Mahna looked to her, before allowing the illusion to fall, and the card power returned to his necklace. He struggled to stand before he started to speak. "I am no Pirate, I am but a wandering Teroa. Why do you ask questions, and not kill me on spot?" He asked as he examined his wounds. He could no longer fly, for his left wing was injured, and he could no longer fight as he used to, for his fighting arm had been crippled. Until he could get to safer grounds, he wouldn't be able to heal himself.

There are no such things as coincidence.Salyf could tell that the dragon was injured by the way he held himself. As she approached him under the disguise of her three of clubs, she found that he wasn't a dragon, but a humanoid dragon. Sthas slithered back to her pouch as Salyf extended her card's power to the humanoid dragon, making the two of them appear as crates. "Maybe because I'm not a pirate myself? And so far as I'm concerned at this moment of time, anyone who's not a pirate is a friend of mine." There is only hitsuzen

Inese heaved the anchor over to the side of the boat, looking back at the boxes the bottle caught her eye again. Something about it made her nervous but now was not the time to worry about some bottle.
"Crash? Into water?" she said doubtfully while rolling up the rope on the anchor.
((Mei, please turn off your auto-formating when posting in RP threads here
Finally got something. So, when we get to it what could this bottle be. It could ether be an end to this plot line or a doorway to another, but I'm gonna guess ether way the owner of the boat was smuggling it.))

Mahna looked from side to side, scanning their surroundings to any potential danger. "Not a Pirate? This is a strange place to be under those circumstances. What would bring you to a ship like this if you were not a pirate?" He asked offhandedly. His eyes hovered on his Halberg in his left hand for a while, before he mounted it onto his back. With his main combat arm out of order, he would no longer be able to wield it.

((My bad.))
"Unusual circumstances." Salyf replied. She eyed his arm and sighed. "I would offer to row us off this accursed boat using a simple row boat, but I'm not sure it'll work." She said, carefully excluding her fear of water and her underlying hatred for thieves, bandits, and pirates alike. "I'm more than ready to ditch these pirates."

Mahna examined his wounds for a moment, before drawing a green cloth, and what seemed to be a white dust from under his robes. He sprinkled dust over the cloth before wrapping it around the wound on his right arm. After he was finished, he flexed his arm and drew his Halberg from his back. "It will help. My name is Mahna, and what would yours be?" He asked her sincerily. He sensed no danger from her.

"My name is Salyf." She said hesitantly. Sthas emerged once again to coil around her neck. "This is Sthas." Salyf spotted an oar boat rigged to the side of the ship, ready to be casted off. "Well, I think we've found our ship." she said, keeping the fear out of her voice. It was inevitable that she was now going to have to get wet, but on the scale between pirates and her fear of water, the water seemed like the lesser evil. "Shall we?"

"Of Course." Mahna said as he looked over the small boat. He turned and breathed a small weak fire onto some of the barrels and boxes, careful to avoid the gunpowder room. "My flame is weak at the moment. We better cast off." He dashed towards the boat, sending 2 Pirates into the water, and cutting a hole into the side of the ship. "Lets go!" He roared as a dark figure flew across the sky towards them.

Suppressing the cold, growing fear within her, Salyf ran to the boat. As she did so, she withdrew her card's power and with her magic, caused the fire to spread wider. "Hurry before the fire reaches the gunpowder!" Salyf said, jumping into the boat and sawing away at the ropes that held the boat to the pirate ship.

The adrenaline rushed through Samoa's veins as he leapt into the boat, causing him to ignore the pain surging from his right arm. He swiped from side to side with the Halberg, instantly cutting them off and sending them into the water. He spread his good wing wide, and dipped it below the water, using it as an oar of Sorts. "Grab something and help, we need to find the others before he gets here!" He called to Salyf as the dark figure came closer and closer.

Salyf found a pair of oars under a bench and started rowing. "Who are you looking for, and what are we running from?" She asked, feeling awkward with the unfamiliar movements. She secretly hoped that the humanoid dragon knew what he was doing. Salyf had no desire to stay in the water longer than necessary.

Leo pulled the others aside quickly. He knew they didn't have much time to plan. He hoped Bronwyn would be able to hear him.
"Okay, we're abandoning ship. Bronwyn, Vi, you two stay on board. Browyn, you only have to keep the illusion up until vi get's the ship out of the pirates range. Then you wait for our signal and pick us up. The rest of us will sink that ship. Remember to keep and eye out for Mahna: we still don't know where he is."

Mahna rowed with newfound energy as he looked over his shoulder at a small black figure flying towards them on the horizon. He desperately threw his gaze towards the shore in an attempt to find a quicker way out. Thats when he saw it. A small ship just yards to their left, quickly appearing and disappearing from view. "There's not time! Grab on!" He called to Salyf, quickly finding a bandage and using it to tie his broken wing before holding out his right arm to her.

Salyf hesitated slightly. In those seconds, she wondered what Mahna was going to do. She also wondered what the flying black figure had to do with anything, but if Mahna was worried, then Salyf assumed that she should be too. She grabbed onto Mahna's arm and hoped for the best.
