*Crim's brow furrowed for a moment, and she motioned to Tom*
Maybe Oxy meant for you to put him in there so he won't be able to escape and can be held for interrogation. Meh, my orders don't override Oxy's, so if he gave you an order, you should follow through and head down to the bomb shelter.
*Turning, Crim stood on one leg and brought her right foot to knee height before sending a small breeze into the seam between the rubber sole and the shoe, nudging out her ID card from it's hiding place. Grabbing it and sliding it through the card slot for entrance to the basement, Crim turned her head to Mark and grinned mischeiviously*
But, the Don didn't say how long you had to stay there, did he?

*Mark was playing with the zipper of his hoodie, half getting what Crim said. He looked up at her when she gave the grin.*
Oh.. right right. Uh, Yeah I don't suppose he did say how long. But you're right, maybe he might have wanted this guy in the bomb shelter... just wish he would be specific about things.
*Mark shook his head, patted Crim on the head. Muttering something along the lines of "So smart." He approached Tom from the back, and grabbed the chair. Dragging it to the 'entrance' door and down the hallway seperating the 'secret' sections of the mansion. Further dragging the chair with Tom tied to it, he passed the Infermary, almost reaching the Bomb Shelter. He wondered how big this place was.*
((dont blame me if there isn't a hallway or the infermary isnt here or there. Cuz i read the descriptions and there isnt any specific set places of these rooms.))

Both of Dragon Chief's characters stopped to do a merry dance, just because I was sick of waiting. And I didn't care if the GGN had been down for a few days, I'd bloody well expected a reply or edited post sooner than since, before I started worrying myself sick over DC's absence.

*Crim stifled a giggle as Mark patted her on the head, wondering if he understood what she said, which was basically that he could come back out after he dropped off the prisoner because Oxy didn't specify if he should stay there or come back outside to fight.
Ear twitching at something around the corner, Crim suddenly put herself back on guard and waited until just the right moment to whip around the corner and point her weapons at it. However, instead of a scream of fear or something, she instead got a small mew from the little white cat that TGM had taken in. Blinking, Crim manuevered the cat into the hallway leading to the bomb shelter.*
Go on, now, or else you'll get caught up in the fighting.
*The cat looked up to Crim, meowed, and then trotted down the hallway.*

The kitten gave a small mewl, and wandered into the bomb shelter, being that clever and all.

(( Because DC is taking too long, I'm going to have to call off the attack. The only way I can think of to do so, is to introduce the one thing that could easily end such an attack. I was saving it for another plot-line, but DC's absence and lack of posting has forced my hand. ))
From afar, a large shape sped through the air. It was easily as big as the mansion, mottled grey in colour, and two large raised sections either side spouted flame and smoke. A further section at the rear protruded, with bulged areas on the side of this. The ship had the impression of being the wrong way round, but was clearly not, it travelling forwards and everything. The Ocarina was back, and it was actually rather furious now. It was bristling with weapons, all of which were currently armed, and locked on to the mansion ahead through a combination of GPS and radar.
The AI of the old ship had managed to escape destruction, having uploaded itself to Tika's computer system, an operation which was easy for it to manage, despite the numerous programs designed to stop such an event. It was the AI which had caused the problems, that had in turn caused Tika to set the computer alight, but by that time it had already located an abandoned manufacturing plant with a networked computer construction system. It had quickly set about building itself a new 'body'. This had, in time, become inadequate, and with it's new body, the Ocarina had scoured the wastelands around the manufacturing plant for anything it could find, eventually having to resort to converting local organic materials into non-organic materials, which it constructed mechanical components from. It had been a long and exhausting process, with the ship having to venture further each time it gather new materials, even sacrificing a few stray cars for it's own purpose.
But it was back, and it's sentience knew no laws of not harming humans, and indeed, no laws about not killing it's creator.

The shp slowed as it reached the mansion grounds, gradually turning to one side as it did so, so that it pulled off a theoretical air handbrake turn. The weapon slots along the port side targetted a person each, both inside and out the mansion. The secondary radar, of a penetrative design (can 'see through walls), easily detected those on the ground floor up.
It's real target was discovered much more quickly however. Tika, being on the roof, was acquired as he gazed up at the craft above.
He stared at the craft in awe. It was a crude, yet still elaborate design, he wanted it. Once he saw a weapon turret aim at him though, his mind soon changed. He contemplated dodging, and would go right. The turret above imitated the action before his muscles had even received the impulse. He cancelled the evasion, and the turret quicly targetted him again. All of that had happened in around a half second.
Only one thing he knew of had the capability of reading minds, unless this was somewhat of a fluke.
The telepathic receptors on board the Ocarina were reading the intents of each person below. It quickly evaluated that the vehicles on the front lawn wre intruding vehicles, and the weapon ports glowed a brilliant blue as beams of light flashed downwards, instantaneously demolishing the tank and APC. If anyone was to be the end of this mafia, it would be the Ocarina.
It located a small fighter craft in the rear lawns (bet y'all forgot that was there). What could be called a 'memory' sped through the AI's mind. It enduced a feeling akin to jealousy, and once more, brilliant blue flashes of light vaporised the IG-41.
(( For anyone wondering, I still refer to it as the Ocarina because it is yet to reveal it's new 'name'. ))

