YAY! Pops got me the vampire book I wanted. I can't wait to dig into it. It's over 600 pages, so it'll be amazing if I finish it... Course that's a major understatement.

I only read one of Anne Rice's books, and didn't like it much. I prefer Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, Charlaine Harris, and... wouldja look at that, I can't remember any more authors. Oh, well.

The Historian by Elizabeth-somethin. I've only read the first chapter, but it's supposedly a page turner till ya get to 300. Then it slows and starts up again toward the end... Knowin me, I'll stop before that.

...You mean you've gotten to the end of the first chapter? Geez, you can hardly do even that with books I give you. So, do you like the summer reading book? I can never memorize the title. Something a dog and a case. Or something. I found it to be kinda dumb and annoying. My sister didn't like it, either. And I still need to start Grapes of Wrath. Then I'll be done with summer reading. Though I'll have to choose which book to use for the choice one.

Hmm...good news and bad news (depending on whether my presence in this guild is eart-warming or not xp ) Good news is the internet on my computer is up and running again...Bad news is that my computer got a virus and everything had to be erased...which meant all my stories, pictures, music, etc stressed I can handle the music and (Scratch that. My friend lent me his Straylight Run and some other cds which I'd saved to my computer) pictures...but my stories! gonk I really liked them... My friend who moved last year copied them to a floppy disk so she could read them so maybe there's hope...but I'm not counting on it (oh wonderful pessimism heart )
Oh, by the way...I finally got enough gold to make the guild xd It's gonna take a while to organize everything but I'm glad I have enough...*imagines how much gold she'll have after* ........

I'm reading 10 pages a day as soon as I get up (I just got ot where we find our Mr. Shear or whatever slept with the kid's mom). Is the mom really dead or did she run off with some guy? And I know I don't, but this is vampires, and I have little attention to any other kinds of books other then manga (that's putting it lightly).

He went to find her. Idiotic kid. Such an idiotic book, I'm sorry, but it is.

XxfushigipinayxX LHL, do you mind if I use the three strikes rule at the Ghibli Guild? I've seen the three strikes rule in a couple places. I used it with my guild, seeing as it was my idea to start with, in this guild at least. I've had a computer crash on me before. I had this story that was like 54 pages long get utterly destroyed. Two years of work, down the drain. On the bright side, I got to re-write it... four times. And while on this trip I decided that I'd never write that one again. Why? 'Cause it was stupid, childish, and I have no decent way of putting more than half of the ideas that I came up with for it. So no more writing it for me. I have more interesting stories to write. Like my new one. Which I still need to look up stuff for, dammit.
