Though, to be perfectly honest, the "9" roll should have the same effect on you, exactly, as the 10 roll does for an opponent. Cause then it's not really worth it, because the downsides definitely outweigh the upside.

SPACEI know, right, lol? I think Sensei had a very specific person in mind when he made that skill.

Everytime I roll 3 it's going to go something like this...

"AND THE HEAVENS OPENED UP, AND FIRE RAINED DOWN ON THE LAND BELOW!"

No matter the situation...

SPACEI used to do that in D&D all the time with my druid, lol. In the Book of Vile Darkness, there's a spell that lets you rain an element of your choice within a mile radius for something like 10d6 damage to everything in it. So I would cast the relevant Protection on my party, then let it rain acid from the sky, lol.

I always play Halflings in DnD, just cause they got a bonus to thrown weapons, and I like to throw stuff. Never did druids or any of that, it was either ranger, fighter, or thief for me.

Clerics are pretty fun. I've enjoyed the couple that I've played.

SPACEI played a cleric once I think. I tend to like more front-line characters though, and for the most part clerics tend to be more support. I mean, you could go for a sort of divine paladin, buff-heavy build, but then you leave your teammates stranded for healing and such.

That's why I usually play clerics when we can start at a higher level. That way, i can still get my buffs, and still be able to heal my friends.

Do i send my completed profile to you when it's done?

SPACEI love high level play. So much interesting stuff you can do, because prestige classes.

SPACEJust post your profile. I'll look it over to see if anything needs to be changed and PM you the results.

SPACESent you a PM. Start someone in the Summer of Dreams for now. Sensei has defined that as the "beginner" area, so it's a safe bet for now. One of the many things I'm planning to harass him about is getting on setting generally difficulty levels for the areas, lol.

There's thorough, and there's overly detailed.
I'm the latter.

Anywhore, allow me to trouble you again?
When it says Dark Essence, would you say that's like Umbrakinesis, or an ability to control/use shadows/darkness?
