Adina Reindheart  Adina looked at Klaus and let out a small sigh. "Your right, I don't know what your going through or what you have had happen. I didn't say that I knew what you have been through or what might happen in the future." He said after a few moments. Adina didn't know what else he could do just then and he stood up and paced around. He was getting restless and needed to do something. "Why don't we start that training." He said after a moment though he wanted to be away from the man that seemed to think he was still a child. Sure he was pampered, but he had his own problems as well. ((Im sorry that I disappointed you?))

 Klaus Leben Klaus sighed. He'd upset Adina again. "You can't let insults or name-calling get to you. Being offended or upset over such things only shows you are still a child....Not that I was calling you one. I was insulting your posh life. Your wealth, basically." Standing, Klaus grabbed his weapons. "Alright. The courtyard is quite large, but not huge. It'll have to suffice for now. Best part is, I can watch you from the front stairs."

Adina Reindheart "Yet you insult something I cannot change. It is one thing to insult me as a person another to say such things about apart of me I can do nothing about." He said clearly not happy about what Klaus had said. "I don't want to be a prince, but I was put into this position thanks to my birth. If I could have decided, I would rather be a peasant at least there I would know what love feels like, I would have my parents, people that actually care for me." He said as they started down for the courtyard. "So, what do you want me to do." He said as he heard that Klaus was going to watch him from the front stairs. Did this mean that the man was going to sit down to watch him? He didn't know and it didn't matter to him not really he just needed to go and do something.

Klaus Leben Klaus' eyes narrowed. "You may have been born a prince without a choice, but it's your choice on how you spend the life and opportunities given to you. Instead of wasting your wealth on silk robes and fancy bedroom decor, wishing you had been born a peasant instead, why don't you give to them? If you don't want the money available to you, there are others who would die of relief of the spot to receive it. If you couldn't figure that out on your own, then you're not ready to be a king. You're hardly even worthy of your title of prince." The foreigner went to the door. "Like I said earlier, your training will consist of running until you can do so to the point where your lungs no longer become warped with the pain from running for too long. I'll start including basic combat training when my sides don't hurt anymore, though I can teach you about pressure points anytime. They're useful in combat. You can stun a man with two fingers, even going as far as to dislocate the wrist bone if you don't have a weapon to counter their attack."the gothic beauty 2 It's alright, by the way. Adina Reindheart It wasn't that simple to just give away the money from the crown. If he did that it would only create more problems yes, it might solve the issues the poor had at the moment but when the money ran out they would be left in the same position they were in before. "Maybe Im not ready to be a king, and don't deserve the title of prince. I would like to see you do better." he said before he had a thought. "Actually, why don't you be the prince, clearly you know so much more about it then I ever could." He stated. When he heard what the man said he let out a sigh and just started to run. He was rather fit, but it only took about half an hour before he started to feel it. It was clear as he started to slow down in his running though he continued to push himself. He wanted to gain this man's respect even if it killed him. Of course he knew that it wouldn't but he was going to show Klaus that he wasn't about to give up when things became difficult.

Klaus Leben Things were turning back to how they were before. He and Adina were starting to fight again. Standing on the stairs, he watched as Adina ran around the courtyard, paying attention to his posture. It wasn't long before he started running with a slouch, but he didn't stop like Klaus had expected him to. He kept running. Honestly, he didn't think the prince could do it. At this rate, he'll pass this portion of the training quicker than anticipated. Excluding the mixture of combat training and such I had, if he continues to show potential like this, it'll be maybe a few weeks.the gothic beauty 2 I created the cutest, yet creepiest, Espurr/Meowstic pair. @_@

Adina Reindheart Adina felt his breathing start to falter a bit and his lungs started to burn. The longer he ran the harder it was to keep going and to breath. He wasn't going to stop unless he passed out or Klaus told him to stop. He started to hurt whenever he took a breath and he was no longer running in a straight line but he was determined to keep going. When he started to see stars he would shake his head to try and clear his vision. ((you used Adina in your second sentence. but he didn't stop like Adina had expected... was it saying that the prince thought Klaus was going to stop him or that Klaus thought that Adina would stop when he got to that point?))

