Tarsonis leans against the corner of the building, peeking his head out. He holds the crumpled piece of paper up once more to confirm his supsicions. The keyblade... the necklace... even the face, which looked so much like her mother... it was undeniable. He'd finally tracked down the princess of Geist. Floating towards her quietly, shrouded in the morning shadow along the edge of the building, he approaches her. He calls her by her human name. "Princess Alexis," he whispers from behind her, still invisible in the shadow. "It is time to leave..." Slowly, he emerges from his cloak of shadow, seemingly emerging from the wall itself.

Andrejew sits at his desk, staring at the monitor of his computer. His finger taps impatiently against the surface, making a loud, rhythmic clack. The information displayed before him is overwhelming, and his mind races with excitement. His calculations had been correct. With the coming of the comet, an enormous number of alien beings were converging on the city. This is where it would all happen. His eyes dart impatiently to the time displayed in the corner of the monitor. His operative was late. With a frown, he shoves his hand vigorously into the pocket of his lab coat. Flicking his phone open, the metallic voice asks, 'Who would you like to call?' Trying not to shout, he growls out, "Volker." Impatiently, he listens to the hum of the ring tone. Andrejew's nerves were shot, and the seconds it rang only put him more on edge. He hadn't slept in days. Disconnecting from the call, he sends a text message, furiously tapping the letters on his phone. "Volker, get over here now. Urgent business." With that he shoves the phone back into his pocket, turning back to his computer. They had work to do, and he wasn't one to pass up an opportunity.

Alexis turned around, looking to see the person behind her, but could see nothing. "Hmmmm" she mumbled, turning back around. Alexis walked through the slightly busy streets of the city, and could feel people staring at her. "What??" she asked, and people looked around blackly to see who was talking. Alexis looked down, and couldn't see her legs, arms or any other part of her. "Woah" she gasped, wide eyed. After a few more seconds, she reapeared and everyone stared at her again. Alexis turned around and ran as far as she could. "Whats happening to me??" she asked, stopping in front of a house she had never been to before.

Jackie was mad, she disliked being yelled out, her eyes changed from calm ice to rageing ocean. "you tell her" she said going to a counter, she sat down. Silver noticed her eyes, and the tides out side were rising and the drift was very unrealibe. If you went in the water you felt a chill, unnautral from this area.

With another yawn, Mylan began walking down the busy street, watching intently for anything she recognized. As she rounded a corner, a scruffy man grabbed at her pant legs. With a start, Mylan glanced down at the man holding out money cup. Something in his eyes made her reach for her money pouch, angry at herself for being such a pushover. Dropping a few coins into the cup, Mylan gave a slight smile. "That should get you enough meals for the next two days." The man nodded thankfully toward and was immediately on his feet. She only watched him go, sighing slightly.
As she went to replace her pouch, a few of her cards slipped from the pouch, scattering around the street. "Oh no, oh no!" she murmered, flying immediately to her knees to retrieve them. People didn't try avoiding her, stepping on her hands and legs, murmering sorrys under their breath. She spotted the last two laying on the other. With a relieved sigh, Mylan picked them. Her breath was almost knocked from her as she glanced at them. The cards were seeming to tell her that the person in front of her would change her life. ((I'm not sure how that works. 0.o))
Lowering the cards slightly, she looked at a woman, seeming to have just run. The girl didn't seem different from anyone else. With a slight shake of her head, she stepped next to the girl. "Excuse me," Mylan spoke up when she was in front of Alexis. "Do you know where the circus area is? I'm lost, and I need to find the way back."

Tarsonis glides along beside Alexis, staying completely invisible. She was pretty cute, but that probably came with being royalty. He watches as her shadow powers activate, pulling the lower half of her body into shadow. "What's happening to me?" He hears her say. Another girl approaches her, and he recognizes her as a Tierran. How interesting. As Alexis tries to speak to her, he brings his head up to her ear. She smells quite nice, he thinks to himself, licking his sharp canines. Staring down at her neck, he whispers so only she can hear him. "It's very simple, my dear. You aren't human." He swings around in front of her to get a better look, and to protect her from any threat the Tierran could pose. As he feels her warm breath on his face, Tarsonis wonders what her blood would taste like...

