice?" her happy tone and sarcastic remarks was ment to mock Ilice. She was already down about losing the boar and didn't need her to have her sulk more.

Karver looked at her with soft eyes. She had ran away from Rackna just to get to him. Shaking his head, the lion grabbed her by the scruff and managed to hoist over his back. When he turned, he forze seeing Hope there against one of the trees. Karver gave her a small chuff and whispered. "I'll explain later..I'm just going to help her now..." He moved silently toward the lake and lowered the lioness off of his back and into the shallows. The King splashed her with some water hoping to awaken the young thing. "Pastel..wake up. Come now, Pastel. You have to drink some water. We'll get you food after that.."

Fayola set down the boar, glancing between Hope, Karver and the new lioness. "Umm...Hope? What's going on?"
