NO! I will NEVER EVER read hary potter neutral

Good girl 3nodding

I was once convinced to read it... didn't get past the first chapter because it sucked. Although, it could be that I've been brainwashed to love LOTR since I was a child... My mum read me the Hobbit when I was 8 and the whole of LOTR after that ^_^ Have read it at least 5 times since then.

Anyway, I've just finished reading a most awesome book called The Princess and the Goblin... Yeah I know it's a kids book but it's a bloody good read, plus I really like fantasy but have hardly any in the house sad

I find LOTR a bit long....I have read it about twice but both times it took me years to get through it because some pages seem really long and goes into a lot of detail.

If you find LOTR boring, try reading all ten books of the Wheel of Time series. I swear, that series sounds like a fantasy soap opera. sweatdrop

I tried to read LOTR. I really did.

I got Rachel's Tears from the library on Wednesday and I've got to say it's utter bullshit.

But I'm still reading it because I want to see what the kid's parents have to say. stare

I read LOTR so long ago... I would have been around eleven I think, and it took me a whole two weeks to get through them all!!!! scream scream scream It wasn't a bad read though, but I hardly remember much of it because that was about seven years ago... sweatdrop I haven't read it since...

At the moment I'm just reading "The Man Who Killed Boys" by Clifford L. Linedecker... It's pretty much a biography on Gacy (John Wayne Gacy Jr). 3nodding

Ooh serial killer books are interesting. I enjoy them for some reason. It's odd.

On the Reading list for the Holidays;

*Legends of the Samural by Hiroaki Sato
*Bushido: The Soul Of Japan by Inazo Nitobe
*The Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi
*Varied Internet notes on Yagyu Jubei + Musashi
*Written notes already taken from sources.

So in other words, a whole lot of s**t that relates to my History Extension assignment. JOY! surprised

I recently read A wrinkle in Time. Was lovely! ^_^ I love old fashioned kids books like that.

My little bro is currently reading the series of unfortuante events books! I'm so glad he is actually reading!!!

Well the Library finally got the first book, Tomorrow, When the War Began, of the series by John Marsden so now I can start reading it biggrin

Only read 20 pages so far, never start reading at 2AM, it's hard xd Nothing significant has happened yet but there are a few clues throughout of the coming fate 3nodding Great stuff.
