There's also a band I think might appeal to the more Gothic or Guro lolis out there called The Candy Spooky Theater. ^-^ They have sort of a creepy carnival sound to them that is really interesting and I love it. whee

They are heavily influenced by Tim Burton and the vocalist even calls himself Jack. ^w^ heart

I think from a lolita point of view, my favorite music would be those from soundtracks. Especially things like Memoirs of a Geisha and absolutely from the new Pride and Prejudice. And for EGL, anything by Danny Elfman is awesome.

I expected there to be alot of classical lovers here but I'm not seeing much.

My favorite is Mozart. I love his opera. His music is so whimsical and enchanting. I also like harpsichord music from the late baroque period (like, but not limited to JSBach)

I also like the classical/rock fusion bands that seem to be popular here: Malice Mizer, Moi Dix Moi, ect. I also like the Cure.

I also haven't seen alot of Rasputina mentioned here (It's gothic/classical influenced, and I'd recomend them as a loli-friendly band. They use cellos instead of guitars)

Oh, I like Rasputina. <3

Also, I like The Beatles, Malice Mizer, The Clash, The Dire Straits, Norah Jones, Joni Mitchell, Little Birdy, The Unicorns, The Ramones, They Might be Giants, REM, Ketchup Mania, Sixpence None the Richer... lots of unrelated stuff. Recently I've turned into a total LAREINE dork. Kamijo is delicious. whee

And ohyes, I'm an opera nut as well.

I like to listen to techno songs like:
DiskoWarp's Lolitabot song, I like a lot of the Vocaloid songs, especially ones with Miku or Len's voice. I also like the UTAU songs like Ted and Tetos' Cantarella and Cendrillon. I do listen to more than this but these are my favorites!

Have any of you heard of Emilie Simon?
