Seishin-chan hmm... well, if it says not to worry about it, then follow it for now... if something seems to be going wrong, then I'd ditch it.... If I've learned anything about financial things, it's that not worrying can be the worst thing to do.

True... I'm in my own financial fix right now... PROM is coming, I have $6 in my account... I've dealt with over $120 in overdraft fees in the last 2 weeks.... thanks dad for helping me out... check cards are good if you really know how to manage your money and if you're not a chronic spender... I shouldn't be allowed to have one.. sweatdrop whenever you think "I'll deal with it later" you end up regretting... balance your account... trust me... but don't dwell on it too much... it'll eventually all work out in the end

For one thing, it helps to not go places you can spend money. Malls are a biggie. The internet, too. Or, when you do go out shopping, only do it if you have something specific in mind. Like, not just, "I'm going to go to the mall to buy some clothes" but "I'm going to go to the mall to buy 2 or 3 shirts and a pair of pants." Then only bring cash, and only about enough to buy the things you set out to buy. That way, even if you do get distracted by something else, you're forced to choose between buying that and the things you went there fore.

Sounds good, but the only problem I have is to just carry cash. There are 5 times when I've had cash and someone's stolen my wallet and taken off with $20+ dollars... one time it was over $100 to pay for a present my dad was having me get for him to give to my mom... I've gotten into the habit ever since then to not carry cash... even at school. A few weeks ago someone got into my purse and took $23. It's a good idea to just carry cash, I'll admit that. But I've never had much luck with it... sweatdrop and thanks for the edit Zetan! didn't realize I did that wrong... sweatdrop