Volker stopped in his tracks as his phone vibrated in his pocket. "What the hell do they want now?" he asked himself, digging deep into the pockets of his jeans. Looking down at the message that was sent to him, he started to quicken his pace. "This better be important," he groaned as he darted through the ally ways of the city. As he ran, he sent a message in response saying, "I'm coming... I'm coming..."

Alendel follows the butterfly for some time, finally slowing on a busy city street. "Here... she was here..." the butterfly whispers. Alendel follows it up the street as it searches for the girl it had seen. He looks on from above. "Yes pretty flutter butter, find Alendel the mistress..." he mutters incoherently under his breath. At last, it comes to a rest on the shoulder of a girl with long, purple hair. Hair that he recognizes from his homeworld. Shooting down so fast that he is just a blur, Alendel hops into the front of her coat to avoid being spotted. "Mistress mistress! Look here, Alendel is here! Empress mother sends him to find you... Alendel fairy man, good... from Naturaleza he is..." Alendel babbles from Gabriella's coat, peeking his head out so she can see him. "Come come to quiet place, noone must see Alendel, he frighten human things..." Becoming very emotional, Alendel hugs the girl with his tiny arms. "Alone for very long time was Alendel. Many centuries, here on Earth alone... to finally be graced with such honor as the lovely good princess being here, Alendel is very happy."

As Andrejew hauls his endothermic isolation scanner out to prepare for his hunt, he feels a buzz in his pocket. Flipping out his phone, he reads the message he'd been sent. Humph. Volker would be sure to take his sweet time. The man was dependable enough, but never eager to take orders. Andrejew felt sure that the agent had delusions of grandeur. Letting out a grumble, he continues to prep his equipment in anticipation of Volker's arrival. He nearly clears out his maximum security vault in the basement of the field base, bringing up dozens of weapons and devices he'd developed just for this day. He loads it all into the 16-wheeler that acts as the mobile base which sits in the garage. No doubt Volker would enjoy himself just as much as Andrejew. He had an entire line of weapons the man would simply die to get his hands on. When Andrejew is done loading the truck, he goes up to the main floor of the base. It fronts as an office building, and he nods to the C.E.R. guard that pretends to be a receptionist in the lobby. He paces the room, looking at his watch. It's only been ten minutes since he called Volker...

Mylan smiled while cocking her head slightly. "It's alright. I just need directions. You see, I work at a traveling carnival, and I, more or less, ran off. I'm lost now, and I'm wondering if perhaps you knew where it might." As she spoke, her smiled slowly began to frown; half from the fact that she was hungry, but besides that, she felt something wrong. It was most likely her imagination, but since she had seen this girl, the hairs on her neck had been standing. Mylan forced another smile on her face as she rocked back and forth on her heels.

Alexis's eyes became wide and she turned around, kicking the air. She stood back up and looked around. "I am from...another world??" she stammered, looking around a bit more before turning back to Mylan. "I will help you find it if you want" Alexis said, smiling as much as possible.

Mylan frowned as the girl seemed to kick at nothing and began talking to herself. "Is she crazy?" she asked herself, but shook it away when the girl began talking. She was offering to help. Mylan bit her lip slightly, but she realized this was about the only help she would get. "That would probably be best. Alright, my name is Mylan. What's yours?" she asked while extending her hand. It was probably best she stayed on the good side of this girl. She seemed strange, but she wouldn't ask questions.

Tarsonis barely contains a bout of laughter. Letting out silent guffaws, he looks at the impossibly confused look on Alexis' face. This girl was too much. Covering his mouth with a hand, he wipes a few tears out of his eyes. Taking a few deep breaths, he manages to calm down. Getting back to the serious tone of his mission, he floats over her head and turns upside down, dangling his head next to her ear once again. "That is correct. You are from a world called Geist, where darkness reins. You have dominion over the power of shadows... And so do I, which is how I am speaking into your ear while invisible." Doing his best not to laugh, he swings back upright above her, looking forward to the show he is about to recieve of her attacking thin air.
