 Loki ~ God of Mischief
Loki could hardly understand why it was so hard to look at Stelian that way especially when he had enjoyed it from so many others but he was unable to stop his actions that followed. He wrapped his arms around Stelian's shoulders and pulled his head against his chest, holding him tightly.

Loki ~ God of Mischief
Loki remained silent as he held Stelian close. Many strange thoughts drifted through his head as well as feelings that seemed to hit him all at once. Loki found himself holding on to Stelian, not only to comfort him, but also to keep himself rooted. What was happening to him? It couldn't be that he... Loki pulled himself from his train of thought as he looked down at Stelian.

Stelian Maximoff-Rogers: Art Instructor Stelian lifted his eyes to him. "T-thanks Loki...I-I know that you wren't on good terms with my dad....but it means alot that you're here." He said softly as he rubbed his eyes.

Loki brought his eyes to Stelian's and gave him a soft nod before looking away for a moment. He pushed aside all his random thoughts as he composed himself and offered Stelian a smile, "Why don't we find someplace more comfortable for you to relax."

Stelian Maximoff-Rogers: Art Instructor The artist nodded and got shakily to his feet. "Lets just head to the bedroom then...I don't....I don't think I can teach today." He said softly.

Loki rose quickly, reaching out to brace Stelian as he noticed his unease. He had to admit he was rather relieved to hear that he man wouldn't be teaching that day but he told himself it was for selfish reasons. "Yes, I think that would probably be the best choice," Loki said as he guided Stelian over to the bedroom with a firm grip on his arm.

Stelian Maximoff-Rogers: Art Instructor Once in the bedroom Stelian dropped down onto the bed and buried his head into the pillows. "Damnit....Stupid b*****d, why did he have to be so ******** heroic?" He growled, his voice muffled by the pillow

Loki sat down next to Stelian and reached out to him, running his fingers through his hair in a soothing fashion, "If I recall, it's how your father has always been. A trait your friends seem to admire about him."

Stelian Maximoff-Rogers: Art Instructor Stelian sighed. "Yeah I know...." He sniffed and brought his head up rubbing his eyes. "I just...I havent talked to him in a few weeks...and the last thing we did was argue because he couldnt make the stupid party at the school."

Loki looked away for a moment, "As you can imagine, family matters aren't exactly my strong suit." Loki looked back and pushed a smile onto his face, "But if you need someone to listen. That I can do." Loki couldn't of felt more awkward. He wasn't the kind of person to really do these kinds of things, much less comment on them without upsetting someone. But somehow he wanted to make Stelian feel better and at least if he was listening he wouldn't put his foot in his mouth.

Stelian Maximoff-Rogers: Art Instructor Stelian sighed and dropped his head to the pillows again. "I won't bore you with the details. We argued and I never said I was sorry. So the last words I said to my father were in anger and now I can never take it back." He sighed and rubbed his face into the pillows. "This just sucks....I've never been one to deal with death very well...mom says its because I'm an artist and sensitive....Uncle Petrov says I'm a wuss." He snorted.

Loki sighed to himself as he was finally able to straighten out something in his head after all that had just happened and he reached his hand to Stelian's shoulder and tugged on it slightly to get his attention, "Lian, there's a lot of things I could say to you right now that would probably make you feel better but to be honest I don't entirely believe them and I'm not in a particular mood to lie to you right now." Loki leaned down and layed a kiss on Stelian's neck before continuing, "But I will say this, if you dwell on such things it will only consume you. You should rest for a while. Things will seem clearer later."

Stelian Maximoff-Rogers: Art Instructor Stelian sighed as his arm shot out and wrapped around Loki and he pulled the god to lay down with him. He rested his forehead against the God's shoulder and closed his eyes. "You're right." He said softly

Loki found himself being dragged down to the bed much to his surprise as Stelian rested himself upon him. He found himself not minding at all as he reached up and gently pushed the man's hair from his face before stroking his hair. Loki became lost in thought as he held Stelian in his arms. The need for quite for Stelian to rest as well as the stillness had made him think about things he had pushed aside.
