Looking back at him, she pulled out a kunai, throwing it at him, while tossing another with an exploding tag on it close to him... to cut him off from her.

Nido jumped back, dodging the first kunai, as he kept focused on Akina...as the tag exploded he quickly ducked behind a tree...then smiled inwardly as he realized he could still "See" Akina, her chakra sticking out though the explosion between them...
I guess there is no more hiding from me, He thought as he quickly came right back out, throwing more kunai, and trying to get in close...he knew Akina held on edge in distance fighting...so he wanted to take every advantage away.
The man with the scythe grinned evily as he pulled the scythe in, catching it then shooting forward, the scythe easily gave him a longer reach, while he used the chain in his other hand as a blocking tool.

Moving quickly, she tried to get away from him, wondering how he was doing this...
I just need to get away.
She threw more kunai, hurrying.

Hasses jumped back, and tried getting around the man, not wanting to be near the scythe though. he rushed in going for a kick to the mans injuried side.

Nido just dodged the kunai, as he made a wide circle around putting himself between Akina and the others. "Relize you will not win this...come quietly."
The man with the scythe quickly wipped around his other arm, catching Hasses foot in the chain then wipped his arm back throwing Hasses far off to the side... then he set his focus on Kyle, slashing at him with teh scythe

She rushed away, before looking back at him.

Nido Decided a less direct approach...He backed off, moving off into teh trees, where he promptly went up for a higher vantage point. He was hoping to be abelt to find a suitable place to corner Akina...Then Nido stopped, just for a split second, then he continued on. Changing his strategy to just moving Akina away from the others, and anyone else in the forest...
though his mind kept thinking back...If he cornered Akina...he could set of the seal...if that happened would he stand a chance...was that Orochmaru's plan?...Nido for the first time hesitated...if defintly seemed the other two werent as skilled as normal for such an assignment...were they expendable...
Nido threw a Kunai as he thought...he needed a better plan...

Since he was backing off, Akina dodged the kunai, and hurried toward the others, wanting to help them, and have them make sure she didn't do anything drastic.

Nido shook his head, jumping so he landed directly infront of Akina. He needed time to think...and he couldnt do that while he had to concentrate on a fight...
In an instant he brought his sword up and down in a downward arc, aimed for a slash across Akinas right shoulder, and angled down towrads his stomach, Though the attack was rather hasty instead of a calm cut...he wanted to end this so he could concentrate more...

Allowing herself to get slashed, she slammed a the back of a kunai into his chest, trying to knock the wind out of him.
s**t, he's trying to end this now.

Nido gritted his teeth, grabbing Akina's hand, holding her from jumping back. "You are his chosen one, he favors you over us who serve him blindly, we condemned are just here to test you. and you will fail." Then Nido pulled the sword back Thrusting it foward at Akina's stomach...He had said a bit much...but he was trying to put things together...

She knew she couldn't move out of the way, she didn't want to get stabbed... but...
I've lost.
She knew she was beaten, and she just swung her kunai at him again, to stab his shoulder to get him to stop some of the momentum.

Nido turned to avoid getting injured badly, his sword moving so that it just peirced her side. missing all organs, then he jumped back...watching the blood run from the tip of the sword...a shallow wound as well...then lightning began to run up the blade...though this sword was much lower quality then his personal weapons....the blade shattered.
"Your lucky day...." Nido dropped the sword hilt to the ground then jumpped back. "Are you truly happy with where you are?"

Looking at him, she just remained silent. She wasn't happy where she was, but she didn't want to disappoint the few people she had here...