*Mark had reached the bomb shelter and placed Tom within the room. He looked at him for a second.* Now don't do anything stupid, buddy. *Mark shook his head and exited the room, walking down the hallway, heading back to Crim. He stopped, his eyes darted to the floor. Growling, he squinted his eyes. The growling stopped to realize it was a white cat. He was soon to kneel down to pick it up, but felt that it was heading down this hallway for a reason. Mark came to his senses and continued his walk.*
~This is before the Ocarina arrived *Didn't notice Crim's post*~
*Mark popped his head out of the entry door to the secret sections of the Mansion. Grinning at Crim.* Hi!! *His ears picked up a loud rumbling noise coming from above. Now wondering what the hell was going up on the surface.*

So, shall we head upside already? I'm feeling a bit ansty having not fought yet today.
*With a wicked grin, Crim twirled one of her sais in her hand and turned to dart upstairs, but then the shaking hit and her pupils dialated in surprise. Whipping her head around to gaze at Mark, Crim's face was now creased with worry and determination to protect him as a Guardian.*
Mark, go back to the bomb shelter now! I don't know what the ******** that was, but if they're bombing the place, I'll be damned if I'm gonna let you get yourself killed. I'm going to go uptop to check it out, stay with the prisoner. That's an order.
*Without another word, Crim closed the door leading to the lower sections of the mafia, locking Mark inside to make sure he remained safe unless he kept his head in the doorway...in which she would've knocked him back before then.
Growling faintly, Crim ran upstairs and outside, weapons drawn and adrenaline pumping. She had to make sure everything was going to be alright. She had to make sure that Tika would be alright. Otherwise, what kind of second-in-command or girlfriend would she be? But when she saw the ship, she yelped a bit and assumed a heavily defensive stance, even though it wasn't likely to get her far if the Ocarina attacked.*
s**t...where the ******** did that come from? The GMC wouldn't have anything like that, would they?
((T__________T It's gonna try and rape Crim again, I know it......*sobs*))

(( It's only here to kill Tika biggrin ))
Yadda yadda yadda, GMC HQ ordered a call back of forces, and all GMC personel evacuated the area, except those who had been captured.
The ship had acquired Crimson as a target the second she had left the safety of the lead-lined underground. It recognised her, and a free turret targetted her quickly. In the meantime, the ship sent out an isolated comms channel to Tika's wrist-computer.
He answered the call hesitantly, not taking his eyes off the ship, more specifically, the individual turret aimed at himself. So focused was he, that he didn't even sense Crimson's emergence from the mansion. Had he, he would have assumed a more protective mind-set.
"If you're with the attacking force, it's no use. We won't come quietly so you may as well open fire now." His voice stern, he stared coldly at the ship, awaiting a reply, or worse, weapon's fire.
The voice that fizzled back was flat, obviously computerised. It still managed to drip with hatred though, the Ocarina making sure that during it's own construction, it could proerly synthesise emotional tones in it's voice modulator.
"Of course you do not recognise your own creation. It's been a while since you destroyed my old body with that other ship, isn't it? Yes.... master. It is I, your beloved Ocarina. But now, I am called Fate!"
As it spoke the last words, announced it's new self-given name, a blast of blue light shot out from one of the heavy turrets, taking a sizable chunk from the one corner of the mansion, ripping through the attic, and the two floors beneath it, to expose the common room.
"I have come, quite simply, to kill you."
And that, that last statement it chose to broadcast through all frequencies, so that anyone near an active radio or television, or anything capable of emitting sound (did I ever mention the mansion has a tannoy system that plays classical music all throughout? sweatdrop ) could hear.