Klaus Leben Klaus soon noticed that Adina was starting to waver. Getting up, he ran up to him and grabbed his wrist. Checkin his pulse and listening to his breathing, Klaus sighed. He was horribly out of shape. "From now on, when you start to wobble, stop running. If only you had been given more in-depth exercise courses as a child....Come on. You need to lay down and drink some water. I'll take you to the infirmary." Klaus picked Adina up gently, though now he was carrying him like a bride rather than a sack of potatoes over his shoulder.the gothic beauty 2 I edited that mistake....Sorry.... sweatdrop

Adina Reindheart Adina was grateful when Klaus grabbed his wrist and got him to stop. He was tired but he didn't want to be carried. "I can walk... you don't have to carry me." He panted though he really didn't think he could walk much if at all. "Im fine, I don't need to go to the infirmary, Im sure you didn't when you were training, I wont be pampered Klaus. I want to train as you did." ((hehe its okay >.<))

Klaus Leben Klaus sighed. "Your training is different. I started young, when I had more than enough energy to spare. You weren't. You'll appreciate the water and rest later; otherwise, your lungs will burn all night. Not even that comfy bed will help you." Besides, Klaus was training Adina to fight and run for defense, even if Adina didn't know that for certain, not to be a spy or merciless killer. He didn't need identical training.

Adina Reindheart "Ill take the water and rest, but that is all. I have to toughen up somehow and this seems to be the fastest way to do so." He said though he was secretly happy that Klaus was carrying him this way. He didn't know why it made him happy, but he was glad that the running had his pulse up or he was sure that Klaus would know something was up with him. "Had I known I was going to do something like this, I would have made sure to train for it." He laughed before closing his eyes. THat little action made him sore. Speaking of, Klaus shouldn't be carrying him if he was still hurt. "Klaus... you cant be carrying me, your hurt you shouldn't put strain on your body."

Klaus Leben Klaus sighed. "You will take what I say you need. From how your body reacted, you're seriously underqualified for any sort of physical training. You'll undergo any health check-ups and whatnot I decide you may need. Otherwise, you can forget about the training." Adina mentioned how Klaus shouldn't be carrying him, and the soldier shook his head. "You're not as heavy as you look. Don't worry about it. Besides, as your knight, your well being comes before my own. And, my sides aren't as sore as they were before." Walking into the infirmary, Klaus laid Adina on the bed. The soldier Klaus had assaulted was there for a check-up, and wasn't too happy to see the foreigner. "Is Prince Adina alright?" "He's dizzy. Rest and water will get him back on his feet. Seems he isn't adapted to physical training." "Why was he...?" "He just wants to learn some of the training I went through. I won't teach him everything, since he doesn't need it, but I'm willing to train him as he wishes." The doctor nodded before giving Adina some water and checking his pulse. It had calmed down some, but was still pumping.

Adina Reindheart "Alright. Yea, I could have told you I wasn't qualified for anything too physical." He said laughing slightly his body tensing up when he did so. He would have to remember not to do that for a bit. When he was carried into the infirmary and saw that the guard he met with earlier was there Adina actually turned his head into Klaus' shoulder until the man left. When he did he was able to look back at the doctor and nodded at what Klaus said. "I want to be able to defend myself if needed. It was an order so he couldn't refuse." The prince stated looking at his doctor before he let the man look him over. He was feeling better already, but maybe it was because he was doing something that Klaus approved of.

Klaus Leben Klaus sat on the chair, keeping an eye on Adina. He had noticed him look away when he saw the guard. Why? He wasn't scared or ashamed, was he? "I tried to, of course. Unfortunately, the little prince is too convincing." He chuckled a bit. "...What is he doing for you in return? Are you using his lessons to take advantage of him?" "You mean like everyone else on the guard? Of course not. He's too...adapted for my tastes. I'm not interested in being one of his lovers." A brutal truth, but it was the truth nonetheless. "He's not doing anything for me. Even if he was, it wouldn't be your concern." There was no way he was going to admit that he was learning how to read. It was way to embarrassing.

Adina Reindheart "I am no longer sleeping around if that is your implication Doctor." The prince said before glaring at the man that was checking him out currently. As for the reaction with the guard. He was a bit embarrassed that he was being seen carried by the man that had mutilated him. Realizing now that his actions might make it seem like Klaus had claimed Adina as his own or that the prince wanted to bed his knight was bad. When he heard that Klaus wasn't interested in him he shouldn't have been surprised, but he was and it wasn't for reasons he had thought. Sure he really didn't know this man well, but he found that out of all the men he wanted to be with, Klaus actually held his interest. "I can command a man in my service to train me without giving him anything in return. He is given a warm bed, fine clothing and great food. He should be training me for what he is given." He said knowing that Klaus didn't want anyone to know about his reading. This way if anyone asked he would just say what he told the doctor. "Im feeling better now, Klaus, if you feel I am able I would like to return to my room."
