The Spaniard started to shake minutely as laughter bubbled up until it finally escaped in light chuckles. "I'm just playing with you Angelo," He reassured with a smile.

Angelo stared at him for a few moments before frowning angrily and rolling away from him, arms crossed over his chest. "You tricked me... I thought I'd actually hurt you..." he mumbled.

The capital only wrapped his arms more securely around the younger and held him closer. His eyes slipped shut again as he held him close. "Sorry Angelo, it's just a little game I used to play.."

The Italian peeked over his shoulder at him before settling into the embrace, letting out a sigh. "It's fine... But I was really worried that I had upset you... I don't want to make you sad... Ever..."

Angelo shook his head, though didn't make a move to extract himself from the other's arms. "I'm definitely awake after tha- what's that smell?" The Italian had finally noticed the faint whiff of something cooking, the scent making his mouth water slightly. "It smells really good..."

"Probably breakfast. Want to go see what's cooking?" He asked with a smile. Without waiting for a reply he pulled himself away from the Italian to stretch before climbing out of bed to change into something for the day.

Angelo hummed slightly in agreement, also climbing out of bed and returning to his room in order to change. He returned once he was done, dressed in a simple pair of shorts and a plain button up.

With a smile, Madrid made his way downstairs with the younger, moving to the kitchen to find Antonio finishing up with the breakfast pastries. He glanced over when he heard the two enter before returning his gaze to his work. "They're almost done just take a seat."

The Spanish man hummed in response. Madrid sat at the table as well, the man carrying the plate of pastries to the table not long after. "They're fresh so eat up,"He stated, taking a seat as well.

Lovino joined them, waiting for Angelo to eagerly grab two off the plate before taking one for himself with a chuckle. "Thanks for agreeing to make these, Antonio," the elder Italian thanked once more. "Everyone in the house really loved whatever I brought home from your bakery... Hopefully the place will be just as popular as it once was once it gets going again."
"You're reopening?!" Angelo asked excitedly around a mouthful of food, receiving a chastising glare.
"Swallow, kiddo. Chew first though!" Lovino hastily added when he noticed that the younger was going to try and swallow what he had in his mouth immediately. "Jeez kid, have a sense of self preservation..."
"Sorry fratello... I'm just really excited for him and Jose and Marcia! Do you think that maybe I can get to watch how they make them this time?!"

A faint smile twitched at Antonio's mouth at the younger's enthusiasm Madrid looking amused as well as he bit into one of the pastries. "Yes.. We'll be opening back up again,"He replied as he picked at his own pastry a little. Hearing someone else entering he glanced up to see Lucilla in a robe, stiffling a yawn.
"What smells?" She asked, not meaning for it to be the rude form of the comment more a lack of a few words.

"Antonio made breakfast~" Angelo chirped excitedly. "And he's going to be opening the bakery again! Isn't that great?" Lovino chuckled lightly at how happy his little brother was with the news before pausing and trying to gain both of his sibling's attention.
"Neither of you can tell nonno about that, alright? It's gotta be a secret, so shh."

Lucilla raised an eyebrow at Lovino in question as she walked over to the table as well. "Why wouldn't you want Nonno to know? Doing something you're not supposed to?" She questioned as she sat down and picked up a pastry," If you get in trouble I've had nothing to do with it."