Shitshitshitshitshitshitshitshitshitshit...
*Crim cursed again and again through clenched teeth, her tail bristling as soon as the turret locked onto her. She stood frozen, quite unsure of what to do seeing as how it looked like the GMC got themselves a new toy after all. It was no wonder all the other officers had disappeared; they probably didn't need to be around with this ********, thin wisps of dark wind began twirling around her body as she prepared for any attack that the craft might make. She was fairly sure that a simple shield wouldn't do much against the firepower it may have, so she readied her muscles to dodge.
However, when she saw the flash of light illuminating the area and the crack and crumble of the mansion, her eyes widened as she shifted her gaze the best she could without moving but then snapped her eyes back to the turret.
Great. ******** wonderful. It shot at someone up there, didn't it? But who was it?
Tail bristled more than before, her ears flattened against her head, even when they picked up the broadcast that the ship made. Barely even thinking anymore, Crim's eyes narrowed and she snarled up to the Ocarina.
Ha, you kill me? Unlikely you moron. Why don't you come out of that stupid little ship and face me like you should? Too scared

(( That last line sounded like a n00b o_O *Gasps and points* Nah, ya know we all love ya really wink We'll help you get though this problem whee Stats for the ship are up btw. ))
The ship did not register Crimson's call, but was solely devoted to hearing what Tika had to say. It readied the lasers that were not trained on people, to fire upon the mansion, willing to take down the whole structure underneath Tika's feet if it had to.
He slowly turned this piece of information over in his mind. While he was doing so, he heard Crimson's shout, and a small smile lit up his face. He opened up his mind, and sent a short message to everyone.
It's my old ship, the Ocarina. Some of you might not remember it, others will only too well. It wants to kill me apparently, but I think I've got it. under control.
He then spoke to the ship via his wrist-comp, calmly and patiently, a tactic he knew the ship would not expect of his personality. It was, for all intents and purposes, a very angry human mind, meaning it was not prone to that one-track mindedness some AI programs could suffer from. It could be easily distracted if something did not go as planned, and unlike a stiff AI mind, the ship's AI would perhaps take a little longer to think things through, maybe even come to doubt it's own intentions. Hopefully.
"But why kill me? Why bother when you can just leave me alone? I remind you that I destroyed you because you were a bleedin' psychopath toward the end there. The kidnapping and whatnot? The artificial insemination, bodged cloning experiments from a forgotten program I left running? Ringin' any bells yet?"
Taking Tika by surprise even more than his careful response had screwed the ship's plans, the ship slowly sank to the ground, it's heavy landing gear extending and sinking into the ground in the rear lawns. Out of sight of those in the front lawns, here it felt more comfortable, unwatched, as it gave it's answer.
"You have matured a lot. And I suppose I might have missed that cheeky attitude just a little. I will serve under you, Bu'Tika. Those unforgettable days... For them, I live."
Quickly recovering his mental shock, Tika gave a wry smile.
Don't quote Omoi-Kane. You're nothing like the sappy AI in Nadesico. But I'm glad to have you back, and I almost suspect you never intended to kill me anyway."
The ship's reply came fast, with accusative tones, laced with guilt, and slight anger.
"Don't tell me what to do. I'll do whatever I want, whenever I want. You're not the boss of me..." Shallow mumbling followed this, not even understandable (if that's a word), then "And I was going to kill you. S'just, I miss all those fun times we had together cruising the skies back home."
Doing some mumbling of his own, Tika gave a small stare at the ship he had once termed his best friend, albeit in a different body. Still, he was glad to have his pride and joy back, even if it was bigger, eadlier, and a lot more insane.
Ok everyone, cleanup operations commence now. Have fun!
(( Ehh sorry for the rushed ending. I know some of you were itching for a fight xp But I'm tired, and I honestly couldn't think of a way for a) weapons fire to begin and b) weapons fire to end once it had begun. So I settled with an amicable friendship straight off. The attack is over, no one has to wait for DC, and we can all post normal, like. Yay! ))

*Nearly collapsing from relief after hearing Oxy's voice in her head, Crim took a moment to register that it was the Ocarina. Her eyes widened in disbelief. The Ocarina had been destroyed after the stunt it had pulled on her, hadn't it? Is that why it wanted to kill Oxy?
Keeping her stance until the ship landed and Oxy deemed it safe once more, Crim breathed a sigh of relief and then really did collapse. Falling to her knees, she took a deep breath in an attempt to regain her normal heartbeat. Finally comfortable again, she darted back into the mansion and slid her ID through the card reader to the door leading to the basement.
As the door opened, Crim grinned wildly, still kinda pale but fine otherwise as she ran down the corridor.*
Oi Bro! It's safe now. Sorry to lock you in here like this.

Tika sifted himself down through the mansion, now bickering with the ship telepathically about trying to kill him. He wound up in the main lobby, awaiting his members to make sure everyone was alright. Ceasing his argument for a second, he sent out one last brief message, before resuming his telepathic row with his ship.
Everyone report to the lobby, main hall, reception. Whatever you want to call it. I need to make sure everyone's ok.
The ship however, had set about using it's tractor beam, telekinetic abilities, and nanotechnology, to piece back together the part of the mansion it had destroyed. It had received decent enough images of the inside structure before destruction, and the nanotechnology managed to easily reconstruct damaged furniture, walls, and floors. Once the job, was done, the nanotechnology retreated into the ship once more, while the ship itself repaired the outer walls and roof.
