Elf and feary looked at the remains of what had been there home. Years of work and progress with medicines, burnt beyond recognition. Kyrin sighed and place the remaining piece of his windmill in his pocket. Well gives me a reason to travel…
A reason to travel, sir, and travel is good for you, you always said, Sir!
Puri, you’re going to have to stop doing that…
Doing what Sir?
Speaking my tho-… Nothing, Puri…
Kyrin nodded to the rest of the group swing his sachel further up onto his shoulder, then looked at Ivory as she posed a question.
Well, it’s a harder trek to go up the mountain, but it would be worth it, but on the other hand, as Ola said, they might already know. The Earth Kingdom is a good place to hide as any, due to the forest, or we can make our way to the safest place of all in the Fire Kingdom, but that’s a long track and I highly doubt after all that traveling that we would last in the Desert long enough…
So Earth Kingdom it is, unless anyone objects...

Ivory nodded, she was glad nobody though that question back into her face. She smiled, I guess it makes since, I wish I would have known I would be taking the first steps on a journey and packed some stuff. But there was little she could do about that now. "I have no objections to that plan." Ivory said.

"Awsome!" ola said triumphantly, punching her fist up into the air. "So... anything we need to stop by to get first?" She asked, well aware that she had hardly anything with her.

Ivory smiled at Ola it was almost as if she had read her mind. "Well consitering that most of of don't really have anything, I personally don't think it would be unwise to pick some stuff up. " She hoped that, that piticular vote would be in favor. It's not like everyday you get thrust into an adventure, not that she was conplaining.

"Kay then," Ola nodded, "And I'm sure others would like to pick some stuff up to," A quick look around the company, "I personally don't mind saying that I'm a traveling nomad-- and have nothing to pick up! Everything I own is in my quiver."

Terin smiled and nodded. "Works well enough for me. It might be best if we picked up some bread-cakes* for the trip if anyone has some change..." He tucked his hands into the pockets of his cloak, waiting for a response from Kyrin.
Ooc: *Bread-cakes: A slightly sweet bread made often by elves for travel, particualarly for long or hard journeys. Known by other beings as "Elf-bread" or "Elvin bread".
References: Lord of the Rings and the Return of the King, the movie (not so sure about the book) "Elvin Bread" is mentioned(and tossed over the edge of a cliff by Golem).

((ok I really don't know where this conversation is going so I'm going to take a stab at it and someone let me know if wrong))
Ivory looked tenativly at everyone. It really was foolish to leave on a journey without taking things. Plus she didn't want to point out the obvious that she didn't carry her life with her.
"perphaps were should split up for a hour and get anythign nessacery for a journey? What do you think of that idea?" Ivory crossed her fingers behind her back, hoping her idea would pull through.

Kyrin sighed. Yes, they needed suplies, and yes, there was a small town nearby, but... Kyrin looked among the others then to his pack there was nothing much in there to egins with let alone enough for four elves and a feary for the RoseWind Pass journey. They had to go to town.
Sir, Puri does not want to go there again...
Kyrin just shook his head. Listening to Ivory's suggestion, he simply waved a hand.
There will be no need for that. There is a town nearby, it's just...
The dark memories came back and he stopped mid-sentance, covering his face with his hand. Puri sat on his shoulder, the blue light dimming.
Lady Nayanii... When Lady Nayanii turned to the Dark Element, Sir's family was exiled... Lady Mayuni... did not make it...
Kyrin's face showed almost no sigh of emotion as Puri told the short tale except for a slight twinge at the name "Mayuni".

Ola rolled her eyes at the undicided people. "Yes, we need supplies, but splitting up for even a while would give the Fifth a chance to attack-- and perhaps win, Which is not on my list of things to do today. I say we go to town, buy what we can with what little money we have, and maybe, maybe stop by someones house. As a group, of course."

Kyrin turned to Ola, she was right, but he wasn't going back there. He looked at the rest of the group then sighed.
Ola's right, but I'll wait here... I highly doubt the Fifth Element will hit the same place twice...
He tried to reason with himselfabout the town but to no avail.

Ola faced him ,hands on her hips, a stoburn look creeping onto her face, "You do realize how stupid that sounds, right?" She asked, "For all you know, they never really left, and are waiting for us to do something stupid. We cannot give them that chance. You don't have to go in town, but there will be no, NO, unacompanied elves in our party. Got it?" she glanced up towarad the treetops as though someone where listening in, "I'll stay with you outside the city limits if you really can't go in there," Ola looked back at him, "But no one is getting hurt on my watch."

Kyrin put on an equally stubborn look, blank and cold. He couldn't bear to be anywhere near that town, limits and all. But seeing how Ola was over these past few hours let him know they could be at a stand still for several days before one of the gave in... more than likely him... so he just sighed and decided to quicken the process.
Puri looked between Kyrin and the others with a worried look. The faery spoke up, though with a soft voice.
Sir.... maybe they have forgotten...
They might of, but I haven't...
Well, we better get going.
Kyrin started walking down a path not turning to look back.

Ola studied him as he thought, her hands still on her hips. He looked like he was gonna make this hard... But then changed his mind and started to walk roughly in a derection. Olarelaxed a bit herself, and started agter him. A good thing that Kyrin had given in, because she never would have. She had once argued with a old freind on which arrows to buy for over four hours, untill the shopkeeper just gave up and gave them both kinds. Ah, good times, good times.

Halfway up the road Kyrin stooped suddenly, as if there was a magical barrier, but this barrier was within his own mind. he couldn't do it, who couldn't go one step closer to that forbidding town. His pupils dilated as the haunting thoughs came back to his mind. The screams, the fire, the blood... He didn't even realize that by this time, he was kneeling on the ground, his head in his hands. Burning tears fell the ground as Kyrin clenched his teeth, he though he could deal... but he couldn't.
Puri had felt this coming from the begining, the pain of Kyrin's thoughts running through the feary's whole being down to the tips of his wings. It was time for Puri to sing again. The soft high tones couldn't reach Kyrin through his own ears; all outside thoughts were blocked out. Puri was thankful the song reached his master at all, the soothing tones bringing Kyrin back to real time and away from his memories.
Looking around Kyrin dusted himself off quickly, wiping away the tears... he alsohad no recolection of what had just happened. Looking at Puri for a responce, the feary sighed.
Puri... Puri had to sing again...
Kyrin nodded angrily and looked back at the rest of the group.
I'm. Not. Going.

Ola stopped in her tracks as she saw his face. "Your right. Your not." She said, looking him in the eyes. "I don't know why. But your not. However, someone has to go. We. Need. Supplies. But that elf won't be you." There were years of pain and suffering in those eyes. Ola was many things, stubborn, opinionated, sometimes pigheaded... But a cruel torturer wasn't one of them. She wouldn't, No, couldn't make him go.
