Kouji arched a brow as he moved his head to the right, then took a slight side step to the left. Being as quiet as possible while dodging her weapons that flew in pratically every direction. What a strange technique, Rin is powerful. Yet is she powerful enough to take down the Uchiha. The battle seemed to be getting more interesting with each passing moment.
Kouji's eyes traveled from Rin to Sauske. Who looked like he was actually hiding, for what reasons. Kouji couldn't even guess that one, but it wasn't the main thing on his mind at the moment. After mere moments of glancing at him his attention was turned elsewhere; Yukino. Kouji's deep thought look disapeared, and in it's place took a calm soft facial expression. Like he had nothing to worry about, nor care for.

Yukino jumped behind Kouji, hands in her cargo pant's pockets.
"you new?" she asked coolly, leaning on the tree trunk. [I suppost they're standing on a tree branch right?]

The boy silently growled at the oncoming weapons, dodging them the best he could, only getting away with a couple of stratches. Silently, he mouthed something, and again, clones were created.
A clone grabbed one of the kunai, and with a growl, charged out at Rin, while the others seem to wait behind. As easy of a jutsu this was, it would come in handy.

Had he been stuck in his room for that long. It sure did seem like it, he knew her but she obviously didn't know him; or she wouldn't have been asking a stupid question such as that. Looks like Orochimaru-sama doesn't like to talk about me much. A slight smile appeared on his face, but as fast as it appeared; it disappeared. He wasn't trying to look all happy and stuff, that was just not him.
Kouji thought for a moment. Contemplating on if it were a good idea to tell her who he was. Maybe he didn't want anyone know for some reason, to tell the truth he himself didn't think it was such a good idea. To be out here in the first place, though he needed to be out of his so-called cell. For at least a short amount of time. Why keep it, if I get in trouble with the man. He can live with it.
He looked away back to the fighting, folding his arms together."Kouji.......Kouji Himamaru; and no. I am not new" His voice sounded deep and cold than usual. Seeing as it was really never used, being left alone fo so long. He wasn't the kind of guy to talk to himself.

Yukino smirked. "I'm surprised you're not annoyed that I don't know you."
She shrugged and said, "I was trying to annoy you...looks like I failed. Kouji Himamaru. How can I forget about you? You used to be so close to Orochimaru-sama. He used to talk about you a lot...but ever since that Uchiha came...it's like he forgot about us. Yeah not only you but all of us."
"Not like I care." She added, turning her attention to the fighting.

"And about being Orochimaru's pet...I don't care about that. I don't like being people's favorite anyway...it just annoys me more." Yukino added, face emoitionless.

Kouji just gave a simple shrug, for no real apparent reason. Trying not to get into the two's conversation. He wasn't the man's used- to favorite, Kouji never considered himself to be a favorite. Yet it was true the second thing Yukino said. Ever since that Uchiha came Orochimaru-sama had not time for any of them. Not like Kouji cared or anything, what the man's buisness had nothing to do with himself.
Just hearing from the other about Sauske, he disliked him already. Yet not only that he also wanted to fight. Though Orochimaru-sama would never aprove of letting himself fight with anybody let alone his 'Favorite'.
"Interesting." He mumbled to himself.

"A clone, eh?" she said, unaware that he had created more than one. "And a kunai. But now I know where you're hiding. Try this on for size! Kaze no Yaiba!" her hands moved rapidly, forming a series of hand signs andt hen blades of wind spead towards Sasuke's hideout. While she was distracted, the clone finally reached her, and she barely dodged, getting a gash on her left arm. She cursed. She had once thought that she would be Orochimaru's favorite, and get the training she needed to become a great ninja, but he found some other boy soon after and she had been left to teach herself, her sensei being fairly incompetent. Why? Why did this boy Sasuke and that other boy get to be trained by the sannin himself? It just wan't fair.

Another of the clones disappeared from the attack, leaving only one left, which had been quite a way back and behind a tree at the time of attack. Sasuke himself had managed to dodge a couple, before he himself was hit as well, and though it left visible, painful markings, the boy didn't even flinch.
The clone dashed out, His hand to the ground and charging at her as if using chidori. The real Sasuke, whom swiftly moved behind her, really was using the chidori. As the sounds filled the air, the clone and the real boy ran towards her.

((as far as I can tell you're not. o-o Who should win though? It would be a good idea to decide now. Rin is more experianced and of higher rank than Sasuke, but Sasuke is a genious and an Uchiha and, frankly, Rin's a moron when it comes to tactics.))
"What the..." she yelped in shock, having never seen nor heard of the attack before, but, with her experiance, she could tell just how deadly it was. "Woah! What are you doing!? We're just sparring, right!?" She yelped, diving out of the way. "Or does 'sparring' mean 'fight to the death' in Konoha!?" She noticed that the real Sasuke had been behind her and gave a shocked sigh. "Man! Lucky!" she tossed several knives at both the copy and the real Sasuke, then darted into the woods. "Best to just hide for a bit and plan. If he's being this seriously about this..." Se sat there for a moment then moaned in dismay. "Gah... I know I can't plan! Heck with this! Kaze no Yaiba!" as she let the attack loose, she winced. "Running out of chakra. I can't keep this up for too long."

The clone poofed like all the others. Since Sasuke had been running so fast, it was impossible for him to stop when the knives, and her second attack, flew towards him. Slashing at his arms and face, again, the hard boy didn't even flinch at the blood and pain. Sasuke had to release the Chidori attack somewhere, and thus, plummeted into the trees, and rammed into one. The explosion was loud, sending dust and spliters into the air.

Yukino laughed softly. "if it's being your favorite Asami...I guess it's not that annoying. You're my favorite too."
Yukino focused her attention to the fight again. "Nah...I don't think it's like that in Konoha...'sparring' means 'sparring' in Konoha but when it comes to Uchiha Sasuke's 'sparring' I think it means 'kill'."
