To be honest, it's because my mother didn't want to move so far away from the family, as they all still lived in Victoria, if but for a few distant relations.

It starts with an L and was flooded maybe a year or two ago. I'm not a very big fan of my family, except maybe my dad's parents, but that's it. If I never got to see my family again, I'd be fine with that.

It'd be good, in a way, if my family lived too far away to visit. I see them too much for my liking, which I suppose takes away from any appreciation of them. They seem more of an intrusion than some sort of "blessing" as other pro-family... people, might claim.

My cousins from my dad's brother have come around so much, they're almost like immediate family. Two of them have even lived with us for a while, which was very frustrating. We also see enough of my grandparents to keep them satisfied. Heck, I even used to have two great-grandmothers untill one of them died in 1999 (at the age of 99 crying ) When she was alive though, she was a great-great-grandmother, and so is the other one, still alive. Good genes. 3nodding

I confess that in year 12 I didn't study at all for my trial Visual Arts exam but I still got 98%. Really Mini, to go well in any subject you just have to be good at proving a point. No matter what point it is and it seems completley daft, you just have to stick with it and make it believeable!
Jubs - You make the beach sound so nice, even though I usually hate it! Although, most of the beaches I've been to are in Victoria, and it's all cold and windy and seaweed every where! I went to some really nice ones in WA though. But yeah, you just made me really want to go see where you live, because it sounds fantastic! But I do confess I love little old Albury. It's not too big, not too small. Like you could shop all day and then drive for 10 minutes and go for a horse ride through farms and stuff. Also, in summer it's fantastic. We've got the mighty Murray river and the Hume Weir, which is massive. So, lots of lazy hours spent lying on river banks, or floating along the river, or swimming out to islands in the weir. Yea, I like being a country girl. I don't think I could stand living in the city for any long period of time. It's fun to visit, but last time I went to Melbz, I stayed right in the city center and what really got to me is that there were hardly any animals around! Like there was the odd bird but that was all... Oooh and hardly any trees! And most of them were non-native! Yea, I loves my nature too much to live in the city, but sooner or later I'm gonna have to. Then I'm gonna go insane domokun

But unfortunately for me I'm studying subjects that require a hell of a lot of study to even get an A. The Speciliast Maths exam is taxing for even those extaordinarily gifted students who are going to get 99.95 enters, so you can imagine how hard it is for an average maths student like me. sweatdrop Also, the Methods and Chemistry exams aren't going to be a walk in the park either.

I wouldn't call those people extraordinarly gifted. Some might be, but mostly they just know how to work the system to their advantage, and get awesome scores. Getting a good ENTER score is great... but only if you want to get into Uni straight afterwards. Otherwise, it's a completely pointless method of peer ranking. EmWah - I wouldn't like to stay in the city centre itself either. I prefer living in the suburbs, becayse it does have at least some vegitation and wild-life. We see possums pretty often, and bats too. 3nodding
