Naomi jumped a little at the sudden appearance of Koji. She poked him in his fat little stomach. "Oh shut up Koji" she said fiercely "Garreth may have a body of a twenty-five year old, but he's still old enough to be my dad." And like he'll ever look at me. she shook the thought quickly from her head and focused again on Koji. "Besides what are you doing here? I didn't want to see you again."

Retreiving a hammer, some nails and a few shoes from a supply bin in the stables, Frederick faintly heard Naomi talking to someone. Garbbing a stool, he wandered back to the end of the stable where she and Garreth were, and saw Naomi talking to a... fox? Maybe it's a pet of hers? He shrugged, and continued to set things up for shoeing horses, keeping an ear open. But how would a pet know to find her here? It just feels... weird.

"Don't poke me there." Then Teme's voice became soft when he said, "I'm sorry. I'll call you by your name from now on."

Xero took the pages of allergies from the students and then he looked at the clock and it still was ten minutes before his class started.

Rain Sighed and peered up so were her eyes were just visible above her arms. I wish it was the weekend so badly. This day just keeps getting more are more awkward for me. she thought while staring down at her desk.
((Geeze Chill Thunder. I'm pretty sure that if Diente saw any guy staring at another guy he would assume that he is gay because he is homophobic.))

Naomi's eyes widened in surprise as Koji apologized to her. "Awww Teme that was so thoughtful and kind of you. I accept your apology" Naomi picked Teme up and started to cuddle him lovingly.

Teme answered back, "My name... you said it. Thank you Naomi." He said rather softly as his pride still didn't want him to say it loud. "Now let me go damn it. Stop cuddling me!"

Deciding that it might help to impress Headmaster Gamelas with some initiative, Frederick headed out to the pasture and, checking a couple of the horses hooves, found one that needed new shoes and brought it back into the stable. Seeing Naomi cuddling and cooing at the fox, he mentally shrugged off his original unease and thought, Must be a pet. I don't think a wild animal would even show it's face in here, and I don't think she would handle an animal she wasn't familiar with like that either. Sitting down on his stool, he started working on shoeing the horse he had brought in, removing the old, worn ones and putting new ones in in an efficent, confident manner.

Naomi laughed quietly and gently put Teme on the ground. "I'll see you when I see you" she said to Teme. Not wanting for Fredrick to do all the work, Naomi walked over to him and sat down on a stool next to him. "Would you like some help?" she asked while accidentally brushing his hand while she was reaching for a new horseshoe.

Frederick blushed slightly at the inadvertent contact, hoping Naomi would put it off as just an effect of the work he had been doing. He spared at glance at the Headmaster, hoping that he wouldn't think he was trying to shirk off on the work he had agreed to do for a reduction in the tutition for the school. The manners his parents had ingrained in him made him think it would be worse to refuse an honest offer of help, though. "Please!" he answered Naomi in a friendly tone. "If you wouldn't mind holding the hoof, it would make it much easier for me to hammer the shoes on."

Teme decided to leave the stables and then a hawk swoop down towards him. Teme sensing the hawk lashed out two fire balls at the bird. The hawk just barely dodged them both and a few of it's feathers were burned. It decided to retreat from attacking Teme. "That's right you stupid bird. Try to attack me again, I'll char you then eat you." Teme smiled as he felt better defeating that hawk. He then went back inside the school and looked for a place to sleep.

Naomi smiled pleasantly at Fredrick, while her lilac eyes sparkled in the sunlight. "So" she said while holding the hoof, "Do you usually work with horses or is this some weird fetish for you?" she said the last part jokingly. The horse was quite restless, and while trying to hold the hoof steady her knee bumped Fredrick's knee. "Oh...sorry about that" she smiled apologetically

Frederick chuckled at the question, pretty sure it was just a joke. I sure it hope it is! he thought. Her knee then bumped into him, jarring him enough that he was able to get his mind back on track. "Quite alright." A small grin crept onto his face, while he paused in his hammering to look at her. Boy, she sure does have pretty eyes. "Not really. I was an apprentice back in White Cairn, a small village to the northwest, so I shoed horses somewhat often." Is it just me, or am I getting a bit warmer? "This is the first time I've really had to deal with them this much, really."
Then the fox shot fireballs at a hawk, causing Frederick to jump out of his seat and trip, falling and bumping his head on the ground in a clumsy manner. "D-did your fox just shoot fireballs?!" he asked in an incredulous voice, rubbing at a small bump on his head he could already feel starting to swell up. Gah! Way to act like an idiot, Fred!

Naomi tried to suppress her laughter, but a small giggle escaped from her lips. "Does my fox shoot what?" she turned just to see Teme walking back to the school. "Um...are you sure you didn't hit your head too hard? Here your head is already starting to swell." Naomi gently placed her hand on his head, and released an icy touch to reduce the swelling.

Frederick tried not to blush in embarrassment, he really couldn't blame Naomi for the giggle or for her questioning him, but he still felt his face flush. I'd be asking the same things myself, if I was in her position. But I know what I saw! Argh, arguing about it won't help my case any, it'll just make me look silly. He felt as sudden rush of coolness on his head as she put her hand there. "Wow, that feels great, thanks. I'm surprised you have such cold hands though," he continued in wonderment, "is there a bucket of ice around here?" I know what I saw! The fox shot fireballs! I'm NOT overworking, I've done shifts at a forge for hours, this is nothing! Stres is not affecting me!
Right?

Naomi raised one slender eyebrow. "I can make ice" she said while forming cubes of ice in her hands. "I'm an ice angel...well half ice angel. My father was human and my mother was an ice angel, hence my lilac eyes" She ripped off a piece of cloth from her shirt exposing a sliver of skin. She dropped the ice in the cloth, tied it, and handed it to Fredrick.
